Straight garbage I came in showed a picture asked if he could do the nails but stiletto he said yes I asked if he was sure if not I could something else he said no he could do it that being said I told him a few times to stop around if them I want it stiletto not almond so he kept rounding them. Then when he did the art, he put dots where there was supposed to be jewels. I said those are supposed to be jewels because why I don’t have that color. I said then take the dots off because I don’t want them on my nails so he continues left them there. The artwork he did on them is smudged and smeared no at To fix them they are wide and bird looking crap. He asked me if I like them I said no I don’t. They look horrible and he said OK and still charged me $70. The first four pictures is what I got. The last picture is what I asked for.

After attending this business for many many years with my service animal, they refused to service me. My dog has never caused an incident there. He’s in full uniform at all times. I carry all his paperwork with me. I have low blood sugar and I also have an ostomy. He is a certified Ostomate service dog. He can also also tell if my sugars drop low and how to get somebody to help me. He goes to all my doctors appointments all my therapy appointments and I just wanted to stop in and get my nails done. He has been there several times before. Today they refused my services, they did not want my dog in their establishment. There was no signage.

I was wrongly treated at a nail salon, I have been going to for years. At Admiral and Memorial, if you see this place, they refused to let my service dog accommodating me, whom had been there several times before. I feel because I had tried someone other than them a few times, I always go back there, they didn’t want to do my nails. Peppers is a legal, trained, therapeutic Dog. Just don’t feel they did not do good business and refusing a service animal should be against the law. Peppers is certified ostomate dog, and those who know me know what that is. It’s hard for me to get out and get services to begin with but then to get refused because of my dog. No wonder I stay at home.

I used to love this place but not so much anymore. I took my 18 year old to get a pedicure and the husband was super rude didn't listen to what she want and tried to give her what he wanted her to have. We explained to him several times and even showed him a picture and he still didn't listen. The wife had to come over and tell him that's not what she wanted. The attitude he displayed is seriously unprofessional!! We won't be going back!

YOU MIGHT AS WELL DRIVE TO THE NAIL SHOP THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH. NICE PEOPLE. BUT THE MAN HE DIDN'T CARE THAT MY TOES WERE ALREADY PERFECTLY CLIPPED& EVEN. HE CUT MY NAILS DOWN TO MY SKIN THEN HAS THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $5 TO SCRAPE THE DEAD SKIN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET LIKE I THOUGHT THAT WAS APART OF THE PEDICURE. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. $30 FOR BASIC PEDICURE REGULAR POLISH SMH
