After each session, my tremors from Parkinson’s syndrome significantly subside for 2-4 days, and I’m able to go without pain medication during that time—a true blessing. They offer a wide variety of services, including Ashiatsu barefoot massage, Swedish massage, Thai medical massage, and even hot stone massages. You can also customize your session with a mixed massage, combining techniques from different styles to suit your needs. My therapist is outstanding, not only providing exceptional care but also teaching me stretches that have greatly helped with my scoliosis and chronic back pain. Their prices are fair, and I highly recommend tipping generously—being a regular client has only improved the care and advice I receive. The staff are professional, kind, and attentive, even providing a complimentary bottle of water after each session, which is a thoughtful touch. I always book 90-minute sessions due to the severity of my back issues, and every visit has made a noticeable difference in my quality of life. I’m incredibly grateful for this place and can’t recommend it highly enough!

I flew into San Antonio for the Rock n Roll Marathon and needed work on my legs to get me through the race. I found Valerie through a search and it was the best decision I’ve made. I could barely run due to an injury a few week back and Valerie through her expertise got me to move better and feel lighter after the session. I would strongly recommend her, she is passionate about her work. There should be San Antonio Ashiatsu in every city , she’s that good. Thank you Valerie !!!

I’m an older athlete and have had quite a few injuries and orthopedic surgeries in my life so massages are of great therapeutic value for me. Great massages are even of greater value to keep me going and performing at my optimal level. Sam at Ashiatsu Thai massage is one of the most talented therapist I have had the pleasure. She is skilled in the art of Thai massage and works hard to address all of my physical issues leaving me ready to take on the world after every session with her. The spa is clean and neat and in a great location. I have had the pleasure of great and not so good massages during my life and travels and now Sam at Ashiatsu is my favorite by far.

I am grateful to Mrs(Ms/Miss🤔) Tan. I can say I've spent thousands on massages or tools & gadgets to address my muscle misery. I happened to watch a YouTube video of someone getting an Ashiatsu massage by chance this morning & shortly thereafter, I booked my first Ashiatsu session. I highly recommend it. This was my first massage in my 77 year old life and it was fantastic. I went there seeking pain relief for sciatica and am now writing a review after waiting a few days to see any results. The pain has begun to diminish and I am very pleased. Mrs. Tan was awesome, friendly, knowledgable and very nice. She spent a full hour and a half working extremely hard on my hip pain. Her hands are very strong and she gets down there really deep. I now know what it means to get a "true" deep tissue massage. I highly recomment Mrs Tan and recommend you go see her. She is honest, candid and will sincerely do all she can to help you.

I drive a lot and my lower back is always hurting. They have been helping me with my sciatic nerve issues. I go with these ladies once every two weeks and they have done wonders with my back issues. I've been getting massages for about 30 years. This place hands down is the best massage I've ever had. BB and Tan are extremely skilled in the art of massage. Yes, it is difficult at times to get an appointment, but in today's world where there's a major shortage in people that actually want to work? This place is definitely worth the wait. If I could give it 7 stars, I would. These ladies have taken massage to another level. I leave there in a coma from the excellent stretching and pressure. If I could go daily? I'd be there without hesitation. You owe it to yourself and your body to give this place a try. It's not your typical massage, it's a full on stretch and continual pressure massage. This place is great. When I go the masseuses will always tailor my massage to what I need. They are very attentive here and have an excellent skill set. I’ve done both couples and individual Deep Tissue Massage here. I’ve been to a lot of Thai Massage in San Antonio and this might be the best. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for massage.

I just recently had a massage with Tan and she was amazing! She was very sweet and listened to what my problem areas were. She did a combination of ashiatsu and some stretching for my problem areas. I’ll definitely be seeing her again!

The establishment is inviting and warm as soon as you step in, though it may be small the employees that work there are very inviting and professional. The selection of massage that they provide especially the traditional Thai massage they offer is the real deal, so if you have had a traditional thai massage before, this place offers and the employees are experienced with it. Do I recommend it? Most definitely! Will I come back again? Again, most definitely!

Therapist Tan provides a very good massage using ashiatsu, stretching and deep tissue techniques. khop khun ka Tan. In recent years, prior to my visits to Ashiatsu,I have had numbness in my left hand and arm. Tan has been able to substaintally reduce the numbness with repeated visits. And the overall stretching is wonderfully enlivening. Thank you Tan.
