I've lived in Midtown for some time and had no idea this salon even existed. I'm so glad I booked an appointment with Maria! What a cool person. She made my experience like hairapy "should" be! Wonderful to speak with and I finally have "my power" back. Thanks Maria... In addition, speaking with Brittany ( spelling?) their esthetician was a joy and pleasure. Thanks yall!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hannah and Area 4! Hannah is a true talent, kind, thoughtful and professional. She has transitioned my color to copper beautifully and has been extremely patient with me. The positive energy in the salon is palpable!!

I loveeee Area 4 and Hannah!! Hannah always does a great job with my hair and always makes me feel so comfortable in the chair! We have the best time!! Not to mention, I love the scalp treatment and lash lifts! And they give a great facial too! You honestly can’t beat the hospitality and quality work! I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else! They’re all amazing!!

I always use Hannah when I need my hair done. She’s so friendly and fun. I always know my hair will turn out perfect with her. She does my whole family’s hair. My daughter loves her. If you want good color and/or cut go to Hannah. She’ll take care of you. I’ll never use anyone else .

I wish I had a before and after pic of my hair. It was in the roughest shape! Weeks of neglect had left it frizzy, dry, and lack luster to say the very least. Robbi worked her usual magic and left the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks! The entire team is incredible! A bonus is the salons commitment to sustainability. From products, environment itself, and recycle program, the salon is walking the walk of what it means to be green! Love you Area 4 for so many reasons!

Great hair cuts by Hannah . She is very professional and she understood me perfectly. I have enjoyed also my color . Great salon to go . Thank you for the hand massage , it was relaxing and you made me feel like a rich woman 😉. I recommend this place for their experience and professionalism.

After moving, I thought I would never find a hair dresser who I could trust. I messaged Hannah after spontaneously deciding I wanted to go brunette. She immediately got back to me, booked me, and transformed my hair. Everyone at Area 4 salon is so friendly and talented. If you’re wanting to switch things up, or just find a hairdresser who will act like a best friend, book with Hannah!!!

Hannah, Hannah, Hannah! When I tell y’all this girl is the epitome of what a hairstylist should be I MEAN IT! She has completely transformed my hair. I went from a dry, dead platinum blonde to a rich, healthy, shiny BURGUNDY, and she got me to my desired color in one session. My hair is healthier than it has ever been, and it’s all thanks to Hannah. She is so knowledgeable about hair, not to mention she’s one of my all-time favorite people. I get so excited every time I book an appointment because not only am I going to be getting an incredible cut and color, but some of THE best conversation. I am so thankful that I found Area 4. I will come back again and again!!

I can in for a haircut last Wednesday and boy was I amazed. I’m new to the area and didn’t know what to expect but Maria definitely did an outstanding job. Will absolutely be coming back got another one. Excellent quality and great customer service!

I had an excellent experience here. I have never gotten a facial before but Brittany made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep lol. I came back recently for my first dermaplaning and WOW. The difference is amazing. I feel like my products are penetrating more and of course my skin is sooo smooth!

I just want to thank Maria and Area 4 salon for the amazing help, I had forgot about a friend’s wedding and needed a hair cut and getting my girlfriend’s hair done. For such a impromptu appointment I love how they got me and her out of there in time and in style.

Hadn't gotten a haircut for over a year. Hannah was great and was able to book me same day! She gave me a great cut, exactly what I was looking for compared to the photo I showed her. Very affordable as well!

I can't express in words how perfect my experience was with Ari! He was extremely consultative and checked in every step of the way, planned long term goals with me as well as short term, and was so attentive to my schedule and needs. The hair wash ALONE is a reason to return a million times, but the cut and color was actually perfection. My hair looks the best it ever has, and is better than what I imagined. Not to mention the entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The vibes here are so relaxing and feel energizing all at the same time. I practically skipped back to work today after my service!

I followed Ari back to Area 4 salon where I had been years ago. I liked it then and I like it now! The salon is great, easy parking and comfortable. Ari is a perfectionist who takes his time and makes great conversation :) my mom and MIL also go to Ari!

Just visited for the first time for a consultation with Ari, and I am already impressed! Parking was easy despite the busy area, the salon atmosphere was comfortable, and everyone was super nice. I felt like Ari was interested in the ideas and photos I brought and is genuinely excited to help me get the wild colors I've always wanted, with a customized vision for my hair. I can't wait for the actual appointment!!

Excellent customer service. An innocent mistake was made with my hair and they were beyond accommodating to get me in for a consult to then fix it! Also got a refund! The salon itself looks awesome, love the decor. I followed the stylist Alex here from her last shop, and she has always given me phenomenal haircuts. Plenty of parking right next to the building too! I’ll be back for sure.

Everyone at the salon was so sweet and Rachel did a phenomenal job with my hair! I was concerned about the last formula my last stylist (somewhere else) used but Rachel touched up my roots and added some lowlights to help blend my color more throughout my hair and it completely changed how I feel about the color. I'm not great at knowing *exactly* what I want in the salon but she helped turn my vague requests into something beautiful. And the haircut looks amazing too! And y'all, can I tell you about their shampoo bowls?? There is a headrest inside it so your neck isn't crunched over the edge of the bowl. Life CHANGING for someone like me with a sensitive neck. And Rachel gives a great head massage too! Whole experience was the highlight of my month :)

First of all - phenomenal experience, and was one of the best haircuts/styles I’ve ever received. Melissa cut my hair and not only was she amazing to have a conversation with but she also did a spectacular job with my hair. On time, professional, and so so welcoming. Also this deserves to be said, I am a guy who grew up getting a buzz cut every time I got my hair cut. However, during COVID I grew my hair to pony tail length, but I know nothing about hair or how to take care of it or style it. Melissa was so helpful, so informative, and walked me through how to style my own hair at home - which is such an important part of the process for me. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’ll be going back for my next haircut. Also the vibe in the place was relaxing and peaceful which is always nice to have when your hair is being cut.
