Carrie with Aqua Haven made a very overwhelming and frustrating situation to a very manageable and stressless situation with my swim spa. She went above and beyond going out of her way to do a lot of leg work to help me. I was in tears initially but with complete transparency and consistent communication she saw the issues with my swim spa seen through to the finish line! I swim for the Army and NEED this spa to train. Especially after 5 surgeries in one year. And if it weren’t for Carrie and her ability to care for me as a person and not just a customer, I never would have been able to get it fixed. From the bottom of my heart, my most sincere thank you! 😊 God blessed me when she answered the phone that day! Now I only hope God blesses her and her family! David closed our pool out for the winter and did an amazing job! Aqua Haven installed our pool though due to our failure to plan ahead on our part we've had to use other companies in the past. The difference in service is drastic. He took his time cleaning hard water deposits off the pump and carefully cleaning the pool. His attention to detail was noticeable. Great job!

I bought the Masters spa and it has been amazing. The service dept has been super to respond to warranty items and provided a great experience. Big shout out to their technician Rob!!! Best I have ever seen and so smart and fast. I recommend Aqua Haven from my experiences. Cheers!

Let me first start off by saying we bought our original hot tub from them at their tent sale at the beginning of August '24. They were great and helpful. Then things started to go down hill. We were told the hot tub would be delivered exactly 2 weeks from purchase and we would hear from someone for a delivery time. 2 weeks were coming up fast and still heard nothing. Ended up calling them and were told no We had to set it up, they don't deliver on weekends, and it would be another week at least before we could get it, not to mention the lady asked why I couldn't just take off work to receive the order during the week. We work out a date and get our hot tub. We ended up not being able to use the hot tub due to the wiring at our house not being able to support the higher voltage hot tub. We called the store to see what our possible options were. The owner graciously agreed to let us trade our hot tub in for a lower voltage one. Here comes the 1 star rating part.... 3 months later and we still have no hot tub and no idea of when we will get it. Getting an answer is impossible. A person answers the phone maybe half the time, and if they do answer they can't or won't tell us anything. So, we are paying for hot tub that we don't have and no one will give us any definitive answers. Be careful of who you deal with, especially when you spend thousands of dollars. ***Response to the Owner*** The hot tub has been built for 3 weeks now. No one can tell us when it will be delivered. We were informed that only the boss knows when the next truck will go out for delivery to Wichita. Our frustration is that no one can tell us anything.

We used Aqua Haven to purchase and install a Trainer 19 Master Spa in our backyard. A couple months and a 150 ton crane later and we have an amazing spa in our backyard. All the contractors that Aqua Haven recommended were great and very professional! *Update* Reducing this review to 3 stars from 5 stars. We had a minor issue with the non-slip flooring delaminating in one corner and we requested a new floor mat to install next time we changed the water. It's now been 3 months and we still haven't received the replacement. The installation and preparation from Aqua Haven was great, but the response to issues after they've gotten your money is extremely subpar.

Got to give a huge shout out to Rob the Service tech, thanks Rob I couldn’t ask for a better tech. He showed up on time like he said he would early this morning. Got everything fixed like it should be he was very professional and just a nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again, Rob. I hope Aqua Haven keeps treating you right so you’ll stick around. I also need to add Carrie in here thank you very much Carrie for being courteous and getting these minor problems taken care of. I’m sure sometimes you have to deal with a lot of rude customers again thank you very much.

I searched for hours online looking for a hot tub. My wife and I visited several showrooms also. We finally decided to get the Masterspa 6.2. It is beautiful and has all the features we wanted I also HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Rocky Kitchingham for your salesperson. He has always responded quickly to any questions I have and able to answer them without asking anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with!! Definitely five stars!!

08/21/24…I stand by my review for this business!!! Disgusting is the best statement I can give!! Excuses is another!!! 8/21/24 and Service Manager has been called and left messages for a full week and no return call!!!! Overcharge us $90 on service call because their service person forgot parts and had to go back to the store to get them!! THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Sold us a lemon and does not stand behind their products!! Service after the sale does not exist with this company! If I could give no stars then that would be more fitting.. We have battled with them for a year about issues with our swim spa. They say they will call you back and they never do. In the last 2 weeks we are 8 calls in about issues with our skirting and that the company cut it too short leaving the interior exposed. They give nothing but excuses. Horrible company and buyer beware!!!

The Aqua Haven team was very professional at every level. From Rocky in sales to the entire installation team. We purchased a Swim Spa and the access to our backyard was very challenging. They brought additional team members to get the pool into place. At the end of the day they got everything done and looking great. Every follow up question was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. The installation team returned the next day to check on the installation and fix any small scratches from the narrow access, buffing off any scratches. The follow up from the owner was appreciated and informative. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend them for anyone interested in a hot tub, swim spa or swimming pool.

Selecting Aqua Haven was one of the best decisions we made. They don’t hire out their contractors which made our experience better because the construction crew and lead foreman, Cody, communicated regularly with us and very well. Mike made sure to walk through with us how to work the pool mechanics and how to maintain it. He was great to work with and very patient. Ryan, the owner was present before the construction began and before all was finished to make sure we were pleased. All crew members were courteous and friendly. We recommend Aqua Haven to anyone! Purchased a spa cover online in February 2024. A cover was received in mid March 2024, but not the cover that was ordered (and the cover received is not usable with our spa). Husband contacted vendor and they admitted their mistake. We were then told that the cover we ordered is not made by the manufacturer they use (even though website allowed the order). As such, they stated they would have to order the correct cover directly from master spas (which would be more expensive) and that it would be no extra charge to us. They even specified they would have the order “expedited” to us. As of today, 17 May 2024, we still do not have a cover. Each week, for the last 5 weeks, Carrie has explained one issue or another but we would have it “next week”. During this 5-week span my husband has requested repeatedly that the owner call him directly. No call from owner has ever been received. Additionally, there have been outright lies told regarding the status of the cover. Just last week, Carrie relayed the correct cover was delivered by Master Spas to their warehouse and was to be picked up by their freight company on Monday, 13 May 2024 and we would have the cover within the week. Today, husband called again since there is still no cover. He was now told the freight company attempted to pick up the cover from Master Spas but there was an issue with the Bill of Laden. Hmmmm, if the cover was in your warehouse, why would they be picking it up from Master Spas?! We have been beyond patient and understanding (my husband more than me). This company is a joke.

We received the most excellent service purchasing our hot tub from Aqua Haven! Just like many others, we saw the commercials on TV for special event that was happening over the weekend and we went in and got so much more for our money than what we expected. The sales manager and the staff went above and beyond when the hot tub we wanted was already sold so a brand new one was ordered and its place for the discount pricing. Will absolutely do business with Haven again many times in the future!

Would leave 0 stars if i could i bought a pool in the spring of 21 and had a absolutely horrible experience the salesman outright lied to us and was no better than a shady used car salesman i eventually got a refund when they couldnt actually produce the pool and went elsewhere don't bother shopping here

I’ll start this review with DO NOT USE AQUA HAVEN. My family went to Aqua Haven to price pools in February of 2022. We were told someone would be with us shortly. After waiting nearly thirty minutes we walked to the door to leave but was then approached by an employee asking if we could wait longer. I explained we already waited thirty minutes and we’re going to leave. Magically a salesman, Kim, was available and answered our questions. After getting information, we left and later decided to use Aqua Haven. We signed the contract in March of 2022 and were told by Kim our pool would be installed sometime in July. Not long after signing the contract, Kim told us to meet at their tile place to pick out tile for the water feature. We picked out the tile and Kim took notes of which one we liked. In May or June I began asking about the schedule and if we were still good for July. I was told it now looked like a start date in August. I’ll fast forward thought several infuriating months. On October 10th, Kim sent me a text message saying we were the next pool to be installed but was not sure of the exact date. At some point after this message, Kim was fired for what I could only assume was her incompetence. I was contacted by Rocky who was the general manager, towards the end of October. Rocky met me at my house and was apologetic of everything to include how I was told a start date in July and now it was the end of October. Rocky told me I would be contacted by Cody who is in charge of the construction process. I asked Rocky if Cody could spray paint the grass to show us where the pool was going to be set exactly before they began digging. Rocky assured me Cody would. Several days later I received a call from Cody while I was at work. I answered and he told me they were starting construction that day. I explained how we were told he was going to show us where the pool would go before they started digging. Cody understood and waited until we were off work so he could show us the pool location. On November 1st they dug the hole. The day after they sat my fiberglass pool in place. After these two things were done, things began moving at a snails pace again. They poured concrete in December and in January started working on the water feature. Rocky told me Aquahaven uses their pool installers to try to do tile work if it’s “not too complicated.” Well ours seemed to be, since they had to redo it four times. I’m talking completely awful. I will attached photos to show how bad the work was. After I continued to complain about the quality of work I was told they would hire a professional tiler “if thats really what I wanted.” I told them it was what I wanted since I was paying for it to be professionally done. Aqua Haven finally completed this nightmare of a process on February 28th 2023. Throughout the process I learned the owners name was Ryan. I find it odd, after all the problems we had, Ryan never reached out to us or completed a quality control walkthrough of the completed project. Although it was quite the fight every step of the way, the pool turned out nice. We used the pool all summer and in August I sent Rocky a text message asking about a cover for the pool. I did not want to use Aqua Haven for this pool cover due to all the issues before. But I thought this would be easy for them since they had all the pool measurements and installed the pool not even a year ago. Again, Aquahaven proved me wrong. Rocky told me he would have “Mack” call me to figure out the cover. After two weeks, I call the office and spoke with Mack. He explained they were busy getting ready for the fair but would try to get someone out to measure the pool. They came to measure the pool then left. After several more measurements the cover was order and did not fit. I was frustrated and asked to have Ryan the owner call me. I was told by an employee, he would pass along my information but highly doubted it would happen. As of this posting Ryan has never contacted me about all the issues we had installing our pool or cover.
