WOW! Never before I have received a massage like that. I would definitely recommend Shayna’s massage services. Her place invites you to feel calm and relaxed. Very clean and well decorated. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. Because the weather was cold outside, she used a heater on the massage table, which was very nice for me, cause I was freezing. She asked me first, if I wanted some techniques performed on the session. That made me feel more confident on what to expect. And the best of all: I have so many knots in my back , I think she didn’t miss one. I suffer from insomnia and I just wanted to stay asleep there until next day. Pressure: in a good way, not too soft, not too hard. She worked hands on the entire hour. Even my sciatica knot was less painful. She did a great job 👏 on that one. I had table massages before, but some were too soft or almost no hands on. I don’t have words to express how good she is. You have to experience it personally. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Finding a GOOD massage therapist is hard but finding a EXCELLENT one is even harder. If I could I would give Shayna 10 stars. She is excellent & knows what she is doing, professional, caring, comforting & has GIFTED hands. I highly recommend her services.

She creates her own touch on her work of art like the arnica salve she hand makes her self and incorporating different add on ons to your massage. I had such an amazing experience in my session eith Shayna! She is so talented and really listened to some issues i let her know I was feeling in my body and helped me with them. She is also extremely considerate and kind and made me feel so comfortable right from the get-go. If I could give Shayna more than 5 stars, I would! I woke up with intense neck pain one morning and found her business on a whim because I needed a last minute appointment. I am so glad I booked her! She was very thorough and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling so much relief in my neck and shoulders. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely be going back!

Shayna was incredibly personable, taking the time to talk to me, find out problem areas, and assess my comfort levels before even arriving at my appointment. She is very intuitive, and after talking about where I feel pain and areas I wanted worked, she applied her skills to incorporate different techniques (I tried cupping for the first time, and when I expressed how much I liked it, she sent me a link to a listing where I could buy my own to use at home if I wanted!) to hit everything we talked about. This was a birthday gift, but you can bet I’ll be back again. Thank you, Shayna!

I was referred to Shayna by a fellow member of the COVID-cautious/immunocompromised community (holla!) and boy am I thankful for the recommendation. Shayna is not only incredibly talented (goodbye, tension and tight muscles!) but she's also a sweet soul who radiates warmth and immediately puts you at ease. Sometimes for those of us in the COVID-cautious/immunocompromised bubble, it feels like our world gets smaller and smaller everyday and there's so much we've had to sacrifice to remain healthy. I asked if Shayna would be willing to wear an N95 mask from my stash during my massage appointment (1.5 hours, mind you) and she was so kind and understanding; she was enthusiastic about doing whatever she could to make me feel comfortable so I could relax because...her words: "you deserve this." More or less, she was like *Of course, sis. No problem, I got you. Whatever you need.* And that kind of kindness and empathy is so rare these days. I prefer firm pressure, and she definitely delivered. Prepare to have all of your stress and tension melt away. There's no pressure to talk and you can just fully immerse yourself into the relaxation experience; when I got on the massage table, she was like "feel free to totally zen out, fall asleep...this is your time." I think my soul whispered, "thank you." I can't say enough good things about Shayna. She brought self-care {and some sense of normalcy} back into my life and I'm grateful. I feel more like myself again for the first time in years. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Shayna now. Because you deserve this. 🥰

I came to Shayna for a prenatal massage at 37 weeks and it was an amazing experience! She was very warm and welcoming and her set up with pillows was very comfortable. The massage was primarily side lying and she gave the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling great anc enjoyed the whole experience. My hips and back were very grateful. Baby also appreciated the mini massage she gave to belly 😊 I highly recommend for any soon to be mama!

Shayna did a great job. I had shoulder surgery a few years ago and she was very gentle and it helped relieve excess tension. Overall, great experience would definitely recommend!
