Such a great place! They have done an amazing job every time and I drive from Phoenix to get here, totally worth the effort they put into my nails. 10/10 reccomend to anyone looking for a good gel manicure or pedicure!

Apus is my go to for great nails! The location is perfect, the staff is competent and friendly, the shop is clean and the color options are endless. Kelli has been my nail tech nearly a decade and is consistent with her work. She takes care of my natural nails and I'm happy with each outcome. I can count on Apus for quality nails (hand and feet), everytime.

The prices are not what is on their booking site and the uncharged while your there. Go somewhere else!!! Not worth the money! ok this went down quickly, owners wife pushy about doing more services I didn't want, owner loudly being inappropriate and rude. They want you to pay cash. Looks like we're looking for a new place. Sorry to say but I'm getting tired of carbon copy stereo typical places like this. Thay have been proving me right...

Recently moved to the area and needed a new place for my nails and decided to try it out and this is definitely where I will be going from now on! 10/10 recommend I have only been twice so far but both times they have done amazing. It is also very clean and everyone there is so sweet & nice!

The dipping powder nails are great and I've been going here for like 5 months! Ask for Tiffany- she does a great job! My pedicure was ok but I think I will go elsewhere for that.

This place is awesome!!! I came here with my mom and my best friend the day before my wedding and they were FANTASTIC!! I am a chronic nail biter and haven't had my nails done for years because every nail place made me feel awful about myself. This place was soooo welcoming and homey. I will definitely be back!!

Been going here for over a year (I see JD for my nails and Larry for my toes) and they get my nails right every time! I’m super picky with my shape and French manicure, and they go above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% happy! I absolutely loved this nail salon! This was my very first time here. The employees are so so sweet and do such a great job. They were busy, but still got me in and out in under the expected time. I wish I would’ve asked the name of the woman doing my nails. She did such an amazing job and I felt like I was in good hands with her. She gave so much attention to detail and always checked throughout the manicure to make sure I liked the shape, color, etc. and I didn’t feel like I would be a nuisance if I wanted to change something. They got me in the chair and started working on my nails and toes right when my appointment started. Right when you sit down they offer you water, tea, soda, a mimosa, etc. The lady doing my feet did a wonderful job. I opted for the celestial pedicure as my feet were a mess and I loved it! She went to work on my feet and I truly appreciate her for doing such a great job because that’s not an easy job. My feet are so smooth and my toes look great! I am so ready to go to Hawaii now! Overall, I think this is a really great nail salon. They have a million different polish colors, so there’s something for everyone. You are sure to find something you like. The employees are great and really care about doing a good job, and making sure you’re happy with what you have. I will absolutely be back whenever I’m in Scottsdale. My only complaint is my nail tech didn’t let me give her a bigger tip!!! I like to tip at the bare minimum 20% when someone does an outstanding job, but she refused! Thank you so much!!! I’m very happy with my nails. :-) Please try this place out and if you do, leave them a great review!!!!!!

I was charged twice by this salon for a service (fill and pedi) and when I called to ask about this the man on the phone hung up on me. This was last year. I decided to give them another try and again, the same man said that I could not book with them. Be careful providing them your credit card since someone there used my credit card again. This is unfortunate since the nail team does a nice job. Be careful

I wanted to get my nails done but didn't know where, I decided to choose this place since it had the best reviews, I got a full arcrylic nail set and had a picture on how i exactly wanted it, The lady did an amazing job and I love them, it's the best arcrylic set I've gotten so far, will be coming again. =)

I had a pedicure and it was the most wonderful experience ever. The gentleman who did my pedicure was gentle and did a wonderful job on my toes. My issue with the salon and the women doing the nails is my daughter and I both had appointments at 1 PM. When we went in, I was immediately seated and she was placed at the table where they do nails. As I began to get my pedicure, I looked over and they had her soaking one hand, but not the other, which was unusual. She asked for a complete redo and had picked out what she wanted them to do which involves a little bit shorter nails and even showed them a picture of the nails. She wanted hers done like they. This was at 1:05 PM at 1:45 PM. my pedicure is over. I feel relaxed and wonderful. The problem is my daughter is still sitting with nails off one hand waiting to be served. At 2:05 PM. A lady finally sat down and said to her her nails were too thick. She had trouble getting them off. Neither one of us understood what she meant because the others came off just soaking them and she hasn’t soaked the left hand yet. She finally brought a bowl and put my daughters left hand in. It was now 2:30 PM. At 2:40 PM she removes my daughters hand and the nail solution has removed. Most of what was on her left hand. She then begins working on her nails an hour and 45 minutes after we arrive. Her explanation was she got confused she thought my daughter wanted a “fill”. If that was true, why did she take the polish and products off her right hand? At this point we were tired she didn’t trim my daughters nails. She left them long. My daughter asked for cat eyes and showed her pictures which involved a green nail polish. The technician said of course she could do that. At the end of the manicure, my daughter had long nails that were white, and look like they were iridescent. They were pretty nails, but not anything like she came for or came in for. Four times a year we come to Scottsdale with my husband while he does business. The goal for both of us coming is to get our nails done. In the past the shop has excelled. But coming into the fourth year, I can truly say this was a nightmare. For me, I was left sitting after my pedicure was complete until my daughter was finished. I sat down at 1 PM. We left the salon at 3:20 PM. I was allowed to stay in the nail chair however, it was uncomfortable and after the first hour I no longer wanted to be massaged. The aftermath of my pedicure didn’t last for the duration of my daughters visit. This morning my daughter wakes up and comes in to tell me one of her nails has a crack in it. We’re not sure if it’s the polish on top or her nail underneath. We are sure of one thing we’re not going back today to sit for three hours while you guys decide what to do. another issue for me is the entire time I was sitting there throughout my pedicure and for the hours following waiting on my daughter, Netflix was on a movie or a series that I can only describe. Is S&M sex and horror. The other ladies in the salon seemed uncomfortable, but nobody said anything because it seemed the nail salon workers were enjoying the movie, especially the woman who seem to be in charge. While I felt, I was respected and served in a timely manner I felt my daughter was disrespected, not listen to and treated rudely. And left with an inferior manicure. I believe the next time we come from Texas we will try another salon. One thing missing yesterday was a gentleman who I believe ran the salon. I believe his name was Tommy but I’m not sure. He wasn’t there or isn’t there any longer and the lady in charge was not as good. We looked forward to his greeting us every time, remembering us and making sure our manicures and pedicures were done exactly like we wanted. I wish you all well, but I wish you away from us.

I have no idea how their services are because I had to cancel my appointments before I got them. I made appointments for three different services and the day before I got a reminder text and they had changed all the times. The new times did not work with my schedule so when I called to ask about it, they were very rude. So regardless of how good or bad their services are, I won’t give my money to people who are so rude to potential customers.

I recently visited APUS Nail and Lash Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona and was blown away by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I decided to treat myself to a gel fill and pedicure, and it was one of the best experiences I've had. The technician was thorough and paid attention to every detail, making sure that my nails were perfectly polished and my cuticles were well-maintained. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. I felt completely at ease and was able to completely unwind during my visit. I was also impressed by the wide range of services offered at APUS Nail and Lash Spa. In addition to nail care, they also offer lash extensions, facials, massages, and more. I can't wait to bring my entire family back to enjoy all that this amazing spa has to offer. I've been coming to apus for almost 3 years and Kelly has done a remarkable job every time I come in place. The spotless the staff is genuine and caring. The ambiance is pleasurable. The chairs are comfortable. Further away, but yet we'll make the drive every time.

If i could give APUS more than 5 stars, i would. i have been coming here over 2 years now and will always come back. JD and Kelly are the most amazing hosts, know you by name, and offer complimentary drinks. There is always a movie playing which makes the time go by fast. They have high standards for their nail techs and it shows, because if i try someone new, they always have great skill and customer service. I always try to go to Vy, if she is not available Helen and Kathy are great too with shape and design! This is the most clean and friendly salon i’ve ever been to, which is why i continue to drive 30 minutes to see them every time. It’s just not the same anywhere else! If you are looking for a new salon, come here asap!

Love this salon and will be back! I haven’t had my nails done in a while so I asked for recommendations from my tech, and she had some great insight into what was beneficial for my weak nail type… so glad I listened to her as I am so so happy with the outcome (thank you, Vy <3)! My nails have never looked so good! Fantastic customer service all around!

When I first went here the ladies in there did a great job and the customer service is amazing, this last time was a terrible experience. The man who did my nails insulted my nails and said nothing else, then one side was completely longer then the other, he over did it with the gel and its not smooth, no lotion, and he over charged me by $10.00!! I paid $70 plus tip for ugly nails and a terrible experience. I thought this place was a winner but sadly, I won’t be returning anymore.
