The salon was clean and presentable. I was pleasantly greeted and was immediately asked if I would like a drink. Cesar the stylist was very polite and professional. I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. The guy who washed my hair used very cold water, didn't ask if the temperature was acceptable, did not even say hello and i was shocked in a negative way how quick he washed my hair. Totally unacceptable for a proper salon. The one woman also checked in on me, midway through my cut, if I would like prosecco and was very polite. Overall the Cersar was excellent and I could see the other stylists work was good but will not allow that guy to wash my hair.

En armandeus brickell la atención y el servicio es espectacular. Desde que entras por la puerta te sientes como una celebridad son atentos cariñosos y te consienten demasiado. Yo fui con la autoestima super baja por que me habian quemado el cabello en otra peluqueria. Enrique me hizo sentir super me hizo un tratamiento para recupérarlo, también me coloco algunas extensiones que disimularon muchísimo el estado de mi cabello y salí de allí radiante y muy segura. Los mejores de miami sin duda alguna

This place was amazing at customer service and quality. One thing I don’t like when my wife goes to the hair salon is that it takes so many hours every time, but here there’s so many people that not only do a great job, but also they’re so quick. I like that the owner is always walking and looking around to make sure everybody is having a great service, plus the guys are just incredible. Like I showed in the first picture. Four guys where working on my wife’s hair to make her look fabulous and also provide a super fast service.

Staff out front were extremely rude upon my fiancé walking in for his appointment. I personally wouldn’t have given this place business based on that alone, but he insisted. Haircut was just ok, but the prices do NOT match the attitudes and quality of service. Humble your staff, please.

6 estrellas si es posible les daría. Todo el personal es maravilloso, los productos que usan los mejores y el color es un sueño. La amabilidad no faltó , la atención muy buena , pero yo quedé igualita o peor , no me gustó para nada , el primer lavado de cabeza el pelo quedó horrible , te toca la cabeza todos en general , un bill extremadamente caro , cuando pago un servicio no escatimo mientras quedo satisfecha , pero la verdad uno no se puede dejar llevar por lo que ve ,, no regreso más .

I just had a great experience at this hair salon. The energy is so beautiful and people are so welcoming, friendly and professional at the same time. Sakina was so sweet and helped me even though I didn’t make an appointment beforehand. I would highly recommend it. Samuel and Lismary were lovely and provided me with the exact hairstyle I was looking for.

I recently visited Armandeus for a much-needed hair service, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the person attending to me was not the one specified in my booking reference. Despite my clear request for a thorough hair cut, the service felt rushed and incomplete, taking only 19 minutes. The cramped setting of the salon gave off a fast-food-like ambiance, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. Furthermore, my request to clean up the edges of my hair seemed to have been overlooked, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall outcome. While the staff was polite, the lack of attention to detail and the hurried nature of the service left me feeling disappointed. For these reasons, I can only give Armandeus a two-star rating. I hope they can improve their attention to customer requests and overall service quality in the future.

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Me dejaron el cabello casi igual que lo tenía, por hacerlo rápido y quitarme el producto en 10 minutos. Literalmente es un servicio de peluquería rápida por un precio exagerado. Solo te aconsejo que si deseas ir, estés atenta al momento de pagar. Con su amabilidad te distraen y te meten en la factura precios que no son o algo que no te hicieron.
