Sadly my last time coming here :( made me wait long hours only to dye my hair orange at the top and chop my long hair off. Left it feeling thin and damaged.

Very good customer service, fixed my messed up uneven hair to this, it was first teal because I bleached it myself and put blue over it but it wasn’t even so i went to this salon to get black and blue highlights, very satisfied with the outcome they took good care of my hair.

I went in to get my haircut today and asked for LONG LAYERS and got the most HORRENDOUS cut I’ve ever received in my life. I ended up receiving short layers and a long back piece that doesn’t flow with the other shorter layers (it looks like I have tail in the back). Not to mention, the guy who cut my hair didn’t even remember he had an appointment and rushed my haircut. The process of blow drying my hair before the haircut took longer than the cut itself. A girl’s hair is their whole identity, and this really killed my self esteem. This will be my first and last time ever stepping foot into this salon again. If this is how they run business so irresponsibly with no care for their customer’s hair, I’m surprised they received any good reviews.

I made an appointment with Shenron for a shampoo & cut. Maybe because it was a weekend, but I waited over an hour after my timeslot before I got into the chair. The haircut itself was fine, but they seem to have overbooked so much so that it took 4 hours before I could walk out. Would come back but maybe on a weekday instead.

My friend recommended Shenron to me for hair appointments. Shenron did not disappoint!! I love how it turned out!!! I showed a photo as inspo, and Shenron worked with me to choose what would look best for me. He and his wife were super sweet, professional, patient, and kind. They walked me through every step, so I knew what was going on. Because of my previous bad hair bleach (at other place), we had to stay extra late past their closing hours to get it done correctly, but Shenron and his wife were super nice about it and did what was best for me. All the staff there were super nice and made sure I had a good time and was taken good care of. Because we stayed late, they even walked me to my car to make sure I was safe. I highly recommend this place!

We made an appointment for 5PM for a just a men’s cut and had to wait almost an hour before they got to us. We really wouldn’t have minded the wait if they were busy but they were not. There were two hair stylists and one of them finished up with their client 5 minutes after we came in. He then proceeded to go sit in the back on his iPad. Again, we really wouldn’t have minded if they just communicated to us that he was on his break but no one said anything to us. 40 minutes go by and another man walks in for a hair cut and the guy in the back immediately tends to him meanwhile we’re still waiting for the other stylist to finish up. Not sure why they refused to cut our hair first despite the fact that we made an appointment and waited 45 minutes. It was extremely rude. We were visibly upset at this point but didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to cause any trouble. I try really hard to support local Asian businesses, especially those of my fellow Viets and came here because a family friend recommended it but won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending this place. It was so unprofessional and upsetting. When they finally got to us, they didn’t apologize or anything for the long wait. Don’t bother coming here if you don’t already have rapport with the stylists, they’re just going to ignore you even if you’re Vietnamese. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the stylist did a decent job with the cut.

Great haircut however my skin got irritated after my fade. I didn't see the tools get wiped down. Keep the station clean and 5 stars all day.

I found Shenron through Facebook, new management for a year now. He did a really great job with my coloring, hi-lights and cuts. I’ve lived here for 11 years and haven’t found my hair person yet, until now. He’s very thorough and detailed, you can tell by his technique that he’s very proud to make sure everything comes out perfect. Prices are great considering everywhere else charges ridiculously so much now. You won’t be disappointed. Just make sure you communicate exactly what you want and show pictures.

Shenron did an excellent job on my haircut today. I walked in without knowing the style that I wanted, and he gave me some suggestions based on my hair condition and facial features. Highly recommend this place for your hair care needs. This place is usually busy so I’d say it’s best to make an appointment. I’ve never been disappointed, and I’m sure you won’t either.

Walked in there for the first time and Ken did a very good job. It’s perfect he only works weekends too. In the same mall I tried Silkcuts but this is better.
