I was excited to come here after not coloring my hair for almost a year. I wanted a bright neutral/warm blonde, I'm a natural dirty blonde. Instead I got a dingy silver blonde on the ends from the toner being on for way too long. While my roots are golden blonde. This took over 5 hours and over $300.

ARSOVA IS A VIBE. The studio is so chic and comforting. I have been coming to Autumn for 5 years, she is so good at what she does!! As is every one that works here. Every time I walk out feeling beautiful and so refreshed, and I swear I get non-stop compliments on my hair from friends and even strangers for months after every appointment. Love this place! I found Arsova on Instagram when I moved to Chicago and have been coming here ever since. I see Beth for balayage and glosses, and Noel for haircuts. Both are THE best. It is on the pricier end, but I have paid less at other places and found with my hair, it’s better to splurge here. The place is super clean, modern, staff are splendid. Booking system is convenient with automated reminders text and email.

Absolutely love Arsova. It’s my favorite salon in town. My hair stylist, Hailey, absolutely nails it every time. The salon itself is super upscale and relaxing. All of their hair products smell great and every woman walks out looking amazing.

I love this place! The entire team is so friendly and knowledgeable. I go to see Megumi and she is so thorough and really takes the time to understand your goals/ wants and what your hair is. She is also honest about expectations and what can be accomplished. Definitely recommend her!!!

Katie was my stylist. She is extremely knowledgeable and always extremely supportive. I came in with extremely dark hair and she helped me meet my hair dreams. She makes me feel relaxed and so comfortable. I love the salon in general as they are super clean and always super organized. They have super comfy recliners chairs at their wash bowls when sitting with toner that make you feel like you’re relaxing on a pillow. Highly recommend this salon!

Aleah is your girl! Not only is she so cute and friendly, but also an incredibly talented colorist. I am naturally blonde and always have a hard time finding colorist that don’t turn my hair black instead of a deep brown. Aleah has gone above and beyond with keeping my hair looking beautiful. She knows her color and extensions. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been to this salon twice and have seen the same stylist - Noel. Highly experienced and knowledgeable about cutting hair. He is professional and will focus on getting the job done and won’t ask you irrelevant questions like “where do you live”. I rather relax than chat. The salon is beautiful, clean and spacious.
