Jessica is amazing! I was so nervous about getting botox, but she made it an amazing experience, she talked me through all the pros and cons and made me feel so relaxed while getting it done. My favorite part is she doesn't push you to do more then what you want! Her microwneedling skills are top notch, my skin looks amazing, I'm so glad I chose her and she now has me addicted to taking care of my skin!

I had a great experience microneedling for 2 sessions so far! The atmosphere is clean, calm and relaxing. You can pick the type of music you prefer- or none at all. Jessica lets you know what is going on every step of the process, which i like. She also offers silent appointments so there is minimal conversation if that is preferred as well. It’s easy to see she has a passion for overall health and skin care, with an impressive background in the medical field. I highly recommend this studio- lounge for all your skin care needs. The products she offers are high quality- but she doesn’t make you feel pressured to buy, simply gives you options and samples as well as a complete regimen on proper skin care post microneedling. You won’t be disappointed.

I have always had a great experience with Jessica and have seen her for various services. No matter what service she is providing to me, she is thorough in explaining pre- and post-procedure instructions. She answers all of my questions about the procedure itself and educates very well. You can tell she is so passionate about her work and ensuring her patients have a great experience. 12/10 recommend!

I have been a client of Jess at Arizona Beauty Lounge, Phoenix, AZ, for a little over a year. Simply put, Jess is amazing. She takes a very custom approach based upon her evaluation of your skin type and it's current state. She has also taken the time to educate and certify herself in the skinbetter products she offers. Also, Jess is a specialist in Medical Aesthetics, Nutrition Adherence, Health and wellness Coaching. Jess is truly dedicated to her business and her clients. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else. Skinbetter is the best skin care product I have ever used. I have been using the skinbetter products for about 1 year. It took about 4 weeks to start seeing results. Being 60+, I have tried many products to help slow down the aging process, add moisture to my face and neck as well to reduce wrinkles, to age gracefully. Skinbetter products have exceeded my expectations. I have dry sensitive skin. I was hesitant at first to try skinbetter products mostly for the $$. I am so glad I took Jess's advice on what she felt like were the best products for my skin.
