August is a fantastic massage therapist and after going to other massage therapists here and there over the years, I will only go to August or Ashley for massages. They are professional, knowledgeable and listen to what you want to have focused on. Their facility is relaxing and calming and beautifully laid out. I highly recommend them!

I randomly picked Ashley on a google search and I was so lucky to have found her! The Studio is a pleasure to walk into with tranquil décor and the warm, cozy massage tables are always fresh and smell so good! Highly recommend Ashley's Body and Soul Ashley made me feel right at home and her massages are incredible! She was able to work on a hip issue and the results were fantastic! You can tell she was a serious student in her massage therapy studies as she is very knowledgeable and seems to know just what to do when you point out an issue you might be having. Really, just can't say enough great things about this girl!

Went to Ashley for a prenatal massage, best ever! Never had a massage before so I was a little nervous but she was super sweet and personable! So glad I was able to experience this. Also glad she was a talker like me lol

I did the reflexology session and wow. I felt my internal organs coming alive. Plus my feet really enjoyed it too. I did a couples session with my wife and it was a wonderful experience.

This was my first visit and it was an overall wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend. I had an hour long massage with August and it was awesome. He was professional and really wanted to make sure I had a relaxing experience. The ambiance was great, the table was warm, he used hot towels and essential oils. He also did an awesome foot massage! I would highly recommend.

Was gifted a spa day here and can I just say WOW!! I have never felt so pampered in all my life, Ashley truly knows what she is doing and made my experience out of this world. From the professionalism Of the front desk to the cleanliness of the facility everything was to notch. I walked out of there feeling like putty in the best way! Thank Ashley for an amazing massage!

Had my 1st massage ever with Ashley today. I 100% recommend. She was gentle when need be but also great with getting tension out of the muscle. Always asked if there was too much pressure or if I was okay. Very aware.

Ashley is a great Massuse! Her deep tissue massage gave more range of motion in my shoulder which has been giving me trouble, she found the problem spots with out me telling her where they were. I would recommend her to anyone!

If you’ve never waited 5 minutes and then gotten off a massage table and still had to sit right back down, you haven’t had as great of a massage as this one! “Queen for the day” will absolutely leave you on cloud nine. Feeling refreshed and with your glass so full that your energy spills over. August has magic hands. They are always warm and are amazing at light, medium and hard pressure. He is gifted when it comes to knowing what your body needs and will instinctually modify pressure to suit that part’s needs.
