She did not show up to my appointment and instead ignored my calls and messages when I addressed the issue. I showed up on time and was outside the building waiting for OVER 15 minutes!!! Very unprofessional on her behalf. Disappointed to say the least. Be careful ladies when booking, you don’t want a hairstylist that doesn’t communicate with you to be playing in your hair. If I could give 0/5 stars I would

Nea is so great. She did my boho knottless braids for vacation and I’ve been getting so many compliments on them. I’ve been going to her for years she is so kind, caring, professional and is great at what she does.

I've been going to Nea for about 2 years now. I've even started bringing my daughter's to her. I love the fact that she can do just about anything. She did my 16 year old's crochet braids and passion twists. For my 13 year old, she prefers a silk press and straight or wavy styles. Nea's extremely versatile. Plus she's super friendly and her salon has a good vibe. I'm so glad I found her.

Nea is an excellent hair stylist. She has a positive personality, meticulous about her work, and overall professional. I visited Heritage beauty for traditional box braids, and my braids look so good. I will definitely book another appointment. Thank you Nea!

This was my first hair tech experience and it was amazing! Nea is so kind, generous and sweet. She listened to my concerns and gave me recommendations of my hair to last way beyond the appointment. I found Lynnea about a month ago. Her warmth and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. She installed crochet twist in my hair and I couldn't be happier. Lynnea's attention to detail was amazing. I've been coming to Nea for over two years and have NEVER been disappointed when leaving her chair. My hair is the healthiest it's ever been, and I love that any style I want to try, Nea can execute. From sew-ins, silk presses, knotless braids, and color to crochet, Nea does it all. If you are looking for a stylist who can do it all, Nea is your girl. Plus, she is very professional and timely, and the salon is in a great location in old-town Scottsdale. Overall, Nea is excellent, and I love her, and every friend I've referred loves her too.

Nea has been doing my daughter’s hair for over 2 years now and always does any amazing job! She’s always so kind and treats my daughter great. Nea seemed very kind and fit me as a last-minute appointment. She did not put crochets to cover the whole braid pattern in the back, which limited how I could wear a low ponytail hairdo since the fullness was neglected. I scheduled a follow-up appointment, which she confirmed. To my shock, she did not show up. This was my first and last experience.

I have been going to Hairitage Beauty Bar with Nea since the end of 2021. The environment, the music, the conversation, the hair!!!! Everything about her and the services she provides is more than five star. My hair always looks bomb and I always feel welcome. I’ve gotten everything from silk presses to passion twists, to wig installs, and every look is top tier! Absolutely in love!

I have been going to Hairitage Beauty Bar/Nea since 2019 and I have never been disappointed! My hair used to rely on relaxers and I’ve been relaxer free since I’ve been going here. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been!! That’s because the level of care and attention to detail is unmatched! I have personally been looking for a hairstylist for years out here in Phoenix and now that I have met Lynea I genuinely feel like all of my hair woes no longer exist. I schedule an appointment with Nea via StyleSeat. Unfortunately I was not able to get any services done as she did not show up for the appointment, did not respond to my messages on StyleSeat, did not return my call when i left a voicemail, and went straight to voicemail when I tried contacting her after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time. Being a great stylist is one thing, but it’s just as important to be responsive and on top of your appointments. No showing without contacting you client is unacceptable.

I went to Hairitage Beauty Bar/Nea for my first time getting box braids and she was fantastic. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is a wonderful person who made me feel so comfortable and welcome. And the braids turned out great! They lasted for nearly 2 months and I didn’t have any problems at all. If you are looking for great survive from an amazing person, this is definitely the place!
