Luv Applause Salon! Great stylist Ashley, I've been coming to for a few years now. I wear my hair in a pixie so a great haircut is critical to my look and Ashley is a pro. All the staff is friendly, they know what they are doing with haircolor, and they also offer a variety of facial aestetic services. There is ample parking in front of the shop, and a bit in the back. Come on a Saturday and visit the organic produce market across the street.

I am very delayed in posting this as I had my hair done back in April with Audrey. I just wanted to say how friendly she was and the front desk staff who made my appointment. I had booked with a Groupon and asked if I could do a little alteration with the Groupon and they were more than happy to do so and book me in the same day I bought it! I had a great experience and I hope to go back soon!

Ashley is a hair magician! I went in wanting to switch from honey blonde to something cooler toned (closer to platinum) while keeping natural dimension and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I just moved here and I'm so grateful I found an amazing stylist just by taking a chance. I hadn't heard anything about the salon, I just had a feeling! Five stars.

I am choosing the poor-fair rating because this is the lowest rating, but really, awful or horrible would be more accurate of my experience. I bought two groupons for this place after going there once with a friend almost two years ago. Her experience was ok, so I figured I would go too. The first time I went there to get a manicure/pedicure, the lady that did it was new and kept trying to sell me on some essential oils that she was selling on the side. The manicure and pedicure turned out ok, but took a lot longer than I expected and they were nothing to be impressed with. The second time I tried to make an appointment, it took me two weeks before I could get in. I called 3 times on 3 different days during the course of a week to try to find a time when they had availability. And this was not due to them being so great that they are fully booked, but due to the fact that they have no nail technicians that work past 3pm, they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and they keep having their technicians quit. Of the tree times I was there, they always had new technicians which disappeared shortly after. So finally, I get an appointment, I show up on time, I get my nails ruined on my hands. The technician used a very harsh file not only for the ends of my nails, but for the tops. By the time he figured I was ready for the nail polish, my nails were so thin and scratched up they were starting to peel, they were uneven and rough at the ends and looked like I have been working in the fields. They were destroyed and looked a lot worse than when I got there. I refused to have the pedicure done by the same technician. The owner (or maybe manager) arranged that another technician do my pedicure, but I had to wait 45 minutes for that. Wasted 45 minutes and then had a pedicure done in a rush because I had another appointment to get to for which I could not be late. The pedicure turned out like crap. The technician that did it knew she had to be fast so that I can make it to my appointment, so she layered on the nail polish thick and put on the topcoat which bubbled up and creased up and looks awful. So, not only did I wasted 2.5 hours of my time and $35, but I have ruined nails on my hands and the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. And all I got offered for this experience was a cup of water and a cupcake. Not that I would have gone back, but if the manager would have at least offered a free manicure/pedicure to make up for this experience, it would have at least showed they care about their customers.

I just want to say that the service I received at Applause was extraordinary. Talk about pampering you while improving your looks. Ms. Tori gave me the full treatment - manicure and pedicure (spectacular), waxed my eyebrows among other areas and gave me the VI Peel. She is clean, meticulous and displays an attention to detail that is beyond any other aesthetician I have ever encountered. I highly recommend a visit as she is personable and a great listener.

This is a true one-stop shop. I went to get a haircut with Karen. She is great with blondes. Watching all the other stylists work their magic impressed me greatly. After which I wanted an appointment with the aesthetician, Tori.She gave me an amazing peel that I can already see the results of and then did my nails as well. Finally, I got a vitamin B shot from the RN who does botox injections in her private studio. I can't say enough about the place. Kudos

Got a Groupon and used it in August. Kim did the best pedi on me I've ever had. It lasted 9 - that's right - 9 weeks. I was having major surgery in a few days and wanted my feet to look good because I wouldn't be able to reach my feet for over a month. I will definitely be going back.
