Been going to see Nurse Mel for almost a month now for her weight loss program! I am one happy camper! I have dropped weight and have seen a significant amount of inches loss since my clothes fit loose now! The skinny shots really work! If you're ready to start a weight loss plan...go see Nurse Mel! I'm back.! 3 months down doing one of Nurse Mel's amazing weight loss programs and I'm happy to say I reached my goal! I've now started a 2nd goal...yeah, you could say I'm loving it! I am so sad I didn’t see Mel and Angelica sooner!! Botox prevents wrinkles and even though I had some wrinkles, I feel ten years younger without all the lines after just one treatment. The Hydrafacial is amazing too. I don’t even wear foundation anymore after having facials regularly. I invest in myself and am so thankful to look and feel my best!

Where do I start!!?? I have been seeing Melissa for a year now and it has changed my life. I have been receiving her weight loss service- semaglutide shots and have lost over 45 pounds! Everything is better when your weight is under control. Although I’ve lost weight I’ve gained or I should say regained my spark, my confidence, my discipline, my mental health- the list goes on. Melissa and her keen attention to YOUR needs will change your life too. She is an expert in the health and wellness space and will do nothing but support your personal goals that YOU want to achieve. Omg heard about Melissa through my cousin who has lost so much weight so wanted to try the weight loss program. It’s only been two weeks and I feel the inches as my clothes are fitting better.
