Our stylist left Artistry but we didn’t want to find a new salon because we have been happy there! We gave Autumn a try and she gave my 16 yr old son the perfect haircut! Thank you!

Tabitha was so nice and friendly, but most importantly, she did a wonderful job on my hair. I love it! The salon is beautiful and all of the employees are really a great team, helping each other out, when needed. I’ll be back!

I have been vividly coloring it for 6 years and had a consultation before I came. I would love to say that this is not the color I had agreed to. When I came in for my consultation I had an inspiration photo that had four distinct colors (blue, light blue, purple, and lilac) and was only told that the really light colors may not be doable but the style can definitely happen if we did four darker colors. After we bleached my hair Autumn said that we do a test strand of the really light color to see if it was possible. Well she never did that test strand and did not really put any purple in my hair. Despite me telling her multiple times I didnt really know if I wanted blue hair and was thankful that half my hair would still be purple. I did agree upon blue roots and again said the same thing about not really okay with all blue hair and like that we are using purple. However, I did not leave the salon with the style I had agreed with and instead left with this blue and it not only was all over my hair but on my face, scalp, neck, and ears. I was allowed to leave the salon looking very unprofessional that strangers laughed at me at the stor because I had blue all over my face. I cried all weekend because it also cost me about $150- $200 (with tip) more than originally quoted $450. I have been trying to reach out to the salon for a week now and no one will return my phone calls and it took them a week to respond to my original email. In that response I was pretty much told it was my fault that I didn't like my hair and that I should not have expected such a complex color. I wish I was originally told that they could not do what I wanted so that I could find a different studio and now it is too late for me to try to change it before my big event.

I love this salon. Becca listens and makes sure to answer all your questions. The salon is clean, has comfy chairs, snacks, drinks, AND!! The hair washing station is flat, instead of the bowl ones, so it doesn't hurt your neck/head.

I've been searching for a new salon for approx 7 months and finally made the leap to call Artistry, their location is so convenient to my job/home and centrally located to VB/Ches. The salon itself is so beautiful and clean, as soon as you walk in it's very welcoming, there's so many little touches you can tell they really cater to the customer. The manager was also very kind and you could tell she really cares. I was paired with a newer stylist at this location, Arianna, and I'm so happy I was! Not only does she make you feel like a 'friend' you've known forever, her technique, patience and attention to detail are immaculate. She really listens, asks questions, and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. After the color I realized my root wasn't as dark as I wanted, I hated to make her redo anything but she made it so easy to express a dislike (that was no fault of her work), she redid my root and rewashed my hair with so much patience and even a 2nd scalp massage. I didn't feel rushed, forced to make decisions, etc and everything was amazing and I'm so happy! She's a very talented stylist and I look forward to using her in the future, I absolutely LOVE my hair again <3

Jillian is a MIRACLE! She is such a unique stylist/artist, and she fixed a disaster that she didn't create! I found Artistry Hair Co. on Google and was very impressed with their company ratings and reviews. I called in after having such a horrible hair experience with a different salon and I requested a stylist who can treat and manage curly hair (3b/3c). The front desk recommended Jillian and I booked a service. The salon is soooo nice and clean! It is very modern but so cozy! You definitely get that 1on1 hair experience here! My Hair: I wanted a dark red/brown undertone to match with my natural dark brown hair. The undertone would be so subtle to that point that you can only see the color under direct light and it was almost like a lowlight style. The previous salon I visited did not deliver this request and instead made almost all of my hair a copper red color. Jillian saw that vision I wanted and EXACTLY REPLICATED IT! I am sooooo happy to have been blessed by her hands! 10/10 recommend this salon to any and everyone! Especially of all hair types!

I was very wary of getting my hair cut and didn't have a good experience in the past from a hair stylist, but I trusted her advice for my hair and it came out BEAUTIFUL! Becca was amazing. I don’t get haircuts very often, and she turned my overgrown and ratty split ends into a full, healthy, shiny head of hair! I walked out feeling so refreshed and beatiful. She’s also incredibly easy to talk to. I was also impressed by how much she knows about the science of hair care. She’s clearly very passionate about what she does and very smart as well. I can’t recommend her enough!!
