Had the pleasure of working with Molly for the first time today (filler and lip-flip), and she will forever have a client in me! Molly is not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable and actually educates you on what you’re having done. The environment is so calm, and beautifully decorated. She even lets you pick the music you listen to while you get injected! Overall, I am extremely happy with not only my visit, but my results. 10/10 if I could!

I first started getting toxin injections while living in Atlanta and absolutely adored the plastic surgeon who did them—her work was amazing. So, when I moved back to Knoxville, I was stressed about finding another great injector. A lot of research led me to Molly, and I am so, so glad that it did. Molly is both an artist and a perfectionist, and her gorgeous work speaks to her expertise and training. I have a strong, heavy brow with deep horizontal lines, yet she magically manages to smooth and lift it —without making me look severe. She gets it right every single time. Along with her skill, Molly is the absolute sweetest person, which makes every visit enjoyable. I love how un-intimidating the experience is compared to other local med spas. I’ve never felt more comfortable with and trusting of an injector. SO glad Molly and Astra Aesthetics are back in Knoxville—the new spot in the Old City is gorgeous!

I got some lip filler from Molly recently. Not only is she sweet and beautiful but she is so dang knowledgeable!! She’s insanely smart and well trained in her line of work as an injector. She’s funny, gentle, and majorly talented. My lips look incredible. With very little down time. Hardly any bruising or swelling, no pain. I’ve never had this good of an experience before. She is such a skilled injector. I found my girl!!!

Have been going to molly for the past 2 years & it’s safe to say she has changed my life in so many ways, creating a safe space for me with any choice i want to make with my face. She starts very minimal and allows you to build from there, so that way you are at max comfortability. She has been been giving me botox for about a year and it has changed my skin completely, and we did filler today, already feel so confident in my lips/ face because she is a true magician in her work! highly highly recommend

I am FAR BEYOND pleased with the injections I received from Molly! She is extremely knowledgeable and educated on facial anatomy (SO important!) and made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous when I arrived, as I had a prior experience at another clinic that I was dissatisfied with. Molly’s calm demeanor and confidence paired with her detailed explanation of the procedure was SO reassuring. The space at Astra is so clean and beautiful and I appreciated her efficiency. The results are worth every penny and more. I would recommend her to any friend or family member without hesitation. I will definitely continue to see her in the future. 5 stars all around!

I had the absolute best experience with Molly for my filler appointment. She is so thoughtful in her approach and her technique with injectables, it’s clear that she stays up to date with ongoing esthetic education. She makes something that can be anxiety provoking very comfortable and enjoyable for her clients. I have had experiences with injectors in Kansas City and St. Louis and my experience with Astra was above and beyond anything I’ve ever felt. Luxurious, personalized, and affordable! I visited Astra specifically because I saw that they had the Vybe radio frequency micro needling device. I am a darker Fitzpatrick skin type so I am always extra cautious with any treatments. Molly was incredibly knowledgeable and her technique is unmatched. I signed up for a series of 3 treatments but even after the first one I saw a major difference in my skin. It was tighter and brighter. To me this is a holy grail treatment and Astra is the place to go if you want/need truly custom and attentive care.

I've had two services with Astra. Both were absolutely amazing in the level of consultation is so in depth. My first service was a lip flip and she filled me in on her rewards program which made my lip flip so much more affordable! And for my second service I messaged her on Instagram explaining a massive insecurity I had that was so prevalent in pictures that were taken earlier that week. And I asked her if there was a way that we could correct this with Botox. When we did the service she explained to me exactly what she was going to do how much Botox she was going to use and the possible outcomes I could have with such a personalized treatment. I noticed results sooner than she had even told me they would settle in! And I'm so happy with my results! I recommend everyone I can to her. She's so knowledgeable and so sweet!

Wow. Molly is a miracle worker. She is the kindest, most patient and gentle person. Getting any type of work done makes me extremely anxious so I was apprehensive I’d even make it through the process. She went at my pace and made me feel so at ease every step of the way. Not to mention, I don’t even live in state! I first went to her while I was visiting family and now I’ll never settle for anyone else. I’ve tried other practices in the past, but no one measures up to Molly’s knowledge and skill level. I will continue making the trips to see her- she is worth it! Astra’s office in Maryville is warm and relaxing. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, especially in her Botox consultations, and easy to talk to. Also, the adjoining office with many other similar industries adds convenience and a great building atmosphere.

I had my first injection experience yesterday with Molly and I could not be happier. I have been interested in botox and filler for a long time, but was very apprehensive about trusting anyone with my face.
