I'm a massage therapist, so I know a top shelf massage experience when I get one. Whitney is very warm, friendly, and kind, and she pays meticulous attention to the client's needs, both physical and emotional. Great massage, highly recommended. I'll be back.

i had my first massage/bodywork with whitney today, and can’t stop thinking about how good it was, so let me tell you a few of the reasons it was an exceptional experience. right from the start whitney shows so much care. she took time to check in with me and what i was bringing into my appointment mentally/emotionally and pain-wise. she uses a variety of techniques on each area to address tension and pain; it’s not the same thing over and over again. it really feels like every minute matters. also, something that stood out to me is that everything felt very cohesive, she took her time with each area, and it felt like she really understood my body on a whole too. every decision she made for my massage felt unique to my needs, and i left feeling so good in my body. you will notice so many details too that she’s put thought into to make the environment very restful and one you can truly feel at peace in. she even took time after my massage to check in again and see how i felt and to encourage me to keep taking good care of myself following my appt. the fact she walked me all the way out to the sidewalk and wasn’t rushed about my time being over meant a lot too. she truly is a gem, you’ll leave thinking about how good you feel and when you can book again.

Over the years, I've had my fair share of massages, but Whitney is a stand-out! Not only does she give a fabulous massage, she listens to your needs and cater the appointment to YOU, has the coziest space to relax, and makes it a point that you leave feeling refreshed and unhurried. A real gem of a human who actually cares. You won't be disappointed!

I always enjoy Whitney’s massages, but went in for a Thai yoga session for the first time and it was a treat. She used elements of her style and incorporated them into thai yoga massage… it was amazing. As a new mom with lots of nursing related shoulder/back aches it was much needed. Would strongly recommend for Thai massage and deep tissue work! She’s the best!

Whitney is an amazing body worker! She is pure magic with touch and truly gifted with how she holds space for all of the emotional components that come with massage. When Whitney shared that she had completed a Thai Massage course, I a) knew it would be another incredible experience and b) had to get in there! Whitney was fantastic! She was very focused on giving me the exact experience I wanted and needed most. I drove almost 40 minutes for the massage, and I’d absolutely do it again! I left feeling truly relaxed and refreshed for the first time in over a year!

I came to Whitney to work on trauma in my body that was causing pain, and have been a client for over 2 years. She is amazing. She works out the stress and goes as deep or light as you direct. Her space is beautiful, calming and a reflection of her. Peaceful and soothing. I am grateful!

I’ve been with Whitney for a bit over 2 years now, and I still always come home saying “that was the best massage I’ve ever had!” every single time. Never found a better massage therapist in my 4.5 years in Knoxville. She is incredible! Of course, my body always feels better after a session with her, but I always find that I feel more emotionally and spiritually, too. Book a session with her if you can!!

Whitney is amazing! I have a lot of issues with my hip flexors and lower back. Whitney always listens to my concerns and does a check in before she gets started about where my body is at right now. It doesn’t feel like just any massage, she really tailors her techniques to what your body needs.
