Rachelle is truly the best! She is so knowledgeable and I really trust her recommendations. There are some injectors out there who push for unnecessary treatments, but that is absolutely not the case with Rachelle. I was super nervous getting filler for the first time, but she really put me at ease and answered all my questions. She even made an effort to follow up to make sure I was pleased with the results - and I couldn't be happier with the results! My goal was to look refreshed and natural, and that's exactly what she delivered! From now on, I'll only be going to Artisan and Rachelle.

Beautiful spa, friendly and professional. I always see Rachelle, she's very knowledgeable and an incredible injector - I always get my desired results! I can get a little anxious but Rachelle puts me completely at ease and asks me throughout if I'm comfortable and doing okay. I particularly appreciate the collaboration between the staff and that all opinions are welcomed. I highly recommend Artisan Beaute and Rachelle for any one of the services that they offer.

I went to see Caroline in the Buckhead location and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed by walking through the steps of exactly she thought would work best for me. Cannot recommend her enough, she is great at what she does. Left very happy with my results and happy to go back again.

Today I had a traditional (no lasers) facial with Amanda. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. She was also very interesting to talk with during the process. The results were quite noticeable and I look forward to visiting with her again.

I am very disappointed and upset about this place and the other office at north side. I went to Artisan Beaute to see Lauren for a halo treatment ( laser facial) she told me I needed to have 3 sessions to se the best results, which cost $1500 dollars. So for the first time it was 0k and to be honest I didn’t see any difference in my skin. The second time I booked an appointment she never showed up, I called her up and she was at a football game and she said that she couldn’t make it and she would call me to reschedule (she never did) so I let it go and thought we all forget stuff sometimes( no big deal) and she told me that she would make it up to me. Then the Third time I went to see her ,they took me to a room and just forgot about me for an hour. This time I just couldn’t take it so I got up and left very disappointed and upset that this people just waisted my time for the second time. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also I went to se Dr Alexander at the perimeter office because I wanted to see what they can do for these lines I had around my mouth, I told this doctor that was the ONLY thing that was bothering, she reply that my problem was that my upper cheeks were flat and it could be corrected by fillers. And then I agreed and she injected fillers into my cheeks. Then she started saying that I need more stuff here and there, she kept up selling more products. I thought she was a professional and I thought she knew what she was doing, but boy was I wrong. After paying almost $3800 dollars that day, a week or so i went to see her and told her that my lines would still bothering me that I didn’t see any difference and she told me to give it few more days to see the best results. Then few day have passed , there was no change. Weeks after I made an other appointment with her so she could fix what I wanted to fix and the beginning. She then recommended more fillers which cost $2500 dollars, which I have to pay. I was very upset, wanted to complain but I didn’t. I felt that was a rip-off and I thought she was very greedy. I should’ve paid ONLY the $2500 if she would have listened to me the first day. So after all of this I wouldn’t recommend Artisant beaute or the other location at north side to anyone.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the procedure in detail, which was quick and virtually painless. It’s been 2 weeks and I can’t believe my face. My results are stunning, natural and exactly what I was hoping for. My face looks refreshed, youthful, but still me. I highly recommend Caroline & Felicia to anyone considering Botox, fillers and everything skincare. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and truly care about their patients happiness and well-being. Caroline really listens to you and doesn’t over it. I am extremely please and I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If I could give a rating of zero or even negative, I would. They’re charging me a $200 cancellation fee due to their own system error, even though my appointment is scheduled for next week. I never received any reminder—no email, text, or call. On top of that, they’re incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for loyal, regular customers. I booked my appointment for Aqua Gold and in their system they booked for Hydro facial. I am never ever going back there again. Because if they don’t care about loyal, regular customers then I don’t want to spend my money there.

Love this place! Beautiful and incredibly skilled staff. I did chin and jaw filler with Rachelle using Voluma and “tech neck” treatment with Caroline using her custom blend of radiesse and could not be happier! Felt like I was in great hands the whole time and both were incredible in following up. Couldn’t recommend more!

Caroline is a national treasure! I have been nervous about getting filler in my lips for years, and always ended up saying no even though I wanted it. She put my mind at ease and advised me on the correct product for wanting just a little extra volume. I loved the results on my lips, and she finally got me the results I always aim for on my “crows feet” - the girl knows her stuff! 10/10!

I trust this place 100% there are several places beside me and Suwanee, but I always drive here because I trust the staff!! I had micro-needling here as well as Moxie laser Tracy was my person and she was amazing. I appreciate everyone being so kind and nice.

All Dr. Alexander cares for how to rip you off. When I went there they sold me a product that was way more expensive than my original appointment. When I contacted them that I have not seen improvement Dr Alexander told me that you have aged and this is a better technique! Instead of her trying to solve the problem she was trying to convince me to do face lift while I am too young for a face lift. She is awful and I don’t recommend her. She is sweet but don’t get Deceived by her sweetness!

I have been to many medspas in Georgia and Florida but this one is the top. I feel so welcomed every-time I walk through the doors by the staff. Finding Artisan Beaute and Amiee has been such a genuine enjoyable experience. Lauren is absolutely amazing!! I went in for consult and she heard me out on my wants. Including the financial side of it. I booked a resurfacing treatment. Lauren thought this is what I needed. I could not afford it miss work. She factored that in too. I’m 3 days out and I’m very excited to see the end results. I can already see a difference. I would recommend Lauren hands down!

In January, after being encouraged by Dr. Alexander, I decided to start working on my beauty and health from the inside out! I started working with Dr. Del Toro on an inside out approach by rigorous testing to find out what medications and supplements I needed to optimize my health. Caroline is the absolute best injector!!!! She took the time to explain to me what I needed, what I could expect, and how my desired results aligned with my budget. My 16yo daughter started seeing Meg for her acne. After 1 appointment with Meg there’s a HUGE difference. Inflammation & redness is down!!! Her face wash & creams are working. She’s changing her pillow case every night, wiping her phone down, cleaning her makeup brushes… Two days after her appt, “mom, Meg said we could have my face clear by the end of summer & I actually believe her” (she’s been to so many dermatologists the last 3yrs w/o results) Thank you Meg!!!!!
