Absolutely loved this place. Resort is unbelievable. Staff is beyond helpful. Way above and beyond. Grounds are super well kept. Do the rooms show their age? Yes. But everything you need and more. I'll stay here again 100%

Beautiful place. Rooms are spread between different villas. Each building has multiple pools to choose from. Absolutely gorgeous. I love that. They also have waterfalls to reduce the noise. Really felt like an oasis.

Best massage I've ever had! My therapist was Renee. She asked what target areas I wanted to focus on. I shared my list, and she delivered beyond my expectations. For the first time ever, I felt like I got a massage COMPLETELY catered to me. I whole heartedly recommend Renee! What would make my experience even better is if the music was more serene.

Beware if you're a disabled person with a tasks-oriented service animal, I was unprofessionally and forcibly tried to be removed from a family wedding, stated by the manager that they "have their own rules here" about service animals, saying they would turn a blind person away with a service dog as well (I have a psychiatric task-oriented dog). The manager proceeded to call security on me telling me they will come to escort me off the premises. When they arrived they apologized profusely for his ignorance and the night continued without his face around. Ruined the night to say the least, still shocked by the unprofessional manner of handling all of this during a wedding of a close family.

Hotel and spa are amazing. It's aged, but not to out dated. Wished the pool and hot tubs were a bit warmer. The water park was a bust as they kept closing the slides or lazy river. On the plus, the water is warm. Golf was fun, but they need marshals out there to move people along. 5 hours to play was a bit much.

Hotel is a bit old and tired but they are remodeling. Right above my room even. As of now it's medocre but has nice grounds and good staff.

Very nice resort. Spread out so make time if you are here for a conference. Close to the airport. Room was very clean and kept that way. Door would not close. Came back to find it cracked open. Fridge in the room did not work.

We are local players who went to play at your course, we play here often. The greens were terrible, painted over. The fairways were not that great, not what I was expecting for what we were being charged. When I asked the ranger if there was a way to get a discount or a rain check, he said, not it. Is what it is, and left our area.. hopefully you get the course back in decent shape.

Excellent location and beautiful grounds/architecture. The restaurant service and food was wonderful. Great coffee shop. I had a horrible experience with housekeeping removing items from my shower and guest services completely fumbling. My bedding had human hairs all over it which was repulsive!!! This was a work trip in a beautiful hotel but I cannot recommend this property. The way they handled the housekeeping issues was unacceptable. This is January 2025. Hopefully they get new management some day and this property will improve.

If I could give them a zero star I would this place adds ADDITIONAL charges without letting you know! I called in advance asking if I can check in a little earlier (3 hours) they said yes $50 charge I said ok that’s fine! Come to find out they charged me over $219 and also they said at check in I only owed $150 and there will be a deposit fee as well of course every hotel does so! (I paid for this place a month an advance) so no more than $150 should be charged. They charged way more than $150 my bank told me I was charged over 1,000 they never cleaned my room I never asked them for anything I was there for 3 days on vacation I was hardly there only to sleep shower and leave to venture off This place is a scam not even was breakfast free nothing seemed appetizing yogurt was almost $20 LOL over priced I never ate here. I’ll add the rooms are super outdated! I checked out and went off to a different hotel by the airport way cheaper updated and CLEAN. I recommend Radisson.
