Abby expertly softened harsh regrowth into a beautiful, subtle balayage. She’s collaborative, talented, and friendly. The south-facing space is filled with natural light so you can see the color accurately. Highly recommend for blonde color services.

Abby did such a phenomenal job with my hair! I had weird color and a weird cut going on before that was honestly probably going to be hard to fix for anyone. So I kept my expectations reasonable and just talked with her a lot before we got started. She definitely helped me achieve my goals, plus was lovely to talk to the whole time. I’m looking forward to booking with her again.

Abby is amazing! Go there if you want a gorgeous, natural-looking, sun-kissed blonde. She's also super personable and chill, which is not a prerequisite for being a talented stylist but definitely something I value in anyone with whom I'm spending multiple hours together on a regular basis.

Apricus salon is amazing! I've been coming to Mattie for years, even before she opened Apricus, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She is diligent, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. Her talents are unmatched and her knowledge and expertise is unlike anyone else I've worked with. I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed. And on top of all that, she's just an amazing human who works super hard running a small, women-owned business. I highly recommend Apricus if you're looking for a talented group of stylists who will take great care of your hair.

I am so lucky to have found Mattie! She gives me fantastic haircuts--her ability to customize something for my face shape and natural texture is great. I was a ginger by choice for 12 years, and she helped me transition to the sunny blonde of my dreams. She is so talented, but what I love even more is her relaxed energy. I always feel so calm and cared for when my hair is in her hands.

Mattie is the best! I moved to Seattle a month before my wedding and needed someone to cut and color my hair. My wedding makeup artist recommended Mattie and I couldn’t have been happier. She consistently does a great job, is fun to talk to, and always plays great music in the salon!

I absolutely love getting my hair done at Apricus salon! Mattie is a master of balayage and is incredible at helping with color selection. I've had bold colors (pinks and purples) and natural blondes added to my hair and they have all worked beautifully.

I see Mattie and absolutely love her! I was nervous finding a new stylist when I moved to Seattle, but I am so happy I found her. She is very knowledgeable and really talks to you about what you’re wanting with your hair. Would recommend her to absolutely everyone.

Abby came highly recommended by one of my friends and, it's true, she is the absolute BEST! I have absolutely no experience with colouring my hair and she whipped up a great routine for me that hides my greys and keeps my hair looking fresh when I'm out travelling for 6mo at a time-- Abby totally understood what I was after (low maintenance) and over-delivered on the results! The salon is not cheap, but the customer service is top notch and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair <3

Abby has been cutting my hair for the past couple years, she just moved to Apricus Salon and it is so cute! The vibe is perfect and the products they use smell SO good. The location is great and parking is easy to find as it is near a residential area. Will definitely be returning :)

Apricus Salon is fabulous! I moved to Edmonds but still go to Apricus in Greenwood because it’s worth the trip. I trust Mattie and her team with my hair. Mattie does a great job giving me a cut and color that is natural and grows out nicely so that I can get the most out of it. Mattie is also quicker than most other stylists I’ve worked with so I spend less time in the chair which is so nice given my busy schedule!

I don’t think I will go to anyone but Abby as long as I live in Seattle. She spent SO much time meticulously correcting a bad bleaching job I received somewhere else and cut the most flawless bangs for me. I drive an hour to see her and it is so worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I get my hair done by Abby and she is amazing! I’ve gotten my hair lightened, glossed and cut by her for the last year and a half or so. She does great at low maintenance hair for lazy girls (me!) and has fixed my 2 AM at home choppy hair cuts. I live in Everett, but she is well worth the drive! She is so kind and down to earth and remembers details about me even when I only see her a couple times a year. Will always recommend her!🫶🏼

I have been getting my hair done by Abby for a while now and she is amazing! I have blonde hair and she has absolutely perfected my hair color. I have been happy every single time I've left the salon. Abby also does hair extensions and I have been obsessed with mine. She gives great recommendations as well to keep my hair healthy. It's always a fun time at this beautiful salon.

I have been seeing Kristian for the past at least 7 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She always does such and amazing job with bringing visions to life and encourages what is best for your hair even if that means cutting it when you don't want to. :) love the atmosphere of the salon with convenient parking in the back!

I've been seeing Abby for a couple years now, and I always enjoy spending my time getting a hair cut and/or color with her. She's perfected the right color of blonde I wanted and I always feel satisfied with her haircuts. When you have to spend a while getting your hair done, you might as well spend it with someone you enjoy talking to and catching up with, and Abby is just that person.
