Paid for an hour, girl had me out in under 30 minutes. Girl initiated a huge discussion about tip about 15 minutes into the session. All our communication was via Google translate because she spoke almost no English. She had kept my change from initial payment so we had to do math. Wanted money right then and left room with it. All in all, worse massage I've ever had. I'd been there twice previously and it was great. Both those girls spoke English well enough and were skilled masseuses. This girl was very nervous, the massage was amateurish and the whole thing was a huge rip off. Very disappointed. Choose a different spa.

First I got at my appointment on time and someone took my reservation for what I waited 22 minutes. Then I paid for half hour massage ( before starting the massage ) and I ended with 20 min and she just did my back and my arms (because I requested and she kinda sight when I asked for). My problem was solved but for sure you pay for what you won’t receive.

I asked for a 30 minute massage. I only got 20 minutes, and she was very good at not speaking English when I asked for the rest of my time. I was forced to pay for shortened time and now have to go elsewhere as I didn't even get relief. What a waste of my money!

My husband and I went for a couples massage for starters we were placed in different rooms. Then my husband waited 25 mins after being in the room before even starting. Both massage ladies left our rooms MANY times. I waited 20 mins before I just decided to get my clothes on and be done after she had left. The massage itself was alright. But not worth $140.00 for a couples massage that wasn’t even really a couples massage.

I've been here several times and usually receive great service, but the masseuse last time started off by asking how much I was paying, I said I was paying the price listed, then she indicated she meant how much was I going to tip (before the massage??) I relented and said I would tip a certain amount which I didn't feel comfortable promising before even receiving the service. She just smiled and gave me a "higher" gesture asking for more money. The nerve to do this when I was already tipping well over 20% on my first offer. I then told her I was not doing this, and asked for my credit card back, and she refused to give it to me! I had to demand it four more times, almost being forced to lunge and grab it out of her hands. Unbelievable. I wish I had gotten her name

Absolutely terrible customer service. They told us to “come now” so we drove 30 minutes for a couples massage and when we got there they told us they were too busy. The lady at the front desk was rude and needs to learn English before accepting customers.

Came here for Mother’s Day Massage. Facility was modern, clean, and pleasant. My therapist, Coco, was friendly, attentive and gave an excellent massage! I enjoyed a full 60 minute massage. Coco is very attentive and massaged with nice firm pressure. Have not had a similar experience previously.... and will definitely be coming back.

Pros: The place was clean, quite, and professional. The massage was great and a unique exprience. I feel relaxed and my lower back feels amazing. I called amd they got me right in. Cons: When I got there I was told if i pay with card it is a $5 extra charge. Even though I called amd was not told that. In addition, I was given a towel to cover myself, I would prefer a sheet to cover the parts not being massaged.

Excellent massage. They are great at spinal massage and realignment. Completely relieved my lower back and neck pain. Definitely plan on returning soon.
