I called Randi to book her to do my makeup for a photoshoot. From our initial conversation to my late night texts... Randi was the consummate professional making me feel like I was her only client! She listened to me & created “Pinterest” boards that NAILED the exact look I was hoping to achieve! She’s a true artist! Showing up to the shoot early... *I was late! She was calm & cool while I was a wreck but her warm, bubbly personality eased my nerves & then she went to work! She created magic with her brushes like Houdini, the magician, performed magic with his wand! I looked & felt like a supermodel! She highlighted my features, made my green eyes POP, covered a blemish all keeping the natural look I wanted & even taking it to the next level! She actually stayed a bit longer to help me with looks & changes as the photoshoot progressed as well as touched up my makeup! She is my new “go to” makeup guru for all special occasions, events, & shoots going forward! I truly feel I made a new friend! She’s a warm, sweet, down to earth & OH SO TALENTED artist! *Very rare & hard to find these days! I wish I could give more stars! Another fan! You’re a rockstar, Randi! Thank you!

Randi was amazing. My men’s facial was an experience. She was gentle, and my skin felt renewed and rejuvenated. Her space is so relaxing, and it’s in the heart of Downtown Chicago on Michigan Ave. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Randi provided skin care and makeup/lashes for three corporate executives heading to a downtown holiday gala! We wanted to look and feel glamorous while still looking like ourselves! Randi was AWESOME, from the minute we retained her until the minute she departed!! First of all, she fully accommodated us by traveling to our hotel and setting up for our services right in our room. She treated us to a skin care regimen to ensure our faces would look the best they could, after make up application; dewy and supple. Then she applied make up that conformed to each of our wants, and our skin types and colorations! On top of all that goodness, she was kind, warm and funny! She was one of the girls with us. We had a fantastic experience, beautiful, high quality skin care, makeup and lashes. Plus, a ton of fun! Cannot wait for another excuse to hire her! It was the best value. Thanks Randi!

Randi was so gracious to do my makeup for my wedding day. She met me prior for a consultation and lash extensions. She created a Pinterest board to help give me ideas along the way. My makeup was perfect for the wedding. I’ve never felt so beautiful. She is a true artist. Every detail was on point.

My wife got her makeup done by Randi for a surprise birthday party and I was impressed. In the past she has gone to different makeup artists and they have put too much makeup on her, making her look like a ghost. But Randi's makeup was a natural look accentuating her checks bones and eyes. I was proud to be seen with my beautiful woman.

Before I wrote this review, I read through the others on Google finding that if you purchase the Groupon Randi is HIGHLY unprofessional and makes it very inconvenient for the client to schedule an appointment. I originally scheduled two weeks out as I am in the wedding business and my calendar is very booked during these months. I was also looking for a makeup artist to refer my clients too and wanted to test Randi out. The first appointment scheduled, one hour before my appointment she texted (did not call) me via her personal # and said she was called to a photoshoot and needed to reschedule. I was very disappointed as I had moved clients of my own in order to schedule this time with Randi but I dealt with it and told her Friday, July 8th at 11 would be the only time that would work. She agreed and sent me a new appointment reminder. Today, again one hour before my appointment she did not contact me via phone call or text, I just received this text message via her calendar saying that my appointment was moved to 3:30, which did not work for me and she knew it wouldn't as we had already moved and rescheduled for today and she knew that 11am was the only time that did work. Which is why she did not contact me personally, she just sent me a change of schedule. I texted her personal # back stating I was confused and what was going on was that reschedule an accident? She replied, no she had another photoshoot. I told her that she was highly unprofessional as she NEVER actually talked to me she only texted ( I think she is afraid of the phone) and canceling one time is an inconvenience but tolerable but canceling two times in 4 days and all via text was unprofessional and unforgivable. Basically I have learned that Randi is all about money. If you purchase a groupon she does not want your business, but if you are paying her for a photoshoot which I am sure is a heck of a lot more than my little groupon purchase, she is more than willing to bend over backwards for you. I hate the fact that I had to give her 1 star on this review as I never actually talked to her or ever got to see her, I only had to deal with her horrible customer service and fear of actually speaking with her clients.

Horrible Work Ethics She cancelled the day of my Small Business Monthly photo shoot (30min before photo shoot time). This was an important shoot since I was one of the top women owned businesses in St. Louis. She offered a free makeup session to make up for her last minute cancellation. When I attempted to take her up on her offer, the appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I then received a text at 1pm asking if we can reschedule for 4pm. I agreed. So I drove to her home which is quite a ways from my home. I arrived at 330pm and I then got another text from her at 340pm asking me what time I need to be done by. She stated that she would arrive before 6pm. I decided not to wait. As far as I am concerned, she didn't want to honor her free makeup that was due to her last minute cancellation. Me being a business owner for over 20 years know that it is very wise to honor your company shortcomings because that's how blessings flow and how the company grows and becomes prosperous. I would not recommend using her for services based on my horrible experience in which she cancelled my appointment for eyelash extensions 10 minutes before appointment time and never refunded the money back to me that I prepaid her for the appointment. She stated that she did send a refund. However when asked to send a screenshot of the receipt showing payment being sent to ME, she emails me the screenshot of when I paid HER a week before my appointment and says she refunded it that card number. I didnt need a copy of MY receipt, I wanted a copy of HER refunding the money back to me, but clearly she didnt! She does not answer the phone and only responds through email barely. Maybe others might have given her good reviews, however For a business to require you to prepay and take money from you for an appoint, then Cancel the appointment, and NEVER refund the money is completely wrong and theft. Would NOT recommend!! P.S . I look forward to a response of explaining why you stole the payment I provided for unrendered services that you cancelled as you have replied to other bad reviews. I have never wrote a bad review on any business but this has by far been thee worst!

If there was one word to describe Randi Nicole Makeup, it would be perfectionist! Her attention to detail is impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience getting lash extensions. Her expertise saves me so much time getting ready! Now all I do is shower, dry my hair, fill in my brows and I'm out the door! I get more sleep and I feel presentable. Randi Nicole Makeup is where you should be!

Love my new eyelashes! I'm a first timer and Randi did a great job making me feel comfortable and using her expertise to give the perfect lashes for me. She also taught me what I need to know to maintain them. I will definitely be coming back for more!! You must try them!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a eyelash extension and 2 week fill on groupon wich was a good deal well I thought. Went to get the eyelashes extentions done as you know your eyes have to be closed the whole time while this is being done .well she had her boyfriend come in the room and was sitting there and talking to her while she was doing my eyelashes kept poking me and I felt very uncomfortable bc your laying down on a bed with your eyes closed no idea who is there and then I asked is there someone else here she goes Yeah my boyfriend I felt very uncomfortable at that moment . Ok well that was done my next appointment was scheduled and I reached out to her to reschedule the fill 4 days before my appointment and she can't do Saturday or Sunday that's only for weddings she said I work 2 jobs I barley have time in between but she would not take me on Saturday or Sunday. Well she said she will reach out to me. A weeks passed she never called me to reschedule or texted me because she usually just texts people not call. Well I texted her asking if I'm ever going to get my fill and she said she was so busy she forgot about me why didn't I reach out to her . I said I'm busy too but I reached out a couple of times and she could never take me on a weekend that's thr only time I'm off. I guess I was not worthy enough to get my fill done on a Saturday or Sunday because the Groupon deal was 100 for both and of course she took my money the first time for the fill it was free I get it she rather take someone who she is going to make money off. Well first and last time this lady will have my business or any of my friends that were about to go to her . Horrible customer service well there is not customer services. I never got my fill by now she said all my eyelashes have fallen off and she won't take me on a Saturday or Sunday.

I love how professional and friendly she was. I was very comfortable and relaxed. The facility was very clean and neat. My lashes and makeup where flawless. I do not wear makeup because I had a bad experience before. But, she did my makeup and I was very satisfied it looked very natural. I would highly recommend her for any event you might have. She will most definitely be doing my makeup for my wedding. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
