Thank You to Dr. Ibrahim and the Team at A.R. Aesthetics – Melbourne I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ibrahim and the entire team at A.R. Aesthetics – Melbourne for their exceptional care during my recent lower facelift and chin liposuction procedure. From the moment I walked into the office, I was incredibly nervous, but the warmth and professionalism of the staff (Robbie and Brandy) immediately put me at ease. They were patient, kind, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Ibrahim’s bedside manner was truly outstanding—he took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. His expertise and gentle approach made what could have been a daunting experience so much easier. Now, nearly two weeks into my recovery, I’m already excited about the results, and I can’t wait to see the final transformation. The care and attention I received at A.R. 5 Stars - Amazing Experience with Alexa! I can’t say enough great things about Alexa! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. She took the time to listen to my goals and gave thoughtful recommendations for both my nasolabial folds and cheek filler. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she truly has an artist’s eye! The results are absolutely stunning and natural. My face looks refreshed and rejuvenated, yet completely “me.” Alexa’s professionalism and expertise made the entire process smooth and painless. I recently visited AR Aesthetics to correct under eye hollows as well as some lip filler & I feel so blessed to have found Mary! I’m so happy I discovered this office! I have been getting Botox for years but recently it hasn’t seemed to be as effective as it has in the past. Amanda was clearly very experienced- it was painless and she had some great suggestions on adjusting placement. My results were awesome!! I have since had a halo treatment with Kennedy and she was fantastic also. That’s one of my fav treatments so I’m eager to see the results!

I’ve been seeing Amanda for my Botox treatment for almost two years to help minimize my TMJ symptoms and she’s amazing. I never feel a thing. She’s honest about what I need and doesn’t try to do more than what’s necessary. 🫶🏽 The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about Amanda and the AR team.

Truly a one stop shop for injectables AND skincare. It’s impressive how everyone who works there is so knowledgeable about each service! They don’t just specialize in one thing as other med spas in Tampa tend to. My favorite thing about AR is how they have the widest variety of lasers I have ever seen! I love going to Amanda for some of my laser treatments, but what I LOVE seeing her for is my lip filler! She truly takes her time to understand what you’re asking for and plan everything out together. She is incredibly kind and has such warm inviting energy.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have been to many spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatologists in the past 20 years and this is by far, is the best! Note, I have never left a review because it just wasn't authentic. Although many places were friendly and experienced there was something missing. With having olive skin, one laser had me with darker pigmentation, sculptra gave very slow results, and some of the botox had me with droopy eyelids and no practical solution. The consultations felt like they were imposing what worked for "most" people. My goals were: reduced appearance of pores/acne scarring, help with jowls (lower area), and something for my tired looking eyes. I wanted to look natural, not necessarily "younger "but rather rejuvenated! Let me tell you from that first call with Brittany, they treat you like a priority. It would've taken me 2 months to see Alexa and they called me with a cancellation 3 days later. The office is beautiful and everyone is very personable. The clients ranged from all ages which says a lot about their level of expertise. Alexa is an artist! She assesses your face with such depth and experience. She took her time to teach me the why, how, and where. Her confidence in her work makes you feel like you're with the best! I went in there with low expectations and somewhat afraid of what it would take. I came out feeling and looking incredible! Oh and her technique is nearly painless. I had immediate results and a plan with Kennedy for lasers. Which who by the way understood the challenges of hyperpigmentation and was realistic with the speed, progression, and cost, that is a rarity. AR makes you feel seen, heard, and one of a kind! I forgot to mention that with the filler, after 2 weeks, there was a small spot that didn't dissolve as expected. They had me in there ASAP and Alexa took one look at it, felt it, and said, "I know what to do". She didn't question, doubt me, or make me feel picky. She was honest and willing to ensure I was happy. That speaks volumes of the integrity of her work.

Amanda did my Botox and the whole experience was fabulous! I barely felt it and my results were the best I have ever had.....and I have had a lot of tox from multiple spas, but now I will only go to AR Aesthetics and Amanda! Amanda, APRN seemed impersonal and completely failed to create a sense of comfort for my wife. Her approach lacked professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Would not recommend.

Idek where to start, I heard so many good things of this place and I’m just extremely upset. I initially went in May, I already had filler in my lips with A LOT of migration underneath which was a concern that I wanted fixed & I was hoping for a little more projection. I met with Alexa, who I told my concerns too, I said I would hope to not have to dissolve but if we had too I understood. She recommended “spot dissolving” just the bottom too see how it did AND added filler to BOTH top and bottom (the migration in my top lip already bad) whatever, didn’t think much of it because she is the one that knows about this not me. I went back in July & met with Alexa again (again my biggest concern was my migration - she had not “spot dissolved” the top lip at this point. I go in she does more filler, does not go to “spot dissolve” until I mention “what are we doing with the migration on top” so then she does the “spot dissolver”…. Anyway I go on about my life hoping this fixes my lumpy smile, well it doesn’t I still had migration after waiting some time & I keep putting “spot dissolver” in quotations because it’s not spot dissolver, I started to notice that my filler was not lasting, (again I’ve had filler, I know how my body is and how it holds up in my lips) so I make another appt in August this time with Mary because Alexa is on maternity leave. I try and explain to Mary everything happening thus far, and that I just want nicely filled lips with NO migration. I felt like I explained myself (also showing pictures of the issues) and I just don’t feel like she listened to me. She says she doesn’t dissolve & fill at the same time (yea that makes sense now…) I literally cry at this appt because I’m soooo frustrated at this point. Anyway she JUST dissolves the migration on top. I wait some time because at that appt I guess I didn’t realize we weren’t fully dissolving (that’s what should have been done) I make another appt because again what I wanted was nicely filled lips with no migration and at this point with all the dissolver they were literally the same size as they were my very first appt with them.. that appt was in September, as it approached I decided I was just gonna go somewhere else for my lips because I was just so over it at this point (I did have chin filler scheduled for this appt too so I still went) I went and just told Mary I wanted to leave my lips alone, she told me she thought they looked fine (I literally still had migration at this point and it didn’t look like I had 2 rounds of filler like I had done in the past 4 months lol) I gave 2 star BECAUSE Alexa & Mary did some chin filler for me which I am happy about! I also think my lips would have been fine HAD WE JUST FULLY DISSOLVED THAT FIRST APPT, I’m not the expert though and I went off their recommendations, so this has just been a waste of time (6+ months) and money because now I’m going somewhere else, I’ve already had 1 round of dissolver & will need to go back for 2nd round of dissolver before getting them filled AGAIN……..

This was my first time getting Botox, I was a little nervous. My technician, Amanda Albanese, was incredibly knowledgeable. She mapped out my challenge areas, provided a few options for future procedures, and found a way to work within my budget. I am not sure if it is a common technique, but I really appreciate the tiny little pats she would do as she injected my face. It seemed to confuse the senses and I couldn't feel the pinch of the needle. I highly recommend both her and AR Aesthetics.

Mary is awesome! She does amazing work and is so fun to converse with even when I probably should not be talking but I keep it interesting, lol! I’m always comfortable and relaxed in there from the time I walk in to check in with the fantastic front desk girls until I walk out the door! Go see Mary for a phenomenal experience!!!! Definitely 5 star experience and I drive 40 minutes to see her!!!❤️

I went to Alexa for nose filler and under eye filler. The first appointment was great and I loved it. Went back for a touch up a few months later and got completely botched. My nose looked awful, and I had literal lumps in my under eye (nose eventually went down a bit). I tried to be patient with my under eyes and hoped it was just swelling but almost 9 months later and I still have very obvious lumps of filler. I’ve tried to pretend it looks okay but I honestly think it’s gotten worse over the months. Super bummed and disappointed. Showing a before and after of a few days before my appt, and a few days after. The lumps are hard to miss.
