For the lady who said she thought they made her pay first because she was black. They always make me pay first and I usually wear a shirt and tie. But they seem very unprofessional because they don’t know our culture. And they are also pushy about the tip. But those girls don’t get paid much. One time I was asking questions and the manager obviously didn’t understand and kind of pushed me in the back into my room. They just don’t know. But don’t think it was a racial thing. They make everyone pay before the massage.

Horrible experience! I do not think these individuals are actually licensed massage therapists, as required by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. They did not have me fill out any paperwork, no consultation about what I needed. She left multiple times throughout the massage. Then had the nerve to request a tip!! Ummmm, no ma'am!!! I'm actually thinking about reporting this establishment to TDLR for unprofessional behavior! Save your money and go someplace else! Support licensed massage therapist's who actually paid to go to school and had to go thru a background check.

The massage was "choppy", quick, aggressive. Not relaxing. It was constantly interrupted as my masseuse kept leaving the room to tend to the front desk/front door and have conversations on the phone and with people coming in. Not a good experience.

would have been a 5 star, but they had masseuse named "Wendy" that was absolutely terrible. Lana was great and the guy that did foot spa was great. I am sure those aren't same names they will use. just make sure if you get a bad masseuse stop right away, it will not get better, had to pay for 30 mins of bad masseuse time, even though after 10 I said she was no good.

Awesome & Excellent Massage, but when it was time to go they make you feel uncomfortable. “Please leave a Tip for Momma” Almost begging. If I can find a better place I will, they need to leave the Tip alone. I believe its hurting their business.

Entering the establishment they made me feel uncomfortable, The lady asked me to make my payment first before service.. I have never experienced that “ Maybe because I’m black “ I drove all the way there and had the money so I just continued service . The massage overall was great but leaving out the women again made me feel uncomfortable requesting a tip once I denied her due to just bad customer service she gave me an attitude and swished me out the door . I Would never go back I rather do business else were

I would have given this place a 5 but the guy in the front pulled me to the back immediately and it freaked me out a little with no consultation, but let’s talk about coco she was amazing if my grammar is not proper right now it’s because I’m so relaxed and borderline sleepy I’m a wife, mom of 2 and hairstylist and this was so worth every penny.. I read the reviews before coming and was preparing myself about asking for a tip they didn’t do that to me at all I was excited to leave a tip with how good she did on my feet like ma’am how are you that in-tuned with what my body needed I will be back but with my hubby and I’m sure he will rate it a 5 🥰🥰🥰

My husband and I went here for an impromptu couples massage. My masseuse did a great job with the deep tissue — she really got in there and tore into my tissue. 😆 Hurts so good! My husband likes a much softer massage and he thoroughly enjoyed his. We’re both gym rats, so massages are a necessity! And we got in really quickly after we called to book. We definitely will be back. It’s not the fanciest of places but the massages were great and the place was clean.

Best massage ever, and yes I've been to H&S but Asian massage was better with a real focus, they even were able to get all my husband's needed areas and he has dense muscles. They were very nice ppl as well.

I asked for a deep massage and I kept telling the lady to go deeper. I needed more pressure on my problem area and I kept telling her to do so and she would do it then go soft again immediately. The whole tip thing was awkward. When I went to the front the lady in the front asked for 20% tip cause the vouched for the lady being good. I said, “No. No tip.” Weirdest convo ever on a tip. I won’t going back. I will need to look for a new place now.

I had one of the worst massage experiences at Asian Massage on Hulen Street. The massage therapist was unprofessional and invasive. I stopped the massage and reported his conduct to management. I advise all females to request a female massage therapist if you choose to go to Asian Massage on Hulen Street.

Wasn’t the absolute worst massage, but certainly wasn’t the best (or even close to it). I did a 30 minute foot massage. Unfortunately, I didn’t get enough pressure even after I asked for more pressure and pointed out my target areas on my feet. Initially I found it odd that they make you pay upfront. They also charge an additional $2 for credit/debit cards. Then at the end, they stop you at the desk with your original receipt and have you leave a tip. Now the other comments make sense about them “forcing” you to tip, but they now do it in a different manner. I’m one that always tips and usually tips well over 20%, but with the mediocre foot massage and the “trickery” with the tip, I simply left the standard 20% tip. Ultimately, I likely won’t return - but again, the massage wasn’t the absolute worst; instead, there simply was not enough pressure applied even after I stated my preference more than once.

Absolutely obsessed with this place- my new go to! I have NO idea what these bad reviews are all about. My boyfriend and I called at 3 on a Saturday and asked if we can get a couples massage, they had availability (which is rare for weekends) and we went at 5. The ladies were so sweet and they massage you WAY better than the frilly massage places. We asked for deep tissue and sure got it, they also give hot stone massage included. They do not “make” you tip as one review says. It was $130 for the two of us for an hour and it is a SOLID hour. I swear anytime I go for a massage I only get rubbed for about 40 minutes. They hit all of the areas and take their time, they stretch you out and even get a little mini facial. This place is awesome, highly recommend. I am very hard to please and I’m beyond pleased, ignore the negativity about this place!
