I searched on Google for a Salon & Spa in Greenville, I found several, however - AO was the only one that I could successfully book an appointment online. It was easy to select the services I wanted, how much they would cost, and I got an appointment just a few days later. When I arrived I was greeted by someone at the front desk with a smile. I had a facial and brows by Myla, lashes by Jessica, Hair by Conner and a 30 minute massage by Rachel. My skin has never looked this good, my eyebrows are perfect, I got so many compliments on my lashes. I haven't had my haircut in a year, so Conner really made a difference. Rachel went straight to my knots and got them out in a 30 minute massage. It was seriously better than any 60 or 90 minute massage I've had in the past. I needed a day of pampering for numerous reasons, and AO really handled the job. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. I was comfortable. It was great. I will go there again! For each item, separately as full spa days don't come very often- but if you need one, don't hesitate to try this place out. 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys 🥰

If you’re looking for a facial that is relaxing and so soothing that leaves your skin feeling incredible, this is the place for you. Myla gave me the best facial I’ve ever received. Conner is incredible as well. I read some bad reviews but decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did!! We will definitely be back

This place is the best!! Jess, the owner is so sweet! Emma has saved my hair! My hair was severely damaged from someone else over processing it, and Emma has worked magic and reversed the damage and it looks so healthy now! Rachel gives the BEST massages! Myla is amazing her lash retention is by far the best!

I was excited to finally get over to AO because I heard great things about the beautiful salon! I booked my appt and made sure to add in the online notes section that I had a Welcome Offer of $40 off any service gift certificate that I received in the mail. I show up for my appt, greeted warmly by the front desk staff member and go to have my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. The technician was really sweet but ended up giving me scarring on my lip and eyebrows from pinching my skin with tweezers. It was accidental and she was very apologetic but it was disappointing that I had scars on my face for a wedding I was in a few days later. When I go to check out, I hand the gift certificate to the front desk girl and since she doesn’t recognize it she quickly texts the store owner while I’m standing there. After going back-and-forth for about 10 to 15 minutes, she tells me that the store owner won’t honor their certificate and makes me pay for the services. There is no expiration date on the certificate and I expressed my discomfort with what it felt like was a bait and switch, I made sure I added it in my notes ahead of time and never received any communication about it and the store owner insisted on having me pay. I kindly requested that I receive a call from the store owner just to talk about my concerns and I waited the whole next week , and I never received a courtesy phone call. I love supporting honest, local businesses, but I don’t believe that I will return to AO organics for any more services.

I go to Myla for my lash extensions! She always does such a thorough job and I always leave with full and consistent lashes! She is really good at giving me exactly what I want for my lashes, even if I change my style every now and again. I’ve also let her give me some facials and spray tans, she does such a great job with those services too. Myla is also very knowledgeable about all things lashes and skin care so any questions you have she will definitely be able to answer! All in all AO is great for many services and there is always good vibes in the building.

After almost 2 years of searching the GVL area for an esthetician with great eyebrow skills I found it here with Reagan. Your hair and eyebrows are your calling card as a woman so finding an expert is important. She’s professional AND personable. I felt welcome into the salon and very comfortable and relaxed for my services. Highly recommend.

Edit... I don't see how any professional could not see their own mistake, let alone ALL THREE other people at the reception desk and not say something. I wasn't happy when I left, I made a point to say I didn't want to have a short boy looking pixie cut. They all said "but it's so cute"! Not to me. She cut my hair the first time that didn't match the picture she showed me, my hair was in my eyes, which I told her I didn't want. She got close to the second picture she showed me until I pointed out one single long hair on top of my head and a large group on the back right side that was way longer than the left (that's still there in the pic). She "fixed" those before I left (chop chop), but it was shorter than the picture when she was done... I didn't know she destroyed the other side in the back. AND I did NOT tell the stylist off, that's a lie. I said this was the worst haircut in my 47 years and the only way to fix how she chopped my hair, nearly to my scalp, was to shave my head bald which I am not willing to do. And that the only way I was willing for them to fix it was for them to give me my money back.... she went quiet for a while then said she's sorry I had a bad experience. What a waste of "space"! My stylist chopped my hair.... no wonder she didn't give me a mirror to check the back of my head. I do not recommend this place for hair cuts.

Had a lift and tint done here that came out pretty bad. My lashes were going in all different directions except for the way the were supposed to afterwards. They offered to repeat the process to try and fix it (with the same tech) but cautioned my lashes would likely be very damaged by repeating the process. I opted not to risk it and asked for a partial credit to be used in the future instead to which they said no. I found it strange because it would've cost them less then repeating the process. It's been a month and I'm still dealing with crazy lashes so the I guess I can at least say the results last lol. I also had my teeth whitened which came out pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, so was the staff. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and I'll be dealing with the consequences for months and it wasn't remedied appropriately. Buyer beware!

I love AO I personally can not say enough good things about it. I currently see Tanya for acupuncture - she is amazing, so gentle this is coming from someone afraid of needles Maggie for hair - Maggie always nails it, and is so helpful guiding me to what it is that I want because I am so clueless when it comes to hair. Mitzi for nails - I have never met a more talented and meticulous nail tech. I had to go 4 to 5 weeks once before a fill and had zero lifting she’s incredible. Rachel for Massage - Rachel is so talented at what she does. I have never met a better massage therapist. All in all every time I come here everyone tells me hello with a smile and I always leave feeling my absolute best! Thank you AO for providing top tier service.

Decided to try lash extensions again for the 2nd time ever. The last set I had was in 2015 and I was skeptical of trying them again because the first time i got them done (at another spa) i didn’t enjoy them as much as i had anticipated. i remember my lashes feeling stiff and crusty. I expressed this to Brook and she gave me the prettiest natural looking wispy hybrid set. My lashes feel so light and natural. I think I’m addicted now! She has a great sense of humor and a great listener also!

Absolutely love this place! Rachel is amazing, she did my hot stone massage, foot detox, and reflexology. Super clear about all of the treatments and made sure to ask my preferences for everything. I felt fantastic when I left. I also like that they email you an itinerary for your visit so you know exactly what you'll be doing and when. Their prices are also very reasonable and I feel worth it for the service you get. I will be going back regularly!

I decided to use a coupon for $40 dollars off a service. I booked an appointment for a pedicure online and the process was fairly easy. When I first arrived and had been waiting only a few minutes I was approached by Rachel who asked me if I wanted a chair massage. For free. So I'm never one to pass up on a free massage I said yes. The minute she started the massage I knew I had to have more. Her fingers were like magic. So we talked about the price of a full body massage and luckily for me she had an appointment available after my pedicure appointment. I think my pedicure was done by Marie (I think). She was very meticulous and did a wonderful job. Although it was a little slower than I'm used to I would certainly go back because the detail she took to make sure my pedicure looked good was impressive. I would highly recommend her. The massage was wonderful as well. Rachel took the time to ask and then listen to my specific needs. I didn't realize how tight and tense my muscles were. Although I am not new to massages it has been awhile. She had some pretty big knots to deal with and she got them all worked out. I will 100% be back for more massages in the future with Rachel. My overall experience at A O Space was positive and I definitely will be back.

I have been getting Brazilians here for over a year now and have seen great results Reagan is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I love my haircut, and how my hair feels after the hidratation treatment. My hairstylist was so nice, professional, and attentive to any detail and making sure I'm happy with the look. I recommend this place!

I was charged full price even though I told them I got my period and just wanted to reschedule. I understand that they have a 24 hour policy but like atleast have any consideration that I have no controls over when my period will come. Everybody is struggling, as much as I wanted the tech compensated maybe atleast just a half since my period is unexpected.

The staff is friendly, my appointment started on time and the service itself was excellent. My skin is sensitive and I never have any issues with their amazing products and service! I've now been for waxing, and again, no issues with my sensitive skin. Reagan is amazing!

Went for a pedicure and Jennifer did an excellent job! But for the price of $110 I would like the relax a bit more. The pedicures are done in the same room as the hair salon, which makes it loud and busy. I wish it would have been in a separate room. (P.S the deluxe pedicure at the Oase Day Spa is 10 times more relaxing, you sit in a massage chair, get a hot neck pillow and it’s also water free and with non toxic nail polish)
