The massage therapist was chewing the entire massage. When the door open the cold breeze went into the room. If someone came in my massage was interrupted. So, my 90 minutes was cut down due to this. His technique was horrible. I almost stopped the massage in the middle because it was that bad. When I contacted the management, I had to text because of a language barrier. When I expressed my concerns through a text, I received a phone call from someone who spoke clearly. They were defensive and blaming their staffing issues on me. They said they would call me back. I am still waiting. I would never pay for a service from them again.

The couples massage here was wonderful and much needed. All the knots, and lumps will be worked out. The lady at the front desk does try to push for more of a tip, but ignore it. They do honor any deals you find on Groupon without you purchasing the Groupon, just take pictures and call first. My masseuse was worth the drive and price!!

I got a deep tissue massage with essential oils and hot rocks. The massage itself was great. There was definitely a language barrier; I wanted to explain my problem area to him but I could tell that he really didn't understand. Fortunately, he paid close attention to my body, found the problem area and massaged the knot out. I will be going back. <3

I recently visited A-One Massage and had mixed feelings about the experience. When I called to make the appointment, the person on the phone was not very welcoming—she didn’t ask for my name and was quite short. Upon arrival, there was no greeting, just a quick, ‘Sit down. It’ll be a minute.’ The ambience was lovely—very clean, nicely decorated, and smelled wonderful, which made the environment feel relaxing. However, the lack of customer service continued in the treatment room. The staff barely spoke to us other than brief instructions to get undressed and lie down. The massage itself was good and relaxing, but unfortunately, when it came time to leave, there was some tension over the tip, and again, no friendliness or warmth. While the environment and actual massage were nice, the overall experience was affected by the lack of customer service and friendliness. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and I hope they can improve in that area.

I went to A-One for a massage, and I was completely satisfied. In my home town I visit a professional bachelors degree masseuse and I gave her a 99 percent approval. My masseuse at A-One was Jujo, and I give her a 98.5 approvel rating. When I return to L.V. I will get another massage by Joju. Jim from Virginia

Just got a 90 minute full body massage with hot stones at this location. It was excellent. Allen was the masseur. He really focused on the achy part of my right upper back. The pressure he applied was just right and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied. Also the prices were way more reasonable than most massage places around town. Thank you!

Not happy at all. Came in for couples massage. The lady was very rude. She answered multiple phone calls in the middle of my massage. I’ve gotten many massages and this has never happened to me. Extremely rude. The massage itself was not good at all for myself and my girlfriend. Then the lady had the audacity to get mad and said “that’s it” and asked for more tip. She’s lucky I even gave anything!!! I will never go here again and you shouldn’t either!

An absolutely amazing massage! So relaxing, my masseuse JoJo took the time to address all of my tension. I would recommend the essential oils and hot stone add-ons for a perfect spa experience.

Got a great deep tissue massage. They are very professional and have extensive knowledge in the correct techniques. Would highly recommend especially for deep tissue massage. The hot stones at the end were great too!

One of the best massages I had in a while and I purchased using groupon. I asked for a deep tissue massage since I was experiencing SEVERE back pain in my lower back and Alen did an amazing job! After my massage, my back pain was 90% gone. He was massaging my shoulders and I felt so many knots come out it was amazing. My boyfriend had just as great as an experience as I did. His masseuse took out knots he didn’t even know he had. He said it felt better than the chiropractor he has been going to. They say that good massages are ones that make you feel sore the next day and I am definitely feeling sore today. Will be going back and highly recommend. However, 2 things I am upset about is that we didn’t get the full 90 minute massage. They started us at 6:40PM and then finished us at 8PM. I had my timer on and I hate it when I pay for a service and don’t get the full expected time on it. Especially when we tipped, GENEROUSLY. The second thing that disappointed me was that Alen did this massage elbow thing that I really liked, but only on my right side. He forgot to do the same on my left side so I felt a little uneven. Regardless, I would come back again and highly recommend if you are experiencing back pain. Make sure to let your masseuse/masseur know where you are hurting so that they can focus on targeting that area for you.

Got a massage here yesterday and it was AWESOME. I have been to many massage places in Vegas and this one is the best. Very good, firm pressure and very professional. I will definitely return. If you are wanting a real massage, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
