I have been here several times and the service gets worse and worse. I really believe I’m being generous with two stars because I’m so disappointed. The second to last time I got a massage from here, the lady was on her phone the ENTIRE time. I could feel the phone vibrate on the bed whether it was next to my head, by my side, or down by my feet… I always knew when she was on her phone because she would start to use only one hand and it wasn’t the same pressure/movements as when she was paying full attention to the massage. The LAST time I was here (which was yesterday), I used my card that said “buy 10 massages, get 30 minutes free”. It was a whole ordeal and I got switched out between two employees. They made several phone calls to make sure the card was legit and of course again, they were on their phone again during the massage. All in all, the massages are not consistent. They have spent 15 minutes on one side of my back and then would only spend 2 minutes on the other side. The employees are constantly yelling back and forth to each other from outside/inside of the rooms. It’s not relaxing anymore and I refuse to come here again. I’ve given them enough of my money and time.

I will never return. First, it was a red flag that they made me pay before the massage. I should have walked away at that point. The place is not aesthetically pleasing. It didn’t feel relaxing and my bed smelled funky. I scheduled for a couple’s massage but we left more tense than when we arrived. Our masseuses continued to talk to each other so it was difficult to relax and enjoy the massage. Their phones would ring and they would answer it in the room. My husband’s masseuse actually left the room for a couple mins to talk on the phone. My masseuse’s phone was actually lying next to my head when it went off and I was annoyed at the brightness and loud ring. The massages itself was poor because it was superficial with little pressure.

The messuse was on her phone, I felt the phone going off on the bed- very distracting and not very relaxing. As I was leaving, it was a red flag that the messuse asked for my card (I thought it didnt go through as I payed before recieving the massage) she inserted the card in the machine and basically demanded tip at the end. I will not come back.

Not sure of the name but she is absolutely one of the best. I think it was Mary. Actually I've been there three times and I'm not had one issue without a good massage. It's just nice that they accommodate you when it comes to the in-depth of the softness or hardness that they actually rub on you it hurts sometimes

horrible experience. they didn’t even massage me for the full time and kept asking “you done?” while trying to finish early. then demanded a tip at the end and wouldn’t let me leave until i tipped.

My first time going and it's a nice place. I was hoping for a younger looking massage therapist but I believe she was the owner or manager. Now she still did a good job on getting the kinks out.

Scheduled an hour massage and arrived on time. Waited in a room for 20 minutes when one person came in and gave me a massage with one hand while texting and answering the phone with the other. After 10 minutes of this another lady came in and massaged for 30 minutes then said my time was up! Good 30 minute massage but paid for 60 minutes!

Very friendly staff and a clean environment. The massage therapist is skilled and provides excellent pressure. The waiting area and rooms are cramped though.
