Went here last night for a massage, the massage was very average, but not bad so I left a 20% tip still because it was late. The cashier tried bartering a 28% tip with me, and I said no, I will be leaving 20%. She then tried to take $5 off her original number to a 22% tip. Then masseuse got angry and started yelling into her phone and aggressively shoved it in my face to read 90 minutes is a long time and very tired afterwards. I had my wits end and said no this is the tip I will be leaving and not a penny more and I will not discuss it further, so charge my card and I’ll get out of here. She still charged me $2 dollars extra and lied saying it was a 2% charge for the card use, which mathematically clearly did not add up, but I had enough and decided to let it go and inform others so they know and don’t get taken advantage of. I regret leaving 20% after the pressure and ultimate entitlement for the subpar work. I hate doing this, but I’ve worked in service industry for 8 years, and can assure you I’ve never treated a customer like this, or felt entitled enough to behave that way. I hope they take this into account in the future, and learn better business etiquette. Because I can assure you earning a good tip is based on your work, and how you treat people, not your entitled attitude.

These reviews are accurate about them demanding more tip, my mistake for not reading these before going in. I thought I was giving a reasonable tip, but apparently I'm cheap because the lady who massaged me rolled her eyes while another one demanded more. To be exact, they wanted over a 30% tip. The massage was decent, and the base price is actually pretty great so I didn't mind tipping what they asked. But what ruined it for me and why I won't go back is that they had a look of disappointment on their face with my first offer and because of how demanding they were.

My experience was great! Absolutely no pressure about tipping. Cindy (I hope I remember her name correctly) did an awesome job. Strong, medium hard pressure. No quick jerky movements, which I appreciate. She checked in often with me, making sure I was ok. Exactly 90 minutes. Clean rooms. One of the better experiences I've had from the dozens of massage places I've visited during my travels in the US and abroad. I Definitely recommend Cindy and I'll return.

Foot massage was not great at all. They talked/yelled to each other through most of it. Massage was decent. When I went to pay they kept wanting more of a tip. Held my bank card hostage until I got upset and demanded it back. When they ran my card they charged extra for card payment and included the tip in the payment. They were very VERY unprofessional and rude. It was hot and stuffy. I will NOT be back. I do NOT recommend.

I hurt myself doing yoga and I got the best massage here! I feel so much better. This was the best IT band and glut massage I've ever had and the facility is nice and clean.

My husband and I both received amazing massages. The problem comes when you go to pay. We gave them a fair tip and they wanted more! They got upset with us when we wouldn’t give them more. This experience ruined it for us. Although the massage was great, we will not return due to how rude and demanding they were after!

This spa was very accommodating, I walked in with no appt. and they got me in right away. I had a great 1 hour massage, deep tissue, which is what I needed. Fair price, clean, professional.

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had . I was so relaxed and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. My husband was waiting for me and they made him feel at home and relaxed as well. It was not the traditional swedish massage I was expecting but a totally different experience. I recommend this place highly.

I went in there because I was having trouble with my neck and just needed massage therapy taken place the lady with her very limited English or pretending not to really understand I don't know which one it was walked on my back for a few minutes and really didn't pay any attention to my neck even when I asked her to do so she still really kind of pretended like she didn't understand what I was trying to say then when I went to leave I was accosted by the entire staff kind of asking/demanding a tip. When I paid and gave a tip they all looked at me like it wasn't enough and began speaking to themselves in Chinese/ Korean? and made the whole thing very awkward and turned me off with their rudeness. I much rather had spent money else where!

Would not visit, myself and a friend came in both for 60 min each. There was only one lady working so we were asked to have one of us wait. A man came in a couple min after starting my friends massage, she came out, spoke with him and asked if a later time 2 hours later was ok, he said yes. She proceeded to go back to start my friends massage but then asked if we could do 30 min each to help the man that had just come in. We expressed that that wasn't what we wanted. We decided to go however, she was not understanding that we wanted to leave. She pulled me by my arm to get me to come into the room, I expressed no, and that we want to leave (My friend is on the massage bed during all of this) she was not understanding and didnt not want us to leave. She later told us that she was afraid that man was waiting for us outside. We were extremely upset and I had to ask her multiple times to let us leave and to leave the room so my friend could change. She finally understood that we wanted to leave. I stood outside my friends room while she got dressed and we left. This was completely not ok and extremely unprofessional.

Lovely, affordable massage. My daughter and I had the foot massage, which also included a head massage, neck massage and short back massage. We enjoyed it a lot.
