I get my nails done every two weeks or so and I came to get my nails done and they did not turn out good at all! They didn’t even do my nails how i wanted them to be done. I had a picture ready for them and they definitely didn’t do what i asked them to do! Three hours is how long they took to do simple black french tip! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Horrible service. Overpriced! Overall horrible horrible experience! If i could give no stars i would!

Use to love this place people was friendly Now I take me and my girls in to get nails done we was here almost 3 hours and way over charged and wasn’t the best on the nails !!! They charged 235.00$$$ when we was priced different would recommend and we definitely will not return

I have only gotten mani/pedis at Art Nails since I discovered them a couple of years ago. They consistently do a great job and are friendly and professional. Having a good nail salon is important to me...makes life happier. Thank you, Art Nails!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are very rude and unprofessional. I went to get a toe gel color change and gel overlay on natural nail, not even a week more like 3 days ALL the gel on my nails were lifting and my toe gel polish was chipping. I went in and the lady was rude and even started talking about me/ try to gas light me by telling me they weren’t lifting and they legit were so she RIPPED the gel off my natural nail. I’m a military spouse and I let them know exactly how I felt and I’ve been to a lot of different states/ nail salons and this is by far thee worst place ever. Save your money ladies or go elsewhere. They don’t apologize or take accountability.

Disappointed... I've been twice, and they are friendly... Which is why I came a 2nd time. I have difficulty doing my own pedicure and hoped to get a good one. My biggest problem was how long they kept my nails... It was like they thought my feet should have lots of the white part of the nail?!? To the point My nails kept catching on things . When I came the 2nd time I specifically said I DON'T want so much of the white part... I want it trimmed, it bugs me having long nails on My feet!! The very nice guy pretty much ignored the request which is why I won't be back.. the biggest reason I get pedi is so have nails trimmed well because I have difficulty... It's not for the paint job. Anyway, if you're like me and need decent trimming for your pedi I would go elsewhere... Also they missed several calus on feet too .. whole thing was disappointing and I made it 2 days after Pedi before I HAD to trim the nails... I couldn't afford to get it done again so I just hacked my own but at least my nails aren't catching on things

I would avoid going here unless you want your toes to be cut and bleeding. Noone apologized. I had to ask please spray with alcohol, twice. The lady owner was extremely rude when I mentioned to her I was upset and my two big toes hurt. She even passed twice to overlook when the man cut into my toe, the first time, I had to ask he be replaced with someone who could finish my pedicure. I documented my experience incase a infection should occur. This is not good business and I should of just made him stop and leave the establishment.

Save your money. They’re overpriced. They’re rude and barely talk to you. They’re NOT clean. Reuses brushes! 🤢🤢 I would give zero stars. It’s so disappointing for me. They rush through your nails and the wait time is always at least 1 hour. Even if there’s 2 customers in there. There’s always employees sitting around while I wait. $40 for a FILL. Look at my pic below smdh.

The lady that did me was sweet and nice and the lady that did my husdand cut his to and just walked a way and did make sure she goall the lotion rubed in or wipped off and didnt say she was done

This was literally the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I would not recommend coming here at all. There was tiny bubbles in my nails. The lady there was so rude so there customer service was bad. I felt like she was rushing on my nails even it was just me and my grime d in there. I had to ask the man in there to fix my nails because I didn’t feel comfortable about her doing my nails. After they were fixed it still looked bad. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Very friendly , i brought my breastfed son in and they didn't have a single care in the world of it . they also helped get a hangnail out that had been hurting altogether a good experience .

Decent little place. My only complaints are that I told her I had an ankle injury and needed care taken, but she wasn't extra careful and the massage chairs are uncomfortable.

If youre wanting a pedicure this is a great place but I wouldn't recommend doing any sort of full set acrylic. There was no nail clean up prior to actually starting my set, didn't touch my cuticles or clean and trim the nails at all. The acrylic was flooding and falling off my nails as it was setting. I asked for coffin tips which are inconsistent in shape and despite asking three times for my pinkie to be fixed because it was crooked its still crooked. 3 of the nails on my right hand hardly have an apex so will probably break off long before they should. Was cut a few times by the efile around my cuticle area and had gel polish left on my finger to be put in the cure lamp, which subsequently burned me as it cured. Has always been my favorite place for a pedicure as you can get a hot stone massage for only $35 but absolutely will never get a manicure of any kind here again.
