Alta is absolutely phenomenal! She truly listen to what you want and have an incredible eye for detail, consistently delivering flawless cuts and blow dry that perfectly suited my hair type. This is for ppl with 4c hair, styling is not consistent there is only one beautician who knows how to do 4c hair and she has a alot client I would advise just find a salon that does black hair.

I have been going to Alta for years and she is amazing! My hair always looks beautiful after she does it and I get so many compliments! My mother and daughter have also gone to her for years and love her and the results! She never turns me away even if I need a last minute appointment! She is the best!

I love this shop Alta the stylist has been doing my hair for about 15 years and she is the greatest. I will not let anybody else do my hair the shop is always clean and the other stylist are always friendly so if you want a great hairstylist, go to this Salon.### it’s great.😊

I went to get my hair done for prom on April 26. I asked for blowout and curls. The stylist that did my hair was Jackie. While she was doing my hair i repeatedly told her she was burning me and she replied “ beauty is pain”. I left it how it was because i thought i was being tender headed. I left my hair in that state for 2 weeks. Once I washed my hair, my hair was unfortunately damaged to the high heat usuage. My curls had lost their bounce and aren’t how they used to be. I did call the salon for a refund but they refused and insisted for me to go back to salon so they can see the damage. I even sent photos of before and after and they left me on delivered due to the damage she had made. I definitely learned my lesson and wouldn’t be going to this place again. Here are before and pictures of my hair after I had to cut it and it still not being at its full potential.

actualizando 5/9/2024 este día llamé por una sita y me dijeron que fuera ,cuándo llegue fui muy mal atendida cuándo le expliqué lo que quería esta chica dijo que si que lo intentaría quiero destacar que fui súper mal atendida ni una capa me puso pinto mi pelo encima de mi ropa y también lo cortó sin tener la mínima atención aparte de que me dejó con el producto en el pelo más de una hora entre a las 9:39 y salí a las 2 de la tarde por qué estaba atendiendo a otras chicas al mismo tiempo luego cuando termino el resultado no era el que yo quería y me dijo que no avía el color así que me puso otro (el que ella considero que le gustaba) me cobró 250 dólares y me dijo si no te gusta volve cuando esté Johana,nunca más volveré a este salón tuve que salir a comprar una tinta de caja en la farmacia y ponérmelo en mi casa 🤬🤯

I’ve been here in the past and thought it was very pricey. I just called for a price range and she refused. She told me the price varies based on your hair length and texture. It’s 2024 that should not be a thing. No one can control the length or texture of their hair.

My stylist, Alta. She is the best! She has been doing my hair for 8 years. I started with a relaxer now I am all natural. When you come to the Salon ask for Alta. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly.

The quality is always perfect. My blowout was a little pricey, but the work they do is perfect, and I always love the finished product.
