Kayla is extremely talented! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and Kayla helped me identify what might look good with my hair type and face shape. She did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

I discovered Arrow Salon and Grace during a very challenging time, just after my father unexpectedly passed away. In desperate need of a haircut before the funeral, I walked in feeling overwhelmed. Grace was incredibly kind and compassionate; I even found myself crying as I shared my story with her. Her warmth and understanding made a difficult moment just a little brighter. And the haircut! Grace is truly a master of her craft. At the funeral, three different people approached me to compliment my hair--testament to her extraordinary skill! Recently, she also worked her magic on my daughter, giving her a fun blue streak. Grace was so patient and understanding, making the experience enjoyable for her, especially as a tween. (Grace is GREAT with tweens!) I feel so lucky to have found Grace and Arrow Salon. They're not just a place for hair; they're part of the community. :)

Kayla did the most amazing job on my hair last week. I have never gotten a balayage so I was bit nervous but the results were incredible. She truly is a master with her work and you can never go wrong getting your hair done by her!!

Juvy has been my go to hair dresser for almost two years now. She knows exactly what I want, even when I don’t have the words to explain it! I always have a good time when I’m in her chair, the great conversations and laughter is always a highlight (no pun intended 💇‍♀️😉). You can trust her with balayage, trim, and even a chop 😱 I’ll definitely continue to book with her for her talent, personality, and professionalism.

Grace has been cutting my hair for a few years since I realized my previous stylist just didn't quite know what to do to make my curls thrive. Not only does Grace execute my vision each time, she is a great collaborator when I'm not totally sure what I want or know it'll take a couple cuts/time to grow out to achieve my desired outcome. A plus product recs when I need it, and more importantly she notices when my hair is not liking whatever is in my current routine. Her chair is always such a treat to be in, and she is a fun, thoughtful stylist all around. Grace is my girl and if she ever leaves Arrow I will follow her wherever she goes!!!

I booked an appointement with Juvy based on reviews, and let me tell you I was SO happy I did! She‘s such a fun and likable person with a talent for making you feel beautiful :) Juvy did not only nailed the colour of my hair and cut them well, she also did everything so gently. 100% recommended Juvy’s haircuts! She is both a warm presence and a gifted hairdresser — she knew exactly what would look best given my hair type, even when given very little instruction. She also did a wonderful job styling after the cut. Will definitely be going back to Arrow Salon!

Book Emily for you fine haired ladies out there! My hair is both fine and thin and Emily was able work with it beautifully, I love the finished result, it looks so healthy and… full? What! Love! I showed her some quick example photos and explained what I didn’t want and she delivered exactly what I was looking for

I could not even wait to get home to write this review - Juvy is INCREDIBLE!!!! I came in for my appointment with zero inspo pics and no real idea what I wanted to do and she PERFECTLY added a subtle balayage to my hair and gave me an **amazing** haircut. She is also the sweetest - so personable and it felt like we were friends by the time I left. I have bounced from salon to salon all the years I’ve lived out in California but I have finally found my girl!!! 5 BIG stars for Juvy - you will NOT be disappointed!

I found this place online and went on a whim. The salon is cute and clean and Juvy is the absolute best! She treated me and my curls like royalty while also being extremely chill and easy to laugh with during the whole process! 10/10 would recommend and I am excited for my next appt!

I had an appointment with Juvy for just a normal haircut and style. First, while scheduling my appointment, I was a little concerned with the 1-hour time limit because with the amount of hair I have, it'll take HOURS. I believe that they changed the limit to 1.5 hours now but don't let that stop you from booking an appointment with Juvy. I decided to schedule it anyways to see how it would go considering I am trying to find a new go to hair salon/stylist that is closer to my house. When I walked in, I was nicely greeted by everybody and Juvy, in particular, was super cheerful and made me feel comfortable that it was my first time at the salon. We did a small consultation of what I was looking for and she gave me options based on her expertise, but wasn't too forward about it and she still made sure that it fit my vision of how I wanted to look. While she washed my hair, she would make sure that the temperature of the water was good and made sure that the scalp massage wasn't too hard or too soft which I truly appreciate. Moving onto the haircut, Juvy took her time to truly understand what I wanted. She also styled my hair at the end which I was shocked about considering our time limit and the amount of hair I have, but she was able to get everything done while still making sure everything was to my liking. Although the time limit is a bit scary, Juvy was able to make my hair PERFECT in that short amount of time. She took her time, but worked swiftly to make sure I walked out with perfect hair. I will for sure be going back to Arrow Salon and scheduling my hair appointments with Juvy!

I have had such good hair cut experiences here! Juvy has cut my hair multiple times and brings really positive energy to each appointment. She listens really closely to exactly what I ask for and was able to match my inspo pictures perfectly! Will certainly keep getting my hair cut by her :)

I recently had my hair done by Juvy and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great advice on how to achieve the look I was going for. The cut and color turned out beautifully and have received numerous compliments from my friends and fam. I highly recommend Juvy for her attention to detail! She is a fantastic stylist!

I told Juvy I wanted a bob cut with blunt cut on my thin hair and no layers. She still cut a bunch of layers, saying that my hair were so thick. Never in my life has anyone told me I had thick hair. Then, she wanted to curl my hair and I told her there was no point, because it wouldn’t stay. She said that she think it would and proceed what she already started before asking, with no heat protection. What’s the point of paying 100$ for a haircut that should take 30 minutes, if you’re not even going apply any products? My hair was already all straight literally 20 minutes later. Anyway, I went home crying and now, my hair are so short and thin, I cannot even tied them up to hide the mess she made. If you want a haircut by someone who doesn’t listen a single thing that you want, go see Juvy

I went for partial balayage with Juvy. After realizing that cool tones were too bright on my dark brown hair, she re-toned it TWICE to make it right, and I'm coming back for another toning in a few weeks. I really appreciated that she was on the same page with me and made a huge effort to make sure I left feeling good about it. She was super positive and sweet throughout the entire process and I will be back!

Pay for a balayage and full highlights, the hair color looked good. But in the end the hair was wet, I don't dry it well and I don't comb it either. He made waves only on top of my hair and the bottom wet and without combing. Work done by Juvy

This salon is a neighborhood gem! Patty has been my wonderful hair stylist for over 5 years now. She originally saved my hair from a poor highlight treatment I had gotten at another place. My hair always looks fantastic when I leave, and I've never had any issues with frizziness or damage in the weeks after. Plus the color always turns out incredible- she's got a great eye for that! I also love that she always helps to style my hair at the end of a service. I've learned a lot about how to maintain my hair properly between colorings and style it better over the years. If you're looking for a place to get a cut and color, this is definitely the place to go!

I had color correction and a cut from Emily and I could not be happier! I came in so embarrassed over the state of my chemically damaged, fried hair and she took time to explain all my options for fixing it without compromising the length and my color options to keep it low-maintenance moving forward. My hair now looks and feels so healthy. Thank you Emily!!!

Wonderful first visit to ARROW with Alexis. She really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and expertise about anything I was unsure about. She's very kind and extremely talented. I ended up with a color that I absolutely love and a cut that complements my hair type and lifestyle. Honestly excited for the next time I get to visit!
