Had a very good experience with my masseuse, Linda. She communicated well, checking in on me often, loved the hot stones towards the end, she definitely worked out a lot of kinks that were in my back when she was on the bars, walking my body, will definitely be back next month for round two!

I just had an absolutely amazing massage here. The massage therapist was wonderful- using pressure, body weight, stretching, touch, hot stones, and aroma therapy to give me the best massage I have ever had. The place is super clean, English speaking, and friendly. I highly recommend. Also the bed is heated.

If you are looking for an Asian massage that is affordable and great. This is your place. It isn’t a downtown overpriced place where the decor is better than the massage. This is where you go when you need a massage. Staff is super hard working and the deep tissue massage is deep. I’ve been here over 30 times. Had a good experience nearly every time. Once I had a new girl. She wasn’t that good, not terrible, but not as good as I had come to expect. I was told on the front end that she was new and accepted. Next week, I found out that she got let go. Summer runs a good clean shop.

Terrible place! They make you pay before the massage…no professional place charges before service, so I should have known better. I paid for a deep tissue, I didn’t get a professional massage, I got rubbed on. I went in because I was having stiffness in my neck. The woman who massaged me didn’t even speak enough English to understand my problem and focus on it so I still need to go get a REAL professional massage still. Then at the end she got in my face about a tip, yelling at me “give me tip give me tip”. I’m going to contact the BBB about this one because it’s a scam!

This place deserves 1 star for being nice/clean. They force a $60 tip after service , prices for couple massages are not accurate they are rough and don’t massage every part of your body will not recommend my massage felt very RUSHED !!!!

Not a traditional Thai massage. Lady who massaged me was apparently I’m charge of phones that day as well, and had to constantly stop and answer phones. Other than that, all good.

I was very dissatisfied, communication was not good and in the end I paid for it, her hands were like ice, she was massaging so hard I was in pain and shaking me, it was very unrelaxing. I didn't even get a full body massage because of the language barrier.Never again! The worse message I ever received

Welcoming atmosphere, clean place, everything was perfect but masseuse pressed my shoulder incorrectly, as a result couldnt lift my hand above for 3 days. I would have given 5 but, inexperience made me to write this

Ended up here after a mishap buying a Groupon. We had driven all over trying to find the place advertise, so when we ended up here we decided to refund our groupon and have a “couples” massage. My friend and I could not be happier that we did. Staff was friendly and forgiving as we were 45 mins late for our reservation due to the Groupon misunderstanding. I wasn’t expecting it, but this ended up being the best massage either of us had ever had, and for a very reasonable price. I will no doubt be back and hope to go regularly. Additional positive: they’re located next to zias lago vista, one of my favorite brunch places. I plan to do a massage and brunch day real soon. Again. Best massage I’ve ever had.

They would not honor a gift certificate they sold. It was an old certificate but clearly from Aroma and signed with no expiration. It was a big 2 hr certificate with the money basically stolen.

EXCELLENT massage with Angel! I asked for medium pressure with deeper pressure on feet, neck and shoulders. She was quiet and accommodating, with good flow and transitions. Got hot towels at the end to wipe off massage cream. I feel ready to go to a wedding tonight and more touristy things tomorrow! Thank you!!

I can't say enough about Aroma Spa! I have had chronic neck and back pain since a bad car accident in 2003. I've been to every specialist imaginable to no avail. The therapists at Aroma Spa work miracles! Their techniques are like no other spa/massage I have ever experienced (and I've had hundreds of massages in Chicago from the Trump, to Kiva, to the Peninsula, to Urban Oasis, to neighborhood spots like this one). I've been going to Aroma Spa weekly since April (2010) and have noticed a dramatic change in my posture and pain level. They really take the time to get to know you and your needs before they treat you. My massage has never been the same twice, as my needs change from week to week, you should ALWAYS tell your massage therapist how you're feeling and what you'd like them to (or not to) work on! That applies to ANY massage you get ANYWHERE! The massage therapists at Aroma are so professional, courteous, sweet, and considerate of the environment and respecting your privacy/modesty. Tthis is not a luxury downtown Hotel Spa, but it has all the elements of a very nice and clean spa. And to boot-- the price matches! I was paying $150/hour for structural therapy at the spa at a spa downtown and it didn't come near the $70/hour massage I get at Aroma. If you're looking for a soft, relaxing, "barely-touch-me" massage, then this is likely not the place for you. However, if you want to get the best massage of your life that may be a little unconventional but leaves you feeling "high" with relaxation and relief... then call and make an appointment! As to their other spa services, I have not had facials or waxing done here, but I'm sure they're as good as their massages!

I have been here 3 times and have always had a good massage. My only complaint would be that they don't read the instructions you write down. 2 times they tried to walk on my back after I told them I just had surgery on it. But when they finally got to the massage it was really great.

I went last night for the eyelash extensions service and it was amazing! the sweetest woman named Kiki did mine and she was excellent! I went in nervous because I did not know what to expect. I wanted more full looking, natural lashes, where someone who just met me wouldn't know they were fake. We discussed during my consultation and after seeming like she understood what I wanted so I decided to proceed, and the results are GORGEOUS! She did a PERFECT job of exactly what I wanted. She was patient, took her time, did not rush the job, and made it look exactly how we discussed. Aroma Spa is an excellent place for all services, such a sweet staff that really takes care of you, instead of just taking your money and pushing you out the door! I cant wait to go back in 3 weeks for my lash fill!
