I had been going here for years! Every single time was a wonderful experience! After Erica transitioned from hair styling to a more business boss full time . I tried the other stylists. All did amazing! I can't reccomend this place enough. You want cool hair? This is the place! I would still be going there if I didn't move out of state. I miss them so much.

I had a wonderful experience here! My hairstylist was Austin. He was so friendly and listened to my concerns. He explained what he was doing as he was cutting my hair, and showed me how I can achieve the look I wanted at home with one of their products. My haircut was the best I've ever had! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back :)

I have been trying to find a place that was more inviting and less rigid in how they approach hair. Arcane is definitely that place. Cortnee listened to what I was looking for and gave great input. I did not know what I wanted but they gave me great ideas and direction. First time actually enjoying getting my haircut. Cortnee was friendly and so was everyone else. The only hard part was the parking initially but that isn't their fault and they will give a parking pass for future appointments. Thank you!

i'm really distraught after my visit today. i came in with medium length hair and wanted a cut: shoulder length with side bangs (2 pictures provided both showing longer shoulder length hair and side swooped bangs). i left with shorter than chin length hair and full frontal bangs. they issued me a full refund and left a note on my account if i ever did return, they would give me a free cut. this was amazing customer service, however, i have never had a worse cut in my entire life and am extremely discouraged.

Always a great atmosphere and Great service. I've been here a few times to get my hair cut and won't be going anywhere else. Always a great cut and experience. Ask for Carly if you go she cuts mine and my girlfriends hair and is always great!

Attentive, realistically friendly, and customer-service-driven attitudes from the people here! My hair stylist was a funny and professional guy, apologies for forgetting the name, but they were well-informed on their products and cut my hair/ styled it to satisfaction within the time frame I paid for. The style I went for was a shaggy wolf-cut mixed with a retro aspect. Exactly what I got in the picture provided! Planning to return for more edgy and out-of-the-norm hairstyles along with buying more of their products.

I have gotten both piercings (by Courtney) and hair (by Gabby) done here, everyone in the shop is so sweet and talented and the whole place is such a vibe it's unbelievable. If you want an unusual hair cut to fit alt fashion, I could not recommend this beautiful little shop more.

I’ll be honest it’s rare I go to places like these as a male, but boy am I glad I did!! Homie recommended Carly (?) and I was worried she wouldn’t do men cuts but she gladly took me! I wanted a specific style and she went through the steps and even gave me styling tips and showed me how I should style and what I could do with this hairstyle. Super helpful and went above and beyond. She was so nice it was like meeting with an old friend. The receptionist was even nice too! If she’s reading this, thanks for the sushi recommendation! 10/10 recommend this place!

Amazing experience at Arcane with Courtnee! I haven’t been to a salon in 3 years and she really made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in detail and listened to me. I totally trusted her with my hair goals and she did not disappoint. I picked this salon because of the inclusivity and they absolutely welcomed me with open arms. The decor is amazing and it gives off a speak easy vibe! Thank you Courtnee I love my new look!

I have a lot of allergies and I have been looking for a shampoo for a year that I can use. Abby was wonderful today and took the time to help me try and find something and she did! I can’t believe it but not only that my haircut was phenomenal and I felt I got exactly what I wanted and some explanation on how to make it look this way at home as well. Highly recommend for anyone

Absolutely loved my appt here with Cortnee. I booked online through their website after searching for salons that specialize in balayage. It was listed on their website with their packages and prices which made it really easy to confirm and not have to call around. Cortnee was amazing and super friendly to work with. I was able to show her reference photos of what I wanted and how my hair had reacted to color in the past and she was pretty confident she could make what I wanted, happen. Super happy with the way my hair turned out and look forward to follow up appts for touch ups and more lightening sessions.

LOVE this place! The vibe is so excellent and so different from every other salon, it's eclectic & interesting, you feel great just walking in. Everyone is so friendly and fun (and all their hair looks amazing), but especially my stylist Austin who makes me feel like an old friend even though I'm a relatively new client. He does a FANTASTIC job with my hair, he truly listens to my concerns & makes good suggestions for a flattering cut that's easy to care for. My style has been growing out beautifully but I keep going back for a trim because I just love being there!

I LOVED my experience here. Abigail was my stylist and she was AMAZING. I got an all-over color, going from blonde highlights to my natural brown hair. She matched the color perfectly and was soo sweet about absolutely everything. The receptionists taking the calls/scheduling appointments were also super nice. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Went here for the first time yesterday and Gabby did an amazing job on my hair!! I've always been nervous about haircuts because I've had a number of bad cuts in the past at other salons but Gabby was incredible! She thoroughly talked me through my ideas and helped me decide on the details. And she also noticed my hair was a little on the wavy/curly side and asked if I wanted to try out some curly hair products and diffusing since I'd never really done it before. My hair cut turned out amazing and even on the second day and after a wash my waves are still coming through better than they ever have 🥹 I'm over the moon at how everything turned out and will definitely be back! The other employees/stylists were also very friendly and the atmosphere of the salon was super cool and inviting.

Absolutely astounded, the atmosphere is perfect and wonderful. All the salon was so kind and very nice! Cute interior design goth Victorian beautiful! My favorite! Amazing service they really listen and care for your needs as well! I came to get a medium length to short bob. I got a blunt bob it was so perfect!! I love Arcane, it’s so welcoming and such a great place for many services. I got a double lobe piercing today from Cortnee! It was super quick and easy, Cortnee was great at explaining what to expect and was really clear about aftercare and how to handle future jewelry. She has also been doing my hair for over a year and she’s the best with fun/experimental colors and helping you figure out the best options for your hair and the level of effort you wanna put in to upkeep! Love that I can also get new piercings at Arcane now❤️

I am attending a conference and needed a confidence booster for my presentation. Googled a few salons near the hotel I was staying and and thankfully came across Arcane. I booked with Katie Amezquita and honestly, hit the JACKPOT!!! Love the salon, LOVE Katie, and am so happy with how beautiful she styled my hair. It is the PERFECT blow out and I am ready to rock my presentation now.
