I feel like I got scammed? I went in for a gel mani and pedi. They didn’t have the color I wanted - so the women doing my nails said if I just did clear gel it would be regular price? When I got to the register - my pedicuring tell the man $30 she got no color and he said no, I am charging $50. She was shocked and walked away. Warning scam/up charge: The front desk man felt a little scammy - I asked him about it and he said - “sorry we didn’t have a color you liked”. I only care that you over charged in front of my face. Total $105 I was in shock. I’ve been going on and off a few years. I won’t be back.

I had an amazing experience at Aqua Nail & Beauty. My nail technician was spectacular and treated me with so much love and care. I feel like a new human being and their services are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and will be treating my whole family to the same experience. I highly recommend and love this salon!

i love coming to this salon! i have been going here since i first moved to atlanta two and a half years ago and the staff is wonderful! ryan is my nail tech and i go to him every time! he is very kind and talented at doing nails. i highly recommend him and this shop!!

Truly the best pedicure I've ever had. Jacob was so thorough and attentive. It was also the longest, most decadent pedicure! Highly recommend!

I got dip powder nails and they lasted a week. I just paid $60 for press ons. would not recommend.

Went in for a polish change for a French manicure. It’s took more than an hour. As I stated I wanted French. She asked her manager once the base was on how much extra for French. He said $20 dollars. So $45 dollars for a polish change! Polish no refill. She then began to get upset because that should have been discussed before any polish was put on. Not at the end of service I may have chose another color. Ive been here before and there was no hot water for pedicures so they wanted to use kettles. I believe in second chances. That is why I returned. But rotating weekly prices isn’t good business practice.

Worst experience ever. My nails were poorly executed which caused the gel polish to chip the next day, the lack of technique by the nail tech caused my cuticles to bleed, and they decided to change the prices resulting in an additional charge of $30 (after my nails were completed). I will never go here again. If I could leave no stars I would.

I never leave reviews but I'm posting this one as a reminder to never have SNS done here again. I had my nails done Thursday. The top coat on my thumbnail peeled off on my way home from the salon. It's Sunday and the SNS is chipped on two nails. This is exactly what I get for not going to my usually nail salon. Never again!!!!

I've been here 4 times now, and they haven't disappointed me yet! When you go, ask for Tony! He's new, and he did very great on my nails! He's personable too and made my visit enjoyable! Highly recommend!

do not come here. Customer service is horrible. They can’t remove nails or acrylic off toes. I was told I couldn’t get a manicure then the lady behind me asked for a manicure and someone was available.

Aqua Nails is my go to place for SNS nails. I won’t go anywhere else. Taylor is very skilled, friendly and cares for my comfort and satisfaction. Everyone on staff is pleasant and helpful. Amy is always accomodating. The environment is pleasant and calm. I walk out with beautiful nails every time! Highly recommend!

Believe it or not, I got this pedicure 6 days ago. The polish is peeling off starting at the cuticle. Don’t know I’ve ever had this problem before. Only giving 3 stars because the massage was so good, which is the main reason I go.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I paid 63$ for a stupid pedicure and left in the middle of my nails because the technician was so unprofessional and RUDE. She was on the phone CUSSING and laughing the whole time. Couldn’t get through half of my nails in 1 hour and 45 mins. Gave me several cuts because she was too busy on the phone and on Instagram. The staff had NOTHING to say. This is my second time and BOTH times OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PATHETIC EMPLOYEES.

I went to this nail salon when I first moved to Atlanta and ended up with a fungus on my R great toe. When the toenail polish was removed, two weeks later, my toenail was black. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!

This place is awesome! I came in for a pedicure for the first time in years (at the … fervent … request of my girlfriend) and left with a tasteful manicure as well. Guys—don’t be afraid! Just do it. You won’t be disappointed 😁 As a very ticklish and sensitive person, this was by far the best and most gentle pedicure I’ve ever gotten. And kudos to the staff for not kicking me out for my hysterical laughter. Go to Aqua asap. Ask for… anyone. They’re all amazing.

Went in on 5/26 for a gel mani/pedi. Amy did my nails I even got acrylic tips. They did a wonderful job. I love love love the shape and color. They look very natural. I would highly recommend.

Did went to have a normal mani/ pedi (cuticle+ normal polish) last Friday 03/29. By far it was the worst mani/pedi of my life. The nail polish was very thick, so was the top coat. It is possible to see in the pictures, the layers of nail polish. The lady who did the job was very nice. People doing gel over there seemed happy. Looks like that most people here, do gel or nail extensions, maybe for this reason the nails polish available at the salon has bad quality or are too old. Maybe this could be the explanation. The top base and top coat bottles were from OPI but the inside didn’t look like it. Can’t say anything about gel, but I do not recommend for normal manicure/ pedicure. If you decide to do, bring your own polish of good quality.

This is a really comfortable, reliably good place for mani pedi. I’ve been going for the past two years. They always do a good job, and staff are friendly. As a nirse, hygiene is key for me. This place has consistently demonstrated clean procedures.
