Perfect place if you want an amazing massage. The women there were great! Very friendly, always making sure that you were comfortable. Felt relaxed and at peace when we left. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place Yes, they have mixed reviews but people don’t have an open mind. And yes, they have also changed their policy on tipping , prior to the massage.

Showed up for an appointment my bf booked(12 pm). I walked in the door at 12:07. The lady didn’t greet me, just asked did I have an appointment, I stated yes at 12. She looked at the clock as said “Can’t see you , next appointment at 12:15. Next time be on time” very aggressive and rude. It was confused because my session would have lasted longer than 15 mins and nobody was there. I also live in VA , so this area was unfamiliar to me, causing a small delay. I sat outside and still no one walked in for an appointment at 12:15 . The next person walked in at 12:25.I Walked in and I asked was that the 12:15 appointment, she didn’t respond the customer said yes I am. She proceeded to provide his services although he was late. The door also states “appointment & walk-ins welcome”. So again I’m still confused on why she refused to provide service to me

They are a fantastic staff and I visit regularly because it helps with my shoulder and back pain after my surgery so I'm a regular. They know what they're doing and help me manage my pain regularly. 👍🏻 Just be sure to call ahead to make an appointment, though they only take same-day appointments, so keep that in mind. They do accept walk-ins, but they generally don't have someone available right away to take you or a booked out, so just call a few hours ahead from your visit. 😄

They worked my stuff out - lemme tell ya & then soothed with a relaxing message. Love this place! People are very friendly, place is clean and it is an absolute pleasurable pain (60-min combo massage). Just let them know, “soft, medium or hard” and they’ll go to town. Fantastic face, hands and feet massage too - on top of it all. Only feedback to consider: a little less talking between massage therapists.

Called and made an appointment then once we showed up they lady changed her mind. Mind you there is NO ONE THERE but they refuse to give service absolutely terrible stay away they are unprofessional as hell.

I absolutely love this place. I've visited twice this week because of some tension in my neck and shoulder. My massuse was so great the first time, I rebooked her. It is not absolute silence, the walls are thin. You can hear the door open and light chatter but nothing distrubing. Everything seemed clean though the rooms were slightly warm.

Friendly massage therapists, but since they speak literally 0 English, I had a tough time understanding them. Because of this, one therapist named Coco made it very very confusing while talking to me. I couldn’t tell if she was kicking me out or wanted me to come for a massage early the next day. Google translate didn’t work since she couldn’t type in Chinese characters into the iPhone. If only they knew English I wouldn’t have driven myself crazy that night 😀

I didn't like the place. It was not what I am use to. First, they couldn't find our appointment but still was asking us to pay. The massage was terrible and I was hurting afterwards. The bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever felt. My Masseuse was also working the front door. So, she kept stopping my massage to go attend to the customer coming in the front. It was unbelievable!

Empty quiet, got bruises all over my back from my massage.. massage was interrupted twice by phone calls.. maybe when they are better staffed the service will be better.

Best Asian massage in Raleigh. Pleasant therapists that really know their business. I would recommend to anyone. Real massage nothing funny. Better than Massage Envy or Luxe Massage.
