Everyone was very sweet and the treatments were very nice, but I made an appointment the day before and was told after i requested to have extractions done there was not time to do them, and my massage was 45 minutes instead of an hour. I was still charged full price for both, nothing wrong with the treatments but just didn’t seem very fair. I’m assuming it was just a scheduling issue and had nothing to do with the services at all.

She used a perfect balance of pressure, targeting the muscles that needed attention without causing discomfort. It was clear she had extensive experience, and knew exactly where to focus to relieve the tension built up from my triathlon training. The environment was calm, clean, and inviting. The massage room was set at a comfortable temperature, with a soothing aroma that enhanced my overall relaxation. The attention to detail in creating a peaceful atmosphere was much appreciated. The overall customer service was top-notch. From the ease of booking the appointment, the complementary cucumber infused water and the friendly, attentive staff, everything was handled smoothly. I felt valued as a client throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a high-quality sports massage, I highly recommend Thea at A.R.T Massage and Body Spa. My best friend and I went for a spa day before her wedding. We got the works and it was at a great price! The whole experience was relaxing and very pleasant . We really enjoyed and would definitely go back! Thank you for a great experience!

Both my fiancé and I went in for services front desk Paige was super welcoming when we walked in. We both got facials with Breanna. She was absolutely amazing! , it was fiancé’s first facial ever and he felt super comfortable and fell asleep half way in. We will both definitely be back.

I booked a couples massage for my wife and I for our anniversary. My massage was great. My wife's massage on the other hand was not. I heard her tell the masseuse a few times to apply some pressure because she wasn't feeling anything. My my explained that it only felt as if the masseuse was rubbing oil on her back. It was bad enough that my wife just ended her massage 15 minutes early. We're usually not the type of people to complain but we just felt something should be said, especially since the lady at the front desk asked my wife what was wrong because she saw that my wife was upset. My wife explained to her what happened, but nothing was done about it.

I received the Pamper package with Tiffany and it was great! She made sure throughout the massage to ask me how I was doing, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend A.r.t. and massage spa along with Tiffany as the masseuse. Especially if you’re like me with a lot of back pain, and need someone who knows how to release all that tension in your back.

This place is HORRIBLE! They ruined my Birthday!! Made an appt for 2 packages on Sept 22 with Page- called back and confirmed with her the next day as well. I never got a confirmation but she said it would come a couple days before. The day before I called JUST to make sure again and the other receptionist told me I wasnt in there at all. Then she looked me up by # and found me on NOVEMBER 22nd!! I know for a fact when my birthday is so Im sure I didnt book it in NOVEMBER. The girl proceeded to try and offer me a different day at different times, how much since does that make? Its 2 pkgs meaning WITH EACH OTHER. Not even an offer to reconcile what ruined my plans. DO NOT GO HERE!! And to the owner- you lost out on 500$ and your staff didnt even care Update— manager did contact me and offer to remedy. I did decline as my day was already done however I wanted to say I appreciate her contacting and apologizing

Walking into this amazing atmosphere, makes you feel just at home. Wonderful staff that greet with a smile. Kevin is the best massage therapist. He’s the only person I will ever go to ever again! Will definitely be back.
