Zenda is amazing. After two rounds of breakage I started going to Zenda and she nursed my hair back to life. My hair is now healthy, thick and has grown past my shoulders in less than a year. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Katossa IS TOO LEGIT! She’s gentle with your hair and you won’t leave the chair disappointed. I’ve gotten my trim and silk press done by her twice now and i always leave feeling like a brand new lady! 10/10 would recommend !

I wanted to give this establishment more stars because I did like my haircut. But due to being overcharged for the service I had to give a 1 star. One website it says "shampoo and cut 45$". I was charged 88$ for my service. I talked to the hair stylist and she said shampoo and wash was 60. But since I received a diffuser it was an additional 28$. Even with that being said I was still overcharged. Make sure you check with the stylist in person next time you book with them because you can't go based off the website. And also, I made my appointment on Thursday for Saturday over the phone and once I got there, I was told my appointment was never put in. That should have been my first red flag that this salon isn't running the way they should.

Misty has been my nail tech for a couple months now and became my “auntie”. She does amazing work, creative and i never have to sit long. Allowing her to freestyle anytime, I have never been disappointed with any set. Misty will always be my nail tech titi. I can come in with little to no idea of what i want and leave with the perfect outcome! Whenever I Go I always receive compliments about my nails & immediately refer my tech to them. I come on a regular just for misty🩷!

The people are nice, professional, and very gentle. Note: I have allergies and when I was at the shampoo bowl, the stylist immediately asked if I had allergies ; that didn’t cross my mind so I appreciate the consideration at every point. 🔥 the products are also REALLY GOOD and did I mention it’s black owned 🔥🤟🏽 absolutely nothing short of professional and respectful. Ask for ‘Brittney’ Update : ten months later I’m back again and the service is just a great as the first time . Brittney is still the best one here lol. She’s so gentle, very attentive, and clearly knows how to do some hair okurrrr. No complaints !🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 excellent/ reasonable pricing . Thankyou for getting me together Applause 🙏🏽😩😩😩😩😩😩

I went to go get my first gel-x manicure from Shayden! When I say this cut the normal full set time in half it was literally under 3 hours. They feel just as secure as acrylic's , I will be back!!

I'm more than certain I'll never waste my time attempting to patronize this establishment. I showed up at 10:20 Saturday morning and was told there is an hour wait due to there only being 2 employees at the time, who were both busy. I returned at 11:30 only for them to say, it will be about 2:00 before we (3 pedicures), could be served. I don't know about them, but my time is more precious than their wait.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now and it has been the best experience every single time! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and they all are very great at what they do they’re great with kids as well my daughter loves it here as well. I love going for the environment , the people and of course for the best hair services!

I love love love coming to Applause! Zenda just did I -tip extensions on my hair and it looks so amazing! She did a phenomenal job making it look natural. She took her time making sure that my hair blended properly and to make sure the links weren’t clipped too tightly. This is a fairly new service that she will be providing and I highly recommend it.

I love this Salon! I came across the salon while walking in the mall. The ladies in the Salon was friendly. The stylist that stood out was Noshova! She has been my stylist for a few months now. She is excellent and very knowledgeable when it comes to my hair needs.

It’s rare that I get my hair professionally styled, much less my 8 year old tender-headed daughter. But after receiving rave reviews from a fellow mom, I decided to give it a try….and OMG what a great 1st impression!! Besides the great location, clean shop, and friendly staff, our stylist Noshova took great care of us. She was ready when we walked in, extremely personable, styled within the timeframe quoted, knowledgeable, and most importantly kid-friendly. Because of such a great experience, we have been back for other styles and will continue to allow her to work her magic on our 4-C tresses!! 😄 Noshova, thank you for such a fantastic experience. This is a Great place to get services. My wife and myself enjoy their services. They are very friendly and professional. It's a whole VIBE. I've been coming here about 6 months and really, really enjoy the atmosphere and the Ladies are awesome from the Owner and the staff. I highly recommend giving them a try! You'll Thank me later!
