I’ve been going to Kaylin for a couple of years for cut and color. I am happy every time I leave the salon. I’ve have always been pleased with her service. When it comes to hair, I’ve finally found my go-to place. I strongly suggest it! Not only is Kaylin incredibly talented, but she also makes the whole experience enjoyable with our conversations. Do not waste your time they wasted an hour of my life level 3 stylist Rhianon said she was not comfortable doing my hair with highlights after she had me in her chair for 45 minutes unbelievable

DO NOT GO HERE. I just moved from San Diego and was looking for a new stylist to do my blonding. I specifically told her that my stylist in San Diego does NOT use any toner on me. Toner was used anyways. I walked in just needing a touch up and brightening. I walked out crying with almost brown hair that looks so dingy. I would compare the color to dirty sink water. I said I don’t need a haircut just maybe a dusting of the ends. The salon charged me full price blonding + additional color + haircut. My hair was better before I walked into this salon. I do NOT recommend to any bright blondes!!!! And she did not style my hair!

This is a very nice salon. But they need to work out some issues. I had 3 experiences here, and each time it's gotten worse. For context, I'm a guy with shoulder-length hair. My first visit was fantastic. A level 2 (maybe level 3) stylist did a great job cutting my hair and was thoughtful and attentive throughout the process. My second visit was ok. A level 1 stylist did a decent job but didn't communicate well or ask questions about what I wanted. She also forgot some basics like trimming my sideburns and rinsing my hair first. I didn't realize the mistakes until after I'd gotten home. The salon would've fixed it for free if I really wanted. But that would've been a hassle. Usually salons have experienced stylists review level 1 work in the moment to catch these small mistakes. There was no management present, or maybe they were just focusing on their own clients. My third experience was strange. I booked online, the same way as the first two times. I immediately got a phone call back saying that only level 1 stylists were taking men's appointments. So I immediately cancelled. They were nice and professional about it at least. But it's strange that the salon made this policy recently. It's also strange that this policy isn't public anywhere. And it's especially strange that a salon is refusing business from repeat customers. I ended up booking with another salon and probably won't come back. But it's a shame because the location is great and the stylists are talented. I think this is just a management/operations issue. Maybe I'll come back if they sort things out.

I included pictures of what i wanted, what i got, and my communication with atalier where i expressed my fear. I had my appointment set for 6 weeks and they texted me a couple hours before my appt saying that the stylist i booked with wasn’t going to be available. Im 3 months post partum and have not gotten a haircut in over a year and I just wanted to look/feel normal again since having my baby. I received a cut that was not even close to what i wanted. Im SO UPSET. I constantly have hair poking my eyeballs and there is no layering for me to style it how i want. I’m so embarrassed to go outside that I’ve been just holing up in my house. When i absolutely have to go outside i wear a hat. I’ve been crying for days over this. I’m never going there again. I’ve been a customer for years and this is how I’m treated

Kenzie & Maria did an amazing job on my hair! They were both so sweet and accommodating. I haven’t done anything to it in years, and I’ve been hesitant to because of how much hair I’ve lost postpartum. I showed Kenzie pictures of what I wanted and she gave me realistic options & was very upfront about her pricing. My hair looks fuller and beautiful again!

Fiona gave my mid to long hair a fantastic cut! I always give a new cut a few days to see how it behaves in real life and I’m thrilled. My hair lays beautifully, layers and curtain bangs are dead on. She was super nice and easy to chat with which is always a nice bonus :) Cost for a cut was very reasonable and the salon is super clean and cute. Highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a superior cut.

I do not write this as any insult or attack on this salon. The people there were absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind. The atmosphere was amazing. Lots of drinks and snacks and the staff from front desk to stylists to cosmetologists were very lovely. My service was a little different than what I have gotten before. I moved here recently and had been with a stylist for 5 years before so I admit my standards may be set a little high. But. I got my hair done by Meghan. I am a wavy/curly brown naturally but have been getting foils for a long time. When I went in for my consult my hair was horrible warm tone and my roots were super grown out. I was trying to embrace my natural color but I feel more confident blonde so I booked this appointment in hopes to bring my confidence back a little. In the consult she was very easy going and reassured me that what I wanted could be done super duper easy and gave me many things to look forward to. Day of my appointment she was so lovely and we had many great conversations but the actual hair coloring was the disappointing part. She had to go in and do a couple of edits on my hair I had never experienced before but I tried to be patient because she is a newer stylist so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. When the foils (bleach) came out there was a very aggressive line. She explained that she was going to to a technique to blend it out. My stylist back home never had to do this so I started to get a little worried but I wanted to trust her. She toned my hair beautifully which helped calm down the line a little bit but after about a week and my hair not being blow dried and curled (which is never it’s natural state) the line came back. I have been debating leaving a review because I truly hate being that person but I feel like it is only fair to share my experience. I paid $374.06 (with tip, which I believe was 18%? I’m sorry if I got this wrong) for this. Back home I typically pay $300 with tip which is always 20-25%, to get this done by my stylist of 18+ years of experience. I am from Washington which I know is just economically more expensive than Reno so this price was shocking for the service I experienced. I heard many good things about this salon so I am sure that my experience was very unique. Maybe it was just cause she was a newer stylist and didn’t know how to blend it for my hair type? I’ve been trying to figure it out. Once again, the people are good down to their bones and the salon atmosphere is amazing, the only thing I give a poor rating is for the aggressive line I have in my part:/ the other side is decently blended! But one side it’s very bad. I’m going to include some photos from about a week after my appointment. I hope this helps people. I dont really feel comfortable coming back to get it fixed as I would like to take my business elsewhere, best cast scenario is a partial refund. Thank you!

I got a facial with Denise and it was amazing! She was super sweet and knowledgable. I added on a lymphatic drainage massage and it was great and very long which was nice, plus the price point was great for what you get. I also loved how she always was working, whenever a mask was sitting she was massaging! So great, will def be coming again!

Maria is amazing! She took her time, listened to what I wanted, all while showing that she is the professional. She shared her opinion on the style I wanted and trusted in the look I requested, AND then made it look so beautiful! I swear it seemed like she carefully took care of each strand of my hair! We both loved the outcome. I've gone to her in the past and now a year later. She has maintained her excellent reputation with me, and I am already booked to come back to see Maria again. I highly recommend this stylist. The salon is super nice, and so is the staff. And, cute earrings too!

E sido clienta frecuente de este salón y las primeras veces todo estuvo genial el servicio fue bueno y los resultados igual, en otra ocasión al lavar mi cabello marcharon y mojaron mi ropa pero lo dejé pasar por la calidad de trabajo que hacen, seguí reservando mis citas y una ocacion más me cancelaron mi cita un día antes de ella y no resivi ninguna promoción o algo por ello y está última vez me cancelaron mi cita el mismo día que me tocaba, creo que ellos tiene sus razones pero uno como cliente también tiene sus razones y sus propios planes, y no me dicen o la vamos hacer unos dos días de diferencia o algo a sino más de un mes para resivir otra cita mi pregunta es que pasa con eso es solo ami o lo hacen con más personas, ojo no estoy diciendo nada malo de su trabajo por que eso sí es bueno, solo que me molesta que hagan este tipo de cosas justo el mismo día que tienes planes para ello y no ye den otra opción o uno o dos días para solucionarlo si no más de un mes para servir otra cita deberían de tomar en cuenta que nosotros también tenemos nuestros propios planes y nuestro tiempo también cuenta mucho.

This is a great salon and Kaylin does an AMAZING job!! I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! She seriously has helped my hair become healthy again and I always leave her chair feeling and looking amazing!!

I have been happy with everything here. Rosa gives great massages. My only suggestion would be to have a 5 liter water with real cups in the room where we wait. That would make sense before or after a massage.
