I’ve been coming here for a year and I absolutely adore my hair stylist Sue Austin! She provides incredible services, uses high quality products, and gives great hair care advice. The salon itself is always clean, organized, and easy to book with online. They have amazing hair products for sale that are so worth the results! It’s also very nice to be offered water upon arrival.

When I initially went to Julia, it was as a stop gap because I couldn’t make it to my regular barber, but she did such a great job that I never looked back! I’ve always struggled because most stylists don’t understand how to use clippers for a barbered look, but most barbers have a hard time with the subtleties of a barbered cut that is still on the femme side, but Julia nailed it! She helped me articulate what I wanted and is always open to feedback and making adjustments. She’s also a complete sweetheart and just fun to talk to.

I have seen both Jenn and Julia at Arrow several times and have always had a great experience. All of the stylists there are great at what they do, and make you feel welcome and comfortable while you’re in their chair. Every time I visit Arrow, I get weeks of compliments on my hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went in for a textured flow hairstyle, had taken me "four months" to grow out my hair, had my hair cut too short (almost the same as when I started) and not in the style I wanted "despite showing multiple video references"! All I got in return was a sorry, I cut it too short back there Would not go there a second time and would not recommend, also took more money than what it would have cost booking online

I finally found my salon home in Seattle at Arrow Hair and Beauty! These stylish women are a joy to visit, and Sue does a fantastic job at keeping up my natural blonde look with a fresh cut. She takes time to understand what you want, consults along the way, and is always fun to talk too. The added bonus is I often get compliments on my hair long after my visit!

I have been going to arrow hair and beauty for 5 years now and they are the only salon I trust with my hair. Jenn, Sue, and the other stylists are incredibly talented with coloring and shaping. They are also so professional and kind. I have never been disappointed with my hair and have even been prompted to try new things due to how much I trust their judgement and experience. Also, they often collaborate and ask for each other’s feedback which is really cool. If you are in the bell town or greater Seattle area, I would highly recommend Arrow hair and beauty.

I have had such lovely experiences with my stylist Sue at Arrow. She is so fun and positive and she gives me such wonderful haircuts and tone to my natural grey. My hair grows out beautifully and my cuts last a good amount of time. Highly recommend Sue for your cut and color needs!

I’ve been going to Sue for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only does she do an amazing job every time, but she’s also the sweetest person. She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers great suggestions, and always makes sure I leave feeling my best. The entire experience is relaxing, and I truly look forward to every appointment. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone talented, kind, and professional!

I had my hair colored at this salon two months ago, and after giving it some time and even going back for a fix, I’m still very disappointed with the results. The initial service was unsatisfactory, and although Sue offered to fix the issues, the results were still far below expectations and unprofessional. I regret trusting this salon with my hair and cannot recommend it based on this experience.

i had a terrible experience. booked a hair consultation, the stylist was 30 minute late. during the consultation, she took a strand of my hair and said that she would do a dye test tomorrow and let me know but she never got back to me. very unprofessional! it's a waste of time.

I just saw Sue Austin for a hair cut and balayage appointment and love my hair. I was in desperate need of hair help ! She asked great questions, and really listened to how I wear and style my hair on a daily basis. She let me pick the music, offered me a beverage and we had great conversation. I worked some of the time too! I love her intuition on what blonde works best for my face. Sue has over 20 years of experience working with hair, which made me feel at ease trusting her expertise. I highly recommend her! Amazing experience

Moved to Belltown a few months ago and decided to try out Arrow Hair to get my root touchup with Sue. Haven’t looked back since! I’ve discovered new hair products, easier styling for my difficult hair, planning ahead/talking through additional color options, even a better option on hair ties thanks to Sue!! All of this AND the Best haircuts too. Appointments are easy to schedule and it’s the coziest salon I’ve ever been in 💕 Great music and low pricing are the cherry on the icing on this cake 🎉 Go here and you won’t be disappointed!

This is the cutest and coziest salon I’ve ever been to! I was looking around to get a hair cut on a Monday, happened to find Arrow Hair and Beauty through google and booked with Sue! Sue was absolutely amazing and so so sweet, and I love what she did with my hair. Can’t wait to go back! 😊

I was looking for a new salon after moving, and found Arrow through their online reviews. I booked an all over color with Julia, and am very glad I did! She was ready for me at my appointment’s start time, and asked a lot of questions about my expectations and vision. She gave really thoughtful advice on how to achieve the look I was wanting, and was so considerate throughout the appointment. She was very sweet and friendly, and I truly enjoyed my appointment with her. You can tell that she genuinely loves her profession, and has a way with making people feel comfortable. She is truly awesome, and I can’t wait to book with her in the future. The other employee present was also super sweet, but I didn’t catch her name. Overall, great salon with wonderful people! Quality of work was really great as well!

Hands down the best cut + color I have ever received. Leone is worth every penny and I'm so blessed to have found this salon!! She corrected all my color issues and even introduced me to better products to avoid my issues in the future. 11/10 experience

Came here as a walk-in traveling from the east coast. Really enjoyed my experience. I’m pretty laid back when it comes to salons and tend to salon hop every 3 months. This salon has been my favorite I’ve ever been to. Loved my hair cut from Julia and kindness from Jen. Thank you girls again! Will definitely come back again when I return to the west coast.

Finally found a great stylist who I can trust. I have very thick, wavy hair and needed a style that could work blow-dried, curled, or air-dried. Rebekah came in to save the day! She also was a great conversationalist and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I love the atmosphere at this salon, too. The products smell great, the music is upbeat. Just come in prepared that this is a more high-end place, and the prices reflect this.
