My wife and I had a wonderful couples massage this weekend. This was the first time the masseuse actually listened to my wife and did what she wanted. We will definitely be returning!!

Very disappointed in this business. I had an appointment this morning at 1030am which was scheduled days in advance. I even received a text message reminder of the appointment 2 hours prior. I drove 40 mins to get there just to be told they could not help me. I was told the worker had a family emergency, which is completely understandable, however, no one called to cancel. They could have even sent a message through the app that sent the appointment reminder. When asked if they had a later appointment I was simply told no. This is very bad customer service especially when someone drives a considerable distance to get there.

Fantastic prices, lovely staff, you really feel like you are getting your monies worth. Something magical about walking in sore from an aching muscle/back/shoulder/etc, and walking out feeling like you were molded clay, and while still sore, the kind that fades away and leaves only the calm healing sensation you sought. Truly feels magical when you need it, and they sometimes have appointments within 2 hours of requesting! Also love the prices fold in taxes so when they say $70, it's $70.

The massages were great honestly. But here’s why the rating is low, I booked under a promotion on the website for a couples massages ($65 per person) for me and my mom’s last day together. When we arrive they tell us that the promotion was no longer available, the website wasn’t up to date and we have to pay $140 - $160 ( can’t remember ) for our massages, but a promotion that they had in store was also on the website which clearly indicates that the website is up to date. Next, our timer was started before they walked into the room and not as they’re starting, my mothers massage therapist left for 5 mins to go talk to someone in the back and didn’t give her the time back ( even though they started the timer before even starting ). Last but not least, imagine my surprise when a couple walks in as we’re paying and a worker is confirming the appointment of a couple massage for $65 a person. Which I guess isn’t a big deal since that’s about $10 - $30 less but please understand that it’s the principle and the professionalism. in top of that my mom wanted to tip her message therapist a bit less than mine for these inconveniences and when asking who did my massages they’re basically trying to say they both did it so we won’t know who to tip higher, smart but splitting the tip would’ve still resulted in an uneven cut.

Just had a great 1hr deep tissue massage! The lobby and rooms were very inviting and relaxing. The table was more comfortable than most and even had a face pillow which was awesome! Highly recommend.

Amazing deep tissue massage from Jenny! I've had at least 50 massages in my life all over the country, and this was in the top 3, no question! Great prices, friendly staff, and wonderful care given to my aching body. Relaxing overall, with focused work where I needed it. I will definitely be back for more! So grateful🔥🙌🔥 I'm glad I did not listen to the bad reviews on here. If you need a red carpet and a choir of angels singing for your spa day, then maybe this isn't the place for you... But if you want affordable, quality care, Jenny has got you covered! ♥️

Hah had back pain for the pass few days and a male masseuse really applied to all of the points I needed tension release. I normally don’t feel comfortable having same gender touch me but the massage was right pressure the whole hour and half. We barely spoke but he did check if I’m ok and had me flip to my back. Sure will visit next time when I’m aching. I Highly recommend if your able to handle a slightly stronger deep massage.

I came in at 1015 for a deep tissue couple massage and it was the worst massage I've gotten in my life. She didn't even do my neck, the massage was weak, it felt like she was just touching me. It was not a deep tissue at all. It felt like she had no technique. I came out the same way i came in. She was one of the smaller ladies there. I hope they read my review and address the issue. I felt like I wasted my money on 1 hour and half massage. My wife's massage was really good on the other side.

I decided to treat myself to a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I specifically told the lady at the front desk that deep tissue was needed as I had some lower back issues. I was assigned to a therapist who's hand felt like the strength of a child, she just kept rubbing vs actual massage. I asked her to please be stronger with pressure...she called in her boss twice during my massage, which was totally ridiculous. Then the boss or other therapist said she does not have enough strength to do deep tissue??! However that is what I paid for...I cut the session short as I was already there for 50 minutes and got nothing but my skin rubbed. They refunded me back for my 90 min and only charged me 55.00 for a swedish ...which still truly was not even a Swedish. Needless to say, I will not be back again and the entire experience was a huge waste of time.

I enjoyed my treatments here. I had Deep tissue massage and facial. The facial was worth every penny. Jenny did most fantastic massage ,with stretching that relieved my chronic neck condition she is amazing. I will be scheduling with Jenny.

I have been here couple years. They're professional and clean places.and also I always have deep tissue massage here. They know what they doing. I bring my family and friends here too. I like this place. Will keep come back

I scheduled an appointment with Jenny for 1pm today online. Upon my arrival Jenny greeted me with Tina and told me she is going to do my massage. I then began to ask Jenny why? She stated her arm was sore. Tina stood there, not warm or welcoming. I said no thanks and left. The energy was not good or professional. I just called to see if it was my energy or theirs, something was off, didn't tell them on the phone I was just there. Called like a new customer and asked for Jenny at 3, guess who's available at 3? Jenny. I thought Jenny was not available because of her arm. I'm not sure why I was treated this way but the owner needs to conduct training on customer service.

I went to get a deep tissue massage. The masseuse barely used any pressure at all. For deep tissue to be a little extra money I was expecting to get what I paid for. While I was laying their mid-way through, I noticed/heard another person in the room with her. I later found out it was a guy. I guess he was in training?? That would not have been an issue if I was informed ahead of time. After my massage was over, I go to the front and one of the masseuses pushed the " tips appreciated" sign insinuating for me to tip. Although my goal was to tip anyway, I didn't appreciate for lack of better words it being forced on me. When I handed her a tip, she sucked her teeth. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I hope these issues are resolved in the future.

We used to come to this place regularly. Always had really good service. Massages were thorough and relaxing. However things have dramatically changed. We always ask for deep tissue, and now it seems like they are scared to even touch you. No longer do they not do full body. They avoided, massaging the hamstrings, glutes, thighs and chest. Spent more time trying to tuck the sheet in around you and make sure I didn’t come off. When they were done, the wife and I both looked at each other and said it was the worst massage either one of us have ever received. Needless to say, this is definitely the last time we will be at this particular massage spa.

Every time I go home to visit I always look forward to treating myself to a message. I always get the Deep Tissue massage because it feels amazing. Great pressure, great technique, and hot towels/stones. The facility is really nice, clean, and tranquil.

I was scheduled for a 4:30 appointment, I ran into traffic called the Spa 15min before my appointment to inform them I’m running 10-15 minutes late and they were fine with that. I arrived at the Spa about 4:40 to be told the person who I was scheduled with couldn’t do it & gave a poor excuse.

I've been to this location several times, moved to va beach and continued to give them my business. Tried booking via phone and was quoted 3 different prices for a massage for my partner for 90 min. $260 later I told them that they lost a 3 year repeat customer. Tale your money elsewhere these folks have become money hungry crocks. Just booked in VA beach for $200! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Our experience with the massage was not so pleasant. But the customer service was good and they were more than willing to offer a discount for the service we didn’t like since we didn’t have the time to stay for a start over/ new masseuse which was according to their policy.

Set up an account and booked services online as site required. As Soon as they approached us, the up-sell antics began. Like didn't even acknowledge services reserved. Bad first impression for first time customers. We just walked out.

Terrible!!! Worst massage ever and when I asked her to increase the pressure, she got mad and left. I have never dealt with this type of service before. Crazy! Edited to reply: and now you’re actually lying! Very bad business practices. I asked to switch therapist and she got so offended and didn’t want to continue. I was told you were doing a couple’s massage and didn’t have enough people. As far as leaving something. I came back 2 hours later, waited up front, and the lady opened the door for me and told me to go in and get it. I’ve been getting massages for over 30 years snd this is the first bad review I’ve ever left an establishment. That should tell you something,
