I rarely write bad reviews but this one is necessary! I just got my nails and toes done here tonight for the first time. It is the absolute cutest nail salon but the lady Tina, who did my toes did a horrible job. She asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said no just a gel polish change and I feel like once she knew I was just getting a polish change she rushed to get done. They look so sloppy. She did not go all the way to the edges of my toes And it looks like I got them done weeks ago. Super disappointed. Excuse my ginormous baby toe haha.

I had to go back now a second time for them to fix the most simple black gel polish that was not properly dried. The manager of the salon is extremely rude and unprofessional. My money should have been refunded but they made me feel as though i should be honored they were willing to fix their $50 screw up job. Unacceptable way to conduct business, and nominee should go to a place like this.

I loved my nail this time . The first time I came the girl wasn’t very friendly but B was such a fun girl to work with! They always accommodate you , I just wish the car eye wasn’t 15 extra dollars to an already 90 DLL bill before tip . Other than that I love coming here , the receptionist is really sweet!

Nice place, but service could be better and very low value for the price. I found out at the end that they offer water and other drinks like wine, but despite spending over $150 (mani pedi) I wasn’t even offered a glass of water. They also made me sit in the most awkward way possible, where I had to cross my arms over myself because the tech didn’t want to move to the right side of the chair to work on my right hand. This resulted in nail filings and dust getting all over my clothes. Overall very uncomfortable and overpriced.

Tin has been doing my nails for about 2 years now and has always done an amazing job. He’s professional, meticulous, and very knowledgeable on anything you ask him concerning nails. He also has suggestions if you need them. I have always been able to get in when needed. He will somehow get me in. All in all a great nail bar with all the latest and greatest products. Leo does my pedicures and has the same expertise as Tin. He takes his time and gives you the experience you want. He has fixed broken toe nails, made new ones if needed and can do any type of polish that’s in the salon. Extremely satisfied with this nail salon and recommend it to anyone. My husband also comes in and feels the same way.

Would not recommend wasting your money there. I went in for a basic French tip with gel and left extremely disappointed. The staff clearly lacked the skill or training to perform the service, despite claiming otherwise. They trimmed my natural nails far too short, struggled with the design, and had to redo it multiple times before I gave up entirely. I also opted for a simple pedicure with regular polish, only to have it chip within 10 minutes of leaving because they didn’t bother using a top coat. My friend’s experience was even worse—they applied acrylic instead of the hard gel she requested, when she pointed it out acted like it was the same thing and it would be fine for future fills and then argued with her about it despite us confirming the service twice at check-in. The overall lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar results made this a highly disappointing visit.

Having your nails done at ARIA is a must! Helen did my chrome gel manicure with collagen treatment. Leo did my pearl manicure. They were both amazing services! Both Leo and Helen gave wonderful massages, were very attentive and work to honor your requests. It was my first visit, as I don't live in Arizona. But I will certainly come back this salon on my next trip to Scottsdsle!

Honestly this place is a hit or miss depending on who does your nails, half of the time great half of the time not… I wish there was more consistency these were my last set I filed off immediately after wayyy too thick. Too expensive to be looking like this ☠️

I recently got the deluxe pedicure and it was hands down one of the best I've had in a while. My legs feel amazing and my feet are incredibly smooth. I highly recommend it!

recently visited this nail salon for acrylic manicure and pedicure. While the salon itself is well-maintained, my experience was less than satisfactory. The two male techs seemed unprofessional, as there were uncomfortable moments of them discussing me rather than focusing on their work. Additionally, there was a disagreement regarding the color of my toenails, which was handled in a manner that felt dismissive rather than helpful. For the price, I expected a more respectful and pleasant experience. I paid 170 in total.

Today the nail technician did a horrible job with simple nail polish and shaping the nails. The pedicure was $55. 00 and full set $60.00. When I asked if I can return tomorrow they insisted that I redo today. The nail technician removed the nail polish and walked away. Then I went back to the front desk and asked if the nail technician was returning to polish my toe nails. She said I thought you wanted us to remove the nail polish. I said I asked for the nails to be polished after pedicure. She recommended that I go to the other Aria salon location in Tempe. After rendering payment $115.00 I go home with no nail polish.

Tin has been doing my nails for years and I always leave amazed. His work is detailed on whatever reference I show him, nails never break and stones always last till I see him in 3 weeks. Also I have my pedicures done as well by whomever is available and no matter who I get toes always look great. I do pay around 170-220 each time without tip for both but because of my length and depending on bling or design.

Been going here for awhile now, for someone who is in the beauty industry this place is the best. (Aria nail bar scottsdale 2 specifically is the best) I love coming to see Tin for my nails. He isn’t just a nail tech he’s an artist !! He is so good with shape & design whatever you need! Lucas is amazing for my toes!! He’s so fun and nice! Always kills it on my gel french pedicure! His massage pressure to perfect. I have had other male techs that have done great pedicures as well. Always speak up and be direct on what you want and you will never have an issue at this salon, They are willing to work with you!

Such good vibes and do a great job. They are so accommodating and friendly. I am always impressed with my nails. Just look at this pic!! They are so cute!!

Literally the worst experience at a nail salon i have ever had. Tin did my nails and every single nail was crooked and uneven. I went to ask him to shape them a little different after a completely silent appointment and this grown man is screaming in my face and gets out nail clippers saying if i dont like them he’ll just take them off. I left in the middle of the service almost in tears and they still charged me $70. I am baffled literally go anywhere else but this place.

Love Aria!! I’ve lived in Old Town for 6 years and bounced around for a bit until I found them! I get Fancy stiletto nails and Tin kills it every time! Everyone there is great! Highly recommend and excellent customer service!

Morris was excellent! He's very nice and happy and funny. Pleasure to have my fill/nails done by him! I'm hard to do because my fingers are not exactly super skinny. :) My kids and I always come here. Just very relaxing and close by! They always know what's in style and have the latest products. Highly recommend.

Beautiful salon!! Massage chairs are top notch! Never a long wait. My nails always look beautiful. B is the best tech! But all of the tech are amazing so can’t go wrong with anyone there.
