I am a blonde and had a full highlight here before Christmas. I have never had a problem at any hair salon ever before, but after my appointment here my roots are orange in sections. I went back in an attempt to get it fixed and after one wash the orange is back. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after never having a problem before I wanted to warn others before booking. When I put my hair up in a ponytail it doesn’t even look like I got highlights. I now have to pay double the price at another salon to get the color corrected.

I recently had a facial with Erin and loved every minute of it. In addition to providing stellar service, she is a joy to be around. She seems very in tune to people’s energy so that she can tailor each service to your personal preferences. I’ve visited Asha a few times and can’t help but sing their praises.

Asha lost a loyal client today. Came in for an appointment I have had booked for two weeks (confirmed with a confirmation email) only to show up and have them tell me they have someone else booked in my time slot and cannot take me. So disappointing and unprofessional!

I have been coming to Asha for 4 years now and I absolutely love it!! Jen does my blonde color and I always get compliments. I also love Steph who has been doing my hair extensions for over 1 year now. Highly recommend Asha!

EDIT!! I had reached out for some sort of remediation on 6/17, received one reply from the stylist about pursuing a refund, and have as of 7/11 not received any other communication. Definitely would not recommend this experience to anyone else. One of the stylists here was offering a discounted session for shag cuts so I reached out to schedule an appointment. When I showed up she assured me that she had done plenty of this style of cut in the past, including her own (which was super cute!) The stylist was nice and we seemed to be on the same page when I showed her a picture of what I had in mind, but during the cut she went two or three inches shorter than what I wanted- which is a lot when what I wanted was shoulder-length anyway. What I ended up with was more of a messy kind of bob that sits at my ears rather than the shoulder-length shag cut I had wanted and thought I was getting. Stylist was super nice, salon was beautiful, and even though I said I wasn't all that attached to my hair this was still a cut that made me go home and cry for a while. At least I didn't have to pay the full price for a cut here. Will probably not be coming back in the future, sorry!

I went in for some balayage highlights and Addison did an incredible job! She chose the perfect color for me based on my natural color and inspiration photos, and took such great care and time to softly blend the color so that it looked natural and melted in. Thanks again, Addison!

Saturday morning. I would think this a good moment in this business's week to take calls like mine - a woman who has never been there asking for details about one of their services: a body scrub. The woman who answered the phone just after they opened could not answer questions/provide details of their body scrub? Hmmm....I'll take that as an indication of the level of service this salon delivers.

Second time coming here and it was amazing again! I got full highlights from Rose and it looks so natural and bright, I love it! Alejandro did the cut and blow out and let me know he also does men so my boyfriend and I will be back!

Waiting 20+ minutes for my first appointment and just keep getting told to wait by receptionist. Would not recommend this salon from an initial experience. UPDATE: Stylist is Dee have been waiting now 30 MINUTES no more updates just waiting.

I had a fantastic experience at this hair salon! Alejandro not only did an amazing job with my hair, but he also engaged me in wonderful conversation throughout the appointment. The environment was so welcoming and warm, making me feel right at home. I left feeling not only satisfied with my hair but uplifted by the positive energy of the salon. Highly recommend!

Hit or miss here. I’ve had a great haircut and excellent massage but I went for a blowout once and they used a curling iron instead- waste of money.

I had my colored at the Asha salon in Schaumburg on a Thurs evening and unfortunately, it turned out quite bad. I won't mention the stylist by name as I don't believe in name shaming over social media. Plus, anyone can have an off day at work. But when I got home, my partner (who usually never notices my hair) said, "OMG what did you do to your hair? It looks terrible!" Sadly, he was right. So I went online and made an appointment for the next day (Fri) at Asha in the Gold Coast to see if a stylist there could somehow fix it. I was starting a new job on Monday so time was of the essence. Luckily I got Izzy, who is insanely talented. I've had my hair done at Aveda salons all over the world (I travel a lot for work) and can honestly say Izzy is in the top 1% of all stylists. She's truly remarkable and performed a miracle on my hair. When I went up to the counter to pay, I was greeted by Imani. She said she noticed in my records that I just had my hair colored less than 12 hours ago at the Schaumburg location and said since I was not happy with the result, she was not going to charge me. I was stunned as I honestly expected to pay since I was seeing a different stylist at another location. I cannot express how grateful I am to Imani and Izzy for the amazing customer experience. I was able to walk into my new job with confidence thanks to these two remarkable women. They have won a loyal customer and brand advocate for life!!

Steph is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now and have always left happy with my cut / color. Whether I’m blonde and getting highlights or wanting a low maintenance change. She gets it every time!

Wonderful experience working with Dee! She was able to save my hair after a bad cut at a different salon. She was very patient and kind and made sure I was happy with the results. Very clean location as well.

Great place! Got a massage from Marisela and hair shine / trim / styling with Val. Enjoyed every minute of massage and my hear turned out amazing. I could really see the effect of conditioning and Val was just a great stylist. He talked to me about the colour, the cut, the results I wanted, which all was accomplished! He was also a great person to talk to. Will be back for both. Thank you
