I’m a client from this place for many years,everybody is nice here specially Estrellita she is the only one that cut my hair is very professional.But like everything in life has it’s dark side,in summer time is hard to go there because they don’t turn on the AC and also they are burning incense that bothers and I’ve seen some employees wearing masks.

The workers here are amazing, but my only complaint is that they don't turn the air conditioning on. We're in the middle of summer and this morning it felt like a sauna in there.

Muy mal servicio, no llevaban un control de la lista. Fui hacerme un corte de cabello, cuando entre me dijeron que era la segunda en espera y acepte no imaginé que esperaría tanto tiempo. Siguieron llegando más personas, ninguna era de citas pero comenzaban a pasar a quien sea pasaron a dos personas antes d EMI turno y seguían diciéndome que en 10 min seguía yo y al pasar más de 45 min en espera y ver que pasaban a una persona que no tenía ni 5 min esperando y aparte brinco a otras personas más en la lista simplemente me levante y me fui.

Az If your looking for an awesome place to cut your kids hair this is the place to go!! I took my 2 boys and 2 nephews in for long hairstyle cuts and they nailed it!! && the stylists were super sweet, friendly, polite & professional..& most importantly they knew what they were doing!! They did exactly what my boys wanted and we left super satisfied!! Definitely coming here in the future.. recommend 100% .. professional, clean & affordable. Doesn’t get any better then that.. Thank you Arte y Creación Beauty Salon!!

Exactly work, I have lived in AZ snice 2012 . From west phx , south phx. to north phx, Scottsdale , Cave Creek and Casa Grande. Only place that does my hair the way I like , as will as waxing of the eyebrows. Very reasonable prices . Very little English is spoken at this location but that's okay because they do an amazing job every time . Worth travel the distance. :) Would highly recommend this place.

Pésimo servicio Mi esposo llegó súper molesto porque le dijo ala mujer que le cortará más y está le dijo que no podía porque le quedaría muy corto, osea quién manda? RESPETEN AL CLIENTE Porque la mayoría de las veces hacen lo que se lesda la gana Obviamente no va regresar

I asked for a specific cut and showed pictures to this guy . He did not at all make me happy. I am still, to this day, struggling with styling my hair because of how bad he left my hair. He chopped all of it off and in an aggressive manner. He seems inexperienced, which is okay, but not for him. I am so upset I now have a bowl cut instead of a wolf cut .

I have been coming for years and today was by far the worst and last time I will be coming here. The owner is rude and unprofessional i feel so sorry for Giselle and Alma they are amazing people and great stylists. The owner will continue to loose clients with her attitude and ugliness. The stylist that helped my husband made him wash off his own hair dye and it stained so bad we still haven't been able to remove it. Such poor and disappointing service. Stay away from here. I tried to speak to the owner and she walked away brushing me off like she didn't care and completely ignored me. I still paid for the full service but it will be my last time.

I was there about 1 month ago.Got there early about 15 minutes before my appointment. the stylist was 1 hr late. I wanted short hair and color and highlights! Everything was going ok then she starts doing all these people in between takes my foils out and I stay in the chair with color in my hair for a LONG TIME and my scalp is burning like crazy.She finished with another person got me cut mY hair (HORRIBLY)all I wanted was to get out of there!!!!SIX HRS LATER she’s done!!!YES 6 hrs!!!!! I got home and cried!!! What was supposed to be a nice change for me turned out to be the worst decision I made!! Then I realize my scalp was burnt.MY SCALP HAD SCABS ALL ALONG MY HAIR LINE (That’s the burning I felt)THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!
