I had a haircut here. Although I didn't have an appointment, everything was pretty efficient. People here were very welcoming. And the haircut came out really well.

I scheduled a nail appointment with them two days in advance for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:25 PM, only to be told that my appointment had been “crossed” with someone else’s and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. They assured me they’d call when the nail technician was ready. After 40 minutes with no update, I went back to check, only to find the technician working on someone else entirely. When I mentioned my 4:30 appointment, she asked if I was a regular. I explained that I wasn’t but had booked my appointment days ago. There was no one else available, so I ended up leaving. It was clear they had no interest in accommodating or satisfying me as a customer, seemingly because I’m “not a regular.” Waisted 1 hour and a half of my day waiting around for them.

I loved this place! My daughter, had a huge knot 3 months ago which lead to hair loss. Her hair was very uneven and desperately needed a haircut. We came here today and it was one of the best haircuts she’s ever had! First, when washing her hair, the workers were very gentle and kind towards which made her feel very comfortable. Then when they cut her hair, they made it exactly like the inspiration photo! They did a great job blow drying it as-well. It lasted all day. I can’t even express our happiness. They did exactly what we wanted. They gave her a face frame, long layers, and a U shape. It was a great price for what we got. Perfect and Delightful. Definitely coming back again!

I normally don’t write reviews but this experience merited one. This is the best hairstylist in Miami. Everyone here is SO kind and welcoming. Conchita washed my hair and Daniel cut it. Both of them made me feel right at home. I showed Daniel an inspiration photo and he immediately understood it and not only that, he also explained to me in detail what he was doing so that I wouldn’t be caught by surprise. The haircut came out WONDERFUL (curtain bangs and layering) and I am absolutely returning. They stayed loyal to the $40 price and left me feeling so good and wonderful.

Weakest manicure I ever had. I came yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for a rubber gel manicure because that’s what I’m used to do in other nails salon as my nails are thin and can break easily. Rubber gel usually works great for me. Except yesterday the nail prosthesist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I got the nails done yesterday and I’m feeling my nails bending, ready to break everytime I touch something. When she was doing the nails, I told her that it was too weak but she didn’t listen, told me 1 layer was enough as I would have 2 layers of gel on top. Except I knew what I was saying and I’m sure my nail will break in few days. What a waste of money. Moreover, I’m sure it will hurt when it will break. Very bad service for the manicure. The pedicure is ok

I had like 3 haircuts to get a short hair that I actually like and this is the place that finally got it. I spent 100$ first in another place and I wasn’t happy, but Jorge (if ai remember correctly) finally knew how to stop having my hair flipping out and I love what he did, and for only 40$ he is very profesional. Very happy to have found this place :)

Gatekeeping this salon for as long as I can, it’s the best in the area! Mercedes and Daniel are true professionals and know how to work with curly hair. The salon makes you feel at home and is super affordable. I’d give 6 stars but google is annoying

My second time at Arte Salon and I was extremely happy! This time I had my usual facial with Mrs Eva and hair done by Mr Daniel. I enjoyed the friendly and welcoming attitude and professional services received! Of course extremely happy for the new hair cut and color and the fresh face skin! I'm here every other week, if not more! I love getting my blowouts with Patricia. I have a lot of wavy hair and she always gets it so smooth and shiny. I’ve also gotten a pedicure and they do an amazing job.

The appointment I made was not carried out by the person I had requested the appointment to be with. Instead, he sat down in a chair next to us and more or less instructed the other woman to do my hair dye for me. I went in letting them know the particular color that my former hair dresser told me my hair was dyed, and they did not offer any sort of recommendation based on what my current hair looked like. The end result: my roots were lighter than my hair. I would have appreciated some sort of a recommendation or conversation around the color rather than having the technician shrug their shoulders and continue to apply the wrong color.
