Art is an artist!! He listen and gives you what you want. He has year of experience and still goes to hair expo's to keep up with what's new...he also does not over charge!! He has a great personality and the time flys when your there!! Highly recommend!!

Art is an excellent & experienced hair stylist. I went in for a layered cut, he did a great job bringing out the layers in my thin hair really well. I went back for a hair color and Brazilian blowout and I am very happy with how my hair turned out. He pays a lot of attention to the process and doesn’t take shortcuts which gives great results. Art is very friendly and genuinely a nice person to talk to. His prices are also not too crazy. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and would highly recommend Art’s studio.

Art was extremely cautious cutting my long hair and my 92 year olds Mother’s bob cut hair. He didn’t cut off too much and I love the layering on my long hair. Nice location & free coffee or tea. Friendly & he listens.

Always a happy experience! I can’t speak highly enough of this new beautiful salon. The atmosphere is a touch of class with a down to earth vibe. Art the owner is always very punctual and accommodating with his back to back scheduled services. And is the definition of professionalism with a great personality. As a result of his work, I get daily compliments on my color and cut.

Art has opened his new salon and it is conveniently located off Santa Theresa Blvd. in a great location! Both my husband and I have Art cut our hair and we always walk out extremely happy. My husband get the same haircut each time, but Art makes him look like a GQ guy when he is finished! I always ask Art for something different and I may show him a picture or let him cut what he believes is a good cut for me and I am never disappointed! I have curly hair, but I prefer to wear it straight and Art cuts it so it looks great whether I wear it straight or let it go curly!

Art is amazing and is very good at what he does! I've been constantly looking for a perfect salon to get a haircut and I just found it! I'm so glad I found this place. Art the best! Not only is he super talented and devoted to his craft, he has become one of my favorite people to spend time with in the 8 years I’ve known him. Came here for a blowout a few weeks ago and was very happy with my experience. I called for a same day appointment and from the moment Art picked up the phone, you could tell he's an extremely genuinely nice person. Art doesn't just know what he's doing but he's also super friendly and easy to talk to. The salon itself is very nice and clean as well.

I had a Brazilian blow out today. Art did my color with highlights 2 weeks ago. He is the best stylist I have ever had. He is very detailed and professional with an amazing personality. I was there for 2.5 hours today and we talked and talked. I have never received compliments on my color but after Art, I have had several. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new do and I owe it all to Art. Thank you Art. I have found my stylist for life.

I have used this talented artist for decades. He is a master at providing a great look, and is the only stylist I have ever given full creative permission to work his magic. I trust his eye and desire for appropriate and fitting style. After my salon visit yesterday, I have received nothing but a constant barrage of compliments!

I've been having trouble looking for the perfect hair stylist for years, ever since mine moved out of state. But let me tell you, Art Palis is the one!! Place is clean, I never have to wait with my appointment, the cutting process is quick, and I always come out loving my hair!! I feel comfortable just sitting down and letting Art cut as he desires!

I’ve been going to Art for 35 years. My hair is fine and curly and needs a lot of TLC. As long as he’s done my hair, it’s been in great shape. He also cuts my teenage son’s hair, and he loves how Art does it. His new studio is in a convenient location and is beautiful, as all of his places have been, with his great design sense!
