Worst school experience ever I can’t even get my certificate because the instructor they had in charge of financial aid messed up all my paperwork and never told me and now I can’t get my stuff very disappointed

I always receive good service, but a few weeks ago I went for a relaxer touch-up. And Lamonte, was my tech. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. He was extremely professional, greeted me with a smile, AND I got the best shampoo ever! No burning, or over processing. And a great style. I love this school but I will be following LaMonte. You have a fantastic gift and I wish you much success ❣️

I attended Artistic to become a licensed nail tech, and I will say they did give me all the tools I needed to be able to achieve this goal. All of the teachers are welcoming & will help you if you have any issues. Mrs. Tiff, the night time nail instructor is absolutely amazing, and if you have the ability to stay some nights you definitely should!

My visit was awesome. I was greeted by Rosa at the front desk. She was friendly, professional and very efficient. My joy was heighten by Kendrick Culver who provided my hair trim.He was patient, listened and took his time to deliver a precision cut. I was very pleased with my final style. I will definitely come back and ask for KC!

The school building itself is outdated and needs to be renovated. Furniture and tools can also be updated as well. But the teachers and staff are amazing and don’t get enough credit for all they do for us students.

This was one of the most disrespectful establishments I have encountered. The instructor, who was short-tempered and unprofessional, should not hold a leadership position. Speaking to a customer in a derogatory manner and allowing students to adopt the same tone was incredibly disappointing to witness. I do not recommend this location for service.

I received my 1st massage today by Stacy T. and she did an amazing job! She worked out the tension I was having in my neck to the point where I forgot I had it. She asks in advance about your comfortability with pressure and she hit the nail on the head with me. She is a definite requestee. 💜

I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Go to Manhattan on Dale mabry & waters. 1000% better than this place! I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Be prepared for a long wait with an unfriendly receptionist. Staff says they’re doing one thing at the front desk, when you get to the back the students change the original plan. The students are unprofessional. Extremely disrespectful to customers because in their own words “ this is a discount service & we should go to a real salon”. They are constantly using inappropriate language & gossiping about ppl as they leave. This shows exactly how they think of themselves, the customer & the business. I wish them the best but with this mentality at this rate success does not look to be most of their futures. They’re going to be the ig stylist we all dislike & talk about. The ones that works out of their house with babies in dirty diapers still late & canceling appts because they’re arguing with their bd!

This evening I had a full body massage and it has been a wonderful experience! It’s a lovely place, I felt nervous and anxious at 1st but Mario immediately reassured me that I was ok and ask if I had any question before the session began, the massage relaxed me a lot I felt like a new woman leaving. I’ll be back for sure, thanks Mario
