The manager is so accommodating and customer focused! Since they moved and glammed the place it is much more enjoyable and calming. Almost all the massage techs are good and Uber respectful. Love this place.

Asia Massage in Lakeway has been a staple in my wellness regimen for the last 4+ years. The quality and consistency of their deep tissue massage is the best I’ve had in Austin. The prices are extremely fair and affordable. I’ve been able to come twice a month since 2020 for less than the price of a single 60 minute massage at other spas around town. This is the secret - if you can make this a monthly habit, it’s a small investment that pays dividends to your long term health and quality of life. The 60 and 90 minute deep tissue massages are the way. The routine takes care of the whole body (although if you want more attention to a specific or troubled area, just ask). They’ll also walk on your back and offer hot stone which is incredible. However if you’re short for time, you can still feel like a new person after their 30 minute option. It’s been a pleasure to watch this small business grow over the years and I’m happy to see the continued and well-deserved support from the community. This place will always be my go-to and I highly recommend giving it a try. I’ll bet you’ll be back!

I was traveling here and looked for several massage shops to compare. I saw good reviews of Asian Massage and chose to try it here. Amy was amazing. She was very experienced and took care of my tired nerves and muscles. After the 90-minute massage, I felt like a completely new person. Thank you Amy, I will definitely come back .

I’ve visited this location for years as I live in the neighborhood, and have never had a bad experience. The new location is even better and you absolutely get your moneys worth. I highly recommend treating yourself here.

Judy gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She walked on my back, and I had cupping and exfoliation. Excellent massage. I came in with pain and left with zero pain.

I’m a dental hygienist and a former massage therapist and I really appreciate the quality of deep tissue massage offered here. Julie used Ashiatsu and hot stones which I find to be very effective. If you aren’t used to deep tissue massage then you may find it painful and should opt for the Swedish massage. Also, I did not feel pressured to tip. (I saw people complaining about that in other reviews) I tip because Julie works so hard and what she does is not easy! A 20% tip on a 1 hour massage is customary if the service is excellent.

Called to schedule a massage and was told to “come now,” and I told them I’d be there in 15 minutes. I drive out there then they tell me no one is available to see me. Disrespectful and waste of my time.

I really like this place. I’ve been here several times. They are always very professional and were able to squeeze me in when I really hurt my back that same day. I had a male masseuse, and he was very respectful and even kept the door open a crack, which I really was appreciative of I highly recommend this place.

The massage was good. The service from the masseuse was good until the end. This is what she did. There is one major problem with this place. Everybody looks out for this. It's the tip problem. When I first got there before we entered the room for a massage she originally wanted me to pay up front with tip included, I told her no; wait until my massage is done, then I will judge on how good the service is, then I will tip accordingly. Got done with massage. I told her 15$, and she said no, we went back and forth 3 times, and then she gave me my debit card back with the receipt. I see on there 20 dollars tip is on there. The massage total is 102 with tip with out tip 82 bucks. That is all.

They will force you to tip the amount they want, not what you want. First time here. Walked in with my husband around 30 minutes after their opening time. Asked me if I had an appointment, I said no but they have a sign on their door that says walk ins welcome. I asked them if they would be able to get us in. The lady seemed unsure but then hesitant said yes. She said my husband would have to go first and then they would take me back. 10 minutes after my husband was taken they took me back but taken into a separate room. My husband did not like it, he was in pain afterwards. I have lots of bruising on my legs and arms. They basically force you to tip 20% or what they want. I told her how much I wanted to tip but she ended up tipping herself what she wanted. Super unprofessional. You can’t tip 20% if you aren’t happy with the service.
