The massage was by far one of the best I ever had! I had a back pain for a few months now and this place gave me relief I was looking for. The massage techniques are very professionally. I feel incredibly relaxed. Customer service is awesome! big thanks to the whole staff for making me feel so special. I would highly recommend this place.

Best lash extensions and refill in Miami. Karo is so gentle, careful, and the lashes look very natural. I’ve been going to Aram Karem for 3 years now and wouldn’t change it for any other place. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Aram Karem for a few years now I’ve had just about every service Carolina offers. I have to be honest I cannot live without the facials that leave my skin feeling soft, subtle and hydrated or the eyelash extensions that leave my small eyes looking nice a bright, they look is very natural. This is me at now, I’m 59. Carolina, you’re the best! ❤️

I recently enjoyed a fantastic spa visit, treating myself to a rejuvenating facial and a hair growth treatment. The serene atmosphere and skilled staff made the experience truly delightful. This mini spa itself is very clean and calming. I have too kids of my own and when i need to get some pampering and selfsteem up i just book an apointment.The esthetician is a profesional i personally have reffered all my friends to this place and we all love it so now i recommended to who ever read this because your not going to regret it. Great place..!!!! And yes my eyelashes are extensions🤭 by the best dont i say soo!!

Just came in today for my session with the new administration. Loved the the spa and feel in my stay. I felt very relaxed and I love how my results are coming along with my ultra radio frequency. I can see how my abdomen is changing with each session. I totally recommend Aram Karem and the new management.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. For starters I had an appointment and was denied service because I had my service dog with me, which is illegal. I paid no mind to it and rescheduled and returned without my service animal. During the appointment I inquired about the deals and specials/prices of other treatments. The sales person did not specify that these prices were not to be mixed with any other offers only that "they can be added on if you have x,y,z already." Which is something I had purchased on Groupon and she said that those special pricing applied to me. I also inquired about how many sessions I had left and was told I had one more session for two areas. Later on I go online and see that they have another Groupon which I was eligible for because it had been 180 days since my last Groupon. So I messaged them inquiring about pricing/specials/etc just to have whoever I was speaking to begin to back pedal and start going back on what I had been told and changing everything. I was told that I had purchased my last sessions differently (which is not the case) after checking my chart I only had one session for one area and the person was extremely rude in regards to the fact that whoever I spoke to in the salon was mistaken. Then I was told that I should be grateful that I was able to reschedule without penalization or charge on the date I arrived with my SERVICE animal and was told that I could be turned away due to me having a service dog which is not the case and called my service animal a "little dog" again. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth and was told that "regardless those are their own rules and not up for debate" even though they go against federal laws and regulations. There was zero customer service and I was spoken down to and received a lot of rude remarks to having received an extra area of treatment like if i had deceived them when it was their fault for not properly checking my chart and taking note of what I had paid for, it is not my responsibility to look at the chart and ensure it's correct. There was no sort of intent in correcting the situation or being amicable, just unnecessary rudeness and aggression. There was zero customer service or any sort of attempting to find a happy common ground due to a misunderstanding and lack of proper explanation on behalf of the employee, there was zero effort in attempting to honor what I was told or assist in any way shape or form. I ended up canceling my last appointment and have no intention of returning.
