Worst massage experience I’ve had. It seemed like the masseuse had no training or understanding. It was painful. Then at the end the masseuse asked for a tip and was upset and declined my tip because it wasn’t big enough.

I was having lower back problems. I called. They told me to come right in worked on the lower part of my back that was hurting me also great service and ultimately an awesome experience I will definitely be going back to Bamboo Spa

Over charged, asked for extra tip... continued to walk in and out of the room during the massage also on the phone, I couldn't relax and enjoy my massage.

The worse place ever! Called and asked if they accept walk-in, they said yes, I said I needed 1 hour massage she said she could do it. When I got there The front desk/ massage therapist tried to convince me to have less minutes massage as I need and asked for saying that shouldn’t make a one hour massage because it was just her working, I was coming from Georgetown she could told me at the phone and told her that. She simply said “ a lot of people call and don’t come that’s y she didn’t said she couldn’t do it! Do not recommend this place!

Lol masseuse left the room no less than 6 times throughout my massage. Then cut the massage short by 10 minutes and still asked for an extra tip, even though I left one on the credit card when I paid before the massage. Haha people are wild.

Make sure to get written confirmation of your booking. I made an appt at 3:30 pm and when I arrived I was told they were busy and to come back at 8:00pm. I declined.

The massage itself was satisfactory. I have been here twice. note that a credit card payment has a 3$ fee. And the receptionist asked for more tip eventho i gave 20% tip. Minus two stars for the additional fees that i didnt expect.

Massage was amazing! Front staff was friendly & efficient . Massage was exactly to my liking. We are from California and we were just passing through. Glad we found this location Highly recommended!
