I called this morning, and Emily was so comforting on the phone as i explained my issues. She held a same day appointment for me (which was a huge perk for me) and recommended Alisha, who has lots of experience with the particular pain i was feeling. Alisha took me right back, asked a few questions and got right to work. She was able to work through most of issue areas in the hour we had together. I'll be back soon to focus on a more preventative health approach 💪

I’m very pleased with the massages I get from Anytime Fitness in Plainview Shopping Center. Emily and Jessica have given me massages that benefited my lower back since I have scoliosis & a few other issues. Jessica also worked on my knee and legs to help with the tissue and muscles in that area.

So I can’t get the other link to work, but Emily and I have been working together and we’ve only had one training session, but she’s awesome. She’s trustworthy, she helps me find all the equipment, she never leaves my side, and she shows me what to do. I love it.

Emily is wonderful! I have seen her for a couple years now. She has truly made a difference in my life. I had a fabulous massage, both healing and relaxing. Emily and her team of massage therapists are truly the best, professional and respectful. The massage rooms in this new facility are warm and encourage relaxation as soon as you enter. I would highly recommend a visit with them. This new facility also is a gym, offering various exercise equipment, classes, and personal training. It’s a great addition to the Plainview area.

Jessica is AMAZING!!!!! If you have been looking for a place to get a massage check out Anytime Fitness Massage Therapy. I followed Emily Cruse here from her former Salon and Spa. Emily has a ton of experience and knowledge about the body. She has now trained a group of Massage Therapists at Anytime Fitness and let me tell you they are wonderfully skilled at what they do. I have been seeing Jessica using their massage package. You do not have to have a gym membership to get the massages. I AM HOOKED!!!! Jessica has helped me relieve stress. I honestly do not know what I would have done about my neck, back and hip issues without the help of Emily and Jessica. CHECK THEM OUT!! You will not regret it. P.S. The gym is really nice. It’s clean and everyone is super friendly. So if you are thinking of joining a gym this family owned neighborhood gym may be just what you’re looking for. They even offer personal training and small group classes.
